The embodiment of the invention can be realized by the interaction of the server and the first terminal. The server may be a background server of the live broadcast platform, and the first terminal may be a terminal of the first user. Referring to fig. 3, the method includes:
301. the first terminal sends a challenge request of the first user to the server.
The challenge request is used for requesting to initiate a challenge to a user on a live broadcast platform; the first user may be an anchor user on a live platform, and in the embodiment of the present invention, the anchor user on the live platform may initiate a challenge request. The anchor user may specify other anchor users to perform the challenge, or request the live broadcast platform to distribute other anchor users to perform the challenge. In one possible example, the challenge request may or may not carry the user identification of the challenged user.
302. When the server receives a challenge request from a first user, the server determines a second user to engage with the first user.
When the server receives the challenge request, the server may determine the second user challenged by the first user directly according to the user identifier of the challenged user carried by the challenge request. Alternatively, the server may also assign a second user to engage the first user from among the plurality of users of the live platform based on the challenge request. The server sends a challenge start instruction to the first terminal and a second terminal where the second user is located, where the challenge start instruction may carry user identifiers of both the first user and the second user, that is, the user identifier of the first user and the user identifier of the second user. And when the first terminal and the second terminal receive the challenge starting instruction, displaying a challenge live broadcast interface.
It should be noted that, after the challenge of the first user and the second user starts, in the challenge process, a third user on the live platform may give a virtual gift to the first user or the second user, the third user may be an audience user who watches the challenge of the first user and the second user on the live platform, and the server may synchronize the challenge live interface to the third terminal.
303. During the course of the first user and the second user fighting, the server determines a difference between the score of the first user and the score of the second user based on the virtual gifts received by the first user and the second user.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the battle process, the server may respectively count the score of the first user and the score of the second user according to the virtual monetary values corresponding to the virtual gifts received by the first user and the second user, and determine the difference between the score of the first user and the score of the second user. The virtual currency corresponding to the virtual gift can be in any form, such as virtual gold currency, virtual star currency, and the like. In one possible example, the server may count a total virtual star currency value of all virtual gifts received by the first user and a total virtual star currency value of all virtual gifts received by the second user according to the virtual star currency corresponding to the virtual gifts, and calculate a virtual star currency difference value therebetween. In addition, during the fighting process, the server can send the score of the first user and the score of the second user to the first terminal and the second terminal, and the first terminal and the second terminal display the score of the first user and the score of the second user on a challenge live broadcast interface. Of course, the server may also synchronize the score of the first user and the score of the second user to the third terminal.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the server may change the challenge mode in the challenge process in real time according to the variation of the score difference. In one possible implementation, the server may control whether the challenge between the first user and the second user enters the countdown mode according to the change of the score difference value of the first user and the second user in real time through the following step 304.
304. When the difference value between the score of the first user and the score of the second user is larger than a first threshold value, the server sends first indication information to the first terminal and the second terminal.
The first indication information is used for indicating that the countdown mode is started. The server may initiate a countdown mode when the difference in the scores of the first user and the second user is greater than a first threshold. In one possible embodiment, the server may determine whether to start the countdown mode in combination with the current length of the battle, which is the length of time from the beginning of the challenge to the current time, and the score difference. This step may include: and when the fighting time length reaches the first time length and the difference value between the score of the first user and the score of the second user is greater than a first threshold value, the server sends first indication information to the first terminal and the second terminal. The server may obtain a difference between the score of the current first user and the score of the second user when the duration of the battle reaches the first duration, and send the first indication information to the first terminal and the second terminal when the difference is greater than a first threshold. And when the difference value is not larger than the first threshold value, the server does not send the first indication information.
The first threshold and the first time period may be set based on needs, and this is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. For example, the first threshold may be 5000, and the first duration may be 5 minutes, the server may determine whether a difference between the total virtual star currency value of the first user and the total virtual star currency value of the second user is greater than 50000 when the duration of the battle reaches 5 minutes, and turn on the countdown mode when the difference is greater than 50000.
It should be noted that, in the process of the battle between the first user and the second user, the server may detect whether the difference between the scores of the first user and the second user is greater than the first threshold in real time after the length of the battle reaches the first length of time, and when the difference is not greater than the first threshold, the server does not send the first indication information. And the server continuously detects whether the difference is larger than a first threshold value in real time, and sends first indication information to the first terminal and the second terminal until the difference is larger than the first threshold value. Of course, if the difference is not greater than the first threshold value until the duration of the challenge reaches the total duration of the challenge, that is, the challenge is ended, the server does not send the first indication information, that is, the server does not change the challenge mode.
305. When the first terminal receives the first indication information sent by the server, the first terminal displays a first countdown icon corresponding to the countdown mode on the challenge live broadcast interface.
The countdown length corresponding to the countdown mode can be a target countdown length, the first countdown icon is used for indicating a timing process of the target countdown length corresponding to the countdown mode, and the first countdown icon can be highlighted on a target position of a challenge live broadcast interface when the first terminal receives the first indication information. The target countdown length may be set based on needs, and this is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. In one possible example, the server may display a dynamic time icon that counts down for 30 seconds on the challenge live interface when the length of the battle reaches 5 minutes.
