The tightening wheel and the first gear are integrally arranged, one end of the elastic wire 17 is connected with the tightening wheel, the other end of the elastic wire 17 is wound at the front end of the ligation mechanism and is knotted to form the elastic coil 4, the elastic coil 4 formed by the elastic wire 17 is ligated on the haemorrhoid through the action of the ligation mechanism, and the tightening wheel is driven to rotate through the driving motor 19 to tighten the elastic wire 17 so as to tighten the haemorrhoid by the elastic wire 17; the driving motor 19 is connected to the controller through a current sensor, and the controller controls the start and stop of the driving motor 19 according to the received current signal to ensure the tensioning degree, it should be noted that when the elastic wire 17 is tightened, the current of the driving motor 19 changes correspondingly. The elastic coil 4 is tightened through gear transmission, and reliability is high.
In addition to the above embodiments, it is further preferable that the distance sensor is a triaxial acceleration sensor 21.
It should be noted that the three-axis acceleration sensor 21 works based on the basic principle of acceleration, which is a space vector, and on one hand, to accurately know the motion state of an object, components on three coordinate axes of the object must be measured; on the other hand, when the direction of the object movement is not known in advance, only the three-axis acceleration sensor 21 is used to detect the acceleration signal. It should be noted that the pushing sleeve 6 is sleeved on the inner cavity tube 5 and the pushing sleeve 6 can displace relative to the inner gun tube; in addition, the ends of the inner cavity tube 5 and the pushing sleeve 6 close to the hemorrhoids are front ends, the driving mechanism 7 drives the pushing sleeve 6 to slide towards the front end, the elastic coil 4 wound at the front end of the inner cavity tube 5 is pushed onto the hemorrhoids, and the elastic thread 17 is tightened by the take-up mechanism 2, so that the ligation of the hemorrhoids is realized. When the pushing sleeve 6 pushes the elastic coil 4 to be sleeved on the hemorrhoid, the controller controls the wire winding mechanism 2 to synchronously tighten the elastic coil 4, so that the operation efficiency is improved, and the operation is more intelligent.
Before ligation, one end of the elastic line 17 is looped to form an elastic coil 4 and is sleeved at the front end of the inner cavity tube 5, one ends of the inner cavity tube 5 and the pushing sleeve 6 close to the hemorrhoidal tissues are front ends, and the pushing sleeve 6 is pushed by the driving mechanism 7 in the handle 16 to slide towards the front end of the inner cavity tube 5 so as to push the elastic line 17 out and be sleeved on the aligned hemorrhoidal tissues. Preferably, the driving mechanism 7 is an electric push rod, and the electric push rod is in signal connection with the controller.
The ligation assembly adopted by the embodiment can automatically complete ligation according to the control signal of the controller, and is convenient and fast.
In addition to the above embodiments, it is further preferred that the handle 16 of the ligation device is sleeved with a disposable antibacterial shell.
It should be noted that the conventional anorectal ligation device is a disposable product, which increases the treatment cost of patients. In the embodiment, the handle 16 is covered with a disposable antibacterial shell which is used as a consumable, so that the time and cost for repeatedly sterilizing the handle 16 are reduced, and the handle 16 can be repeatedly used. A ligation stapler, comprising: the hemorrhoid puncturing device comprises a handle (16), a controller, a display, a ligation component, a negative pressure mechanism, a position sensor, a length sensor, a take-up mechanism (2), a shearing mechanism (1) and a distance sensor, wherein the ligation component is used for sucking hemorrhoids and sleeving an elastic coil (4) with an adjustable inner diameter on the hemorrhoids, the negative pressure mechanism is used for providing negative pressure for the ligation component to suck the hemorrhoids, the position sensor is used for extending into the anorectum of a patient to identify the position of an artery, the length sensor is used for detecting the length of the hemorrhoids sucked into the ligation component, the take-up mechanism (2) is used for tightening the elastic coil (4) when the length sensor detects that the length sucked into the ligation component reaches a standard, the shearing mechanism (1) is used for connecting the elastic coil (4) with an elastic wire (17) wound on the take-up mechanism (2) after the take;
the ligation assembly is detachably arranged on the handle (16), the controller, the negative pressure mechanism and the distance sensor are all arranged in the handle (16), the display is arranged outside the handle (16), the position sensor and the length sensor are all arranged inside the front end of the ligation assembly, the wire rewinding mechanism (2) is arranged on the ligation assembly, and the shearing mechanism (1) is arranged outside the handle (16);
the ligation component, the negative pressure mechanism, the position sensor, the length sensor, the take-up mechanism (2), the distance sensor and the display are all in signal connection with the controller.

The ligation anastomat according to claim 1, wherein the position sensor is a near infrared sensing system, the near infrared sensing system comprises a camera and a main light source, the camera and the main light source are both arranged in an inner lumen (5) of the ligation assembly, and a first preset distance is arranged between the camera and the main light source and the front end of the inner lumen (5).
3. The ligation anastomat according to claim 2, wherein the length sensor is an infrared sensor (3), the infrared sensor (3) is arranged in the inner lumen (5), and a second preset distance is arranged between the infrared sensor (3) and the front end of the inner lumen (5).

The ligation anastomat according to claim 1, wherein the shearing mechanism (1) comprises a driving rod (8) which is movably arranged on the handle (16) along the length direction of the ligation mechanism, the front end of the driving rod (8) is fixedly connected with a pushing rod (20) which is arranged along the length direction of the driving rod (8), the front end of the pushing rod (20) is provided with a shearing portion, the front end of the elastic thread (17) penetrates through the shearing portion to be connected with the elastic coil (4), the handle (16) is provided with a driver which is used for driving the driving rod (8) to move forward, and when the driving rod (8) moves forward, the shearing portion shears the front end of the elastic thread (17) so as to cut off the connection between the elastic coil (4) and the elastic thread (17).

The ligation anastomat according to claim 4, wherein the cutting portion comprises two blades (12) with rear ends hinged to each other, the front edges of the two blades (12) are opposite and face towards the elastic thread (17), the blades (12) are arranged in a strip-shaped sleeve, the front end of the strip-shaped sleeve is provided with a threading hole (10), and the front end of the elastic thread (17) penetrates through the threading hole (10) to be connected with the elastic coil (4).

The ligation anastomat according to claim 5, characterized by comprising a reset mechanism for resetting the blades (12), wherein the reset mechanism comprises two elastic sheets (13), and the two elastic sheets (13) are respectively arranged between the rear ends of the knife backs of the two blades (12) and the strip-shaped sleeve.

8. The ligation stapler according to claim 7, wherein the distance sensor is a three-axis acceleration sensor (21).

The ligation anastomat according to claim 8, wherein the ligation assembly comprises an inner lumen (5), a pushing sleeve (6) and a driving mechanism (7), the pushing sleeve (6) is movably sleeved on the periphery of the inner lumen (5), the driving mechanism (7) is arranged in the handle (16), the driving mechanism (7) can push the pushing sleeve (6) along the axial direction of the pushing sleeve (6), and the driving mechanism (7) is in signal connection with the controller.
10. The ligation stapler according to claim 9, wherein the handle (16) is externally sheathed with a disposable antibacterial shell.
