On the other hand, a preservative film with thicker thickness can be designed for the goggles with the replaceable mirror surfaces, so that the specification of the film is improved.
It should be noted that, in front of the mirror frame 110, a transparent replaceable polyethylene film (PE) is covered to replace a mirror surface, and after pollution, the mirror frame is directly discarded, and then a transparent polyethylene film (PE) is directly and rapidly covered, so that uninterrupted use of goggles can be realized, and the use efficiency is improved. But use quick replacement's polyethylene membrane to replace the mirror surface, can reduce the consumption, can alleviate the condition of goggles shortage to a certain extent, provide good eye protection for a ray of medical personnel, directly serve novel coronavirus epidemic situation prevention and control, possess good social.
Aiming at the condition that the existing goggles are insufficient in storage and urgent in demand, the frame main body 100 and the front cover 200 of the goggles with the replaceable mirror surfaces are quickly formed by 3D printing, so that the production period is short,
in an embodiment of the present application, the 3D printing materials of the frame body 100 and the front cover 200 include, but are not limited to: any one or more of polylactic acid, nylon plastic, photosensitive resin, silica gel, rubber, latex, ABS plastic, PVC plastic, organic silicon resin and propenyl resin.
Wherein, polylactic acid (PLA) is a novel bio-based and renewable biodegradable material, and is prepared by using starch raw materials provided by renewable plant resources (such as corn, cassava and the like). The starch raw material is saccharified to obtain glucose, the glucose and certain strains are fermented to prepare high-purity lactic acid, and the polylactic acid with certain molecular weight is synthesized by a chemical synthesis method. The biodegradable plastic has good biodegradability, can be completely degraded by microorganisms in the nature under specific conditions after being used, finally generates carbon dioxide and water, does not pollute the environment, is very beneficial to environmental protection, and is a well-known environment-friendly material. The printing is performed by adopting the PLA material, so that the cost is low, and the printing method has good economic benefit.
In addition, in order to make the printed goggles more closely fit to the user's face when worn, the frame body 100 has a curved structure in which the contour of the frame body 100 contacting the human face is obtained from three-dimensional face scan image data obtained by optically three-dimensionally scanning the human face.
The curve structure of the contact contour of the human face in the spectacle frame main body 100 is obtained by performing optical three-dimensional scanning on the human face, so that the goggles with replaceable mirror faces can be very attached to corresponding collected persons, the use comfort of a wearer can be greatly improved, pressure injury is reduced, the goggles are more closed, and the exposure risk is reduced;
in an embodiment of the present invention, the frame 110 of the frame body 100 has a mirror slot 130 at the top for inserting a functional mirror when needed. The thin film adopted by the application can not deal with the capability of high-energy protection because the thin film is used for replacing a mirror surface. Therefore, the goggles with replaceable mirror described herein may also be provided with an explosion-proof mirror slot 130, for example, to allow for quick installation of the explosion-proof mirror when protection against high energy damage is desired.
In an embodiment of the present application, the pressure-proof air bag 140 is attached to the contour of the face of the user when the frame body 100 is worn. By attaching the crush-proof air bag 140, the wearing comfort is improved, no gap exists between the spectacle frame main body 100 and a human body when the spectacle frame is worn, the use safety is improved, and the crush risk is reduced.
In an embodiment of the present application, the frame body 100 is provided with a forehead temperature measuring and displaying device 150 for measuring the body temperature of the wearer, as shown in fig. 2. For example, in the new coronavirus epidemic outbreak in 2020, fever is the major manifestation of the disease. Moreover, most medical staff need to wear the protective clothing for a long time in order to reduce the replacement of protective equipment such as protective clothing. Therefore, the medical staff can wear the goggles with the replaceable mirror surfaces for a long time. When medical personnel worked, it was also difficult to implement to its temperature measurement, consequently, under the condition that medical personnel did not take off equipment such as protective clothing, can carry out the body temperature measurement to medical personnel at any time, was the effective means who discovers medical personnel's the condition of contracting a disease early.
In an embodiment of the present application, the frame body 100 is further provided with a camera 160 capable of communicating, so as to obtain video data at the viewing angle of the wearer, as shown in fig. 2. Under an epidemic situation, isolation measures of a ward are strict layer by layer, and outsiders cannot basically know the conditions in the ward, but the existing protection device basically does not provide a solution to the problem. Therefore, under the condition that the access is limited, the communication camera 160 is arranged on the goggles with the replaceable mirror surfaces, so that the pictures of the medical care personnel at the visual angle can be transmitted outwards in time, and other personnel can know the condition in the ward in time.
