the textile winding mechanism (3) comprises a winding drum (31) and a textile fabric (32) wound on the outer surface of the winding drum (31);
the cutting mechanism (4) comprises a first placing bottom plate (41) and a sliding positioning mechanism (42) fixedly installed in the center of the lower bottom surface of the first placing bottom plate (41), first hydraulic rods (43) are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the lower bottom surface of the first placing bottom plate (41), one end, far away from the first placing bottom plate (41), of each first hydraulic rod (43) is fixedly installed on the top surface of the corresponding installing bottom plate (1), and the output end of each first hydraulic rod (43) is fixedly connected with the lower bottom surface of the corresponding first placing bottom plate (41);
a tool bit adjusting device (44) is arranged above the first placing bottom plate (41);
