The inner wall of the main box 1 is fixedly connected with a clip-shaped sealing seat 304, the upper surface of the sealing seat 304 is fixedly connected with an elastic sealing gasket 305, and when the upper connecting pipe 303 is contacted with the top of the filter element shell 501, the elastic sealing gasket 305 is in a compressed state.
The motor 4 is powered by the external commercial power and is provided with an inverting switch 403 for controlling the rotation direction of the motor, and the inverting switch 403 is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the cover body 103.
Principle of operation
When the water purifier is used, tap water enters the water inlet tank 301 through the water inlet pipe 104, then flows into the water outlet tank 201 after being filtered by the filter element body 5, and flows into the water using pipeline through the water outlet pipe 105 for use.
When the filter element body 5 needs to be replaced, the box door 101 is opened, the motor 4 drives the output shaft 401 to rotate when rotating, the output shaft 401 is in threaded connection with the threaded sleeve 302, the upper partition plate 3 is in sliding connection with the main box body 1, the upper partition plate 3 is limited by the inner cavity of the main box body 1 and can only move in the vertical direction, when the output shaft 401 rotates, the upper partition plate 3 can lift, and the motor 4 is controlled to rotate through the phase reversal switch 403, so that the upper partition plate 3 can lift.
When the upper partition plate 3 is raised, the upper connection pipe 303 is raised and disconnected from the filter element housing 501, then the filter element housing 501 is rotated to be separated from the lower connection pipe 202, the used filter element housing 501 and the filter element body 5 are taken out, then a new filter element housing 501 and the filter element body 5 are installed with the lower connection pipe 202, and during installation, the new filter element housing 501 is rotated, and the sleeve 502 is in threaded connection with the lower connection pipe 202.
Then, the motor 4 is controlled to rotate reversely by the phase reversal switch 403, the upper partition plate 3 descends, the upper connecting pipe 303 is connected with the filter element shell 501, the sealing between the upper connecting pipe 303 and the filter element shell 501 can be realized by the arrangement of the sealing connecting sleeve 203, and meanwhile, the sealing between the lower connecting pipe 202 and the filter element shell 501 is also realized.
The provision of the elastic packing 305 makes it possible to seal the upper separator 3.