The countdown icon may be a graphic, an animation, etc. with a dynamic timing function, such as a flash animation; in addition, the specific shape of the countdown icon can also be set according to needs, for example, the countdown icon can be a circular watch-shaped timer carrying a dynamic pointer, a digital timer for dynamic timing, or a simple and intuitive digital graph.
In a possible example, the first terminal may also flexibly present the countdown icon according to a certain animated special effect, and in one possible implementation, this step may include: and when the first indication information is received, the first terminal highlights a first countdown icon on a target position of the challenge live broadcast interface according to the target animation special effect. The target position and the target animation special effect can also be set based on needs, for example, the target position can be a central position of the challenge live broadcast interface, and the target animation special effect can include but is not limited to: the special effect of amplified display, the special effect of highlight color change display, the special effect of gradual change display from small to big, and the like. Of course, the server may also send the first indication information to the second terminal and the third terminal, and the second terminal and the third terminal may also highlight the first countdown icon at the target position of the challenge live broadcast interface according to the same process as the above process.
It should be noted that, when the first user and the second user start to fight, the server synchronously sends the challenge live broadcast interface to the third terminal of the third user watching the challenge, and in the process of fighting, the server synchronizes the challenge live broadcast interface to the third terminal in real time. Therefore, the third terminal of the third user watching the challenge also synchronously displays the first countdown icon and scores of both parties of the challenge on the challenge live broadcast interface, and through the dynamic display process of the countdown icon, for example, the third terminal gradually displays the countdown icon from small to large at the center position of the challenge live broadcast interface, so that a nervous countdown atmosphere is created through the countdown icon which changes in real time, the dynamics of picture display is improved, the flexibility of the challenge process is improved, especially, the visual experience of the third user is greatly stimulated visually, the audience is stimulated more vividly and intuitively to give a virtual gift to both parties of the challenge, the interest degree of the user is further improved, and the heat degree of the user is improved.
306. The server determines the challenge results of the first user and the second user based on the scores of the first user and the second user in the countdown mode, and sends the challenge results to the first terminal and the second terminal.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the server may adjust the countdown mode in real time according to the score variation condition in the countdown mode, for example, exit the countdown mode when the score difference is small, or enter the timing adjustment mode when both scores are high.
In a possible implementation manner, the server can judge whether the challenge parties exit the countdown mode according to the variation situation of the score difference value of the countdown process, and further evaluate the challenge result. The process may include: in the countdown process, when the difference value between the score of the first user and the score of the second user is smaller than a second threshold value, the server sends second indication information to the first terminal and the second terminal, the second indication information is used for indicating that the countdown mode is exited and the fight is continued, and the second threshold value is smaller than the first threshold value. And when the fight duration reaches the total challenge duration, the server determines the challenge result according to the score of the first user and the score of the second user in the total challenge duration, and sends the challenge result to the first terminal and the second terminal. Wherein the total time length of the challenge may be the total time length of the whole challenge process of the first user and the second user. The second threshold and the total challenge duration may be set based on needs, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the present invention. For example, the second threshold may be 25000, the total challenge time may be 10 minutes, that is, when the score difference is not less than 50000, the two challenges enter a countdown mode, during the countdown, when the score difference is less than 25000, the server may control the two challenges to exit the countdown mode, and continue the challenge in the non-countdown mode until the battle time reaches 10 minutes, the challenge is ended, and the server evaluates the win-win of the two challenges according to the score at this time.
It should be noted that the server may repeatedly trigger the countdown mode according to the score difference of the two challenging parties, for example, when the challenge duration reaches 5 minutes and the score difference is greater than 50000, the server triggers the start of the countdown mode through the above-mentioned holding up 304 and 305, when the countdown is finished, that is, after the countdown mode is closed, if the two challenging parties continue to fight, the server may further continue to detect whether the score difference is greater than the first threshold, and if the score difference is greater than the first threshold, the start of the countdown mode is triggered again until the challenge duration reaches the total challenge duration, and the challenge is finished.
In the countdown process, when the countdown duration reaches the target countdown duration corresponding to the countdown mode, if a difference between the score of the first user and the score of the second user is not smaller than the second threshold, the server sends third indication information to the first terminal and the second terminal, wherein the third indication information is used for indicating that the challenge of the first user and the second user is ended; the server may determine the challenge result based on the score of the first user and the score of the second user at the end of the challenge. When the target countdown duration is reached, the server ends the countdown mode, the two challenging parties exit the countdown mode, and at the moment, if the score difference between the two challenging parties is still not smaller than the second threshold, the server can directly end the challenging process. For example, when the score difference is not less than 25000, the server may control the two challenging parties to exit the countdown mode, end the challenge, and directly assess win-or-lose of the two challenging parties according to the current score.
It should be noted that, by entering the countdown mode when the score difference is greater than the first threshold, the user may be stimulated to give a virtual gift to the challenger who is currently at a disadvantage, so that the scores of the challenger and the challenger tend to be even, thereby improving the user attention degree of the present challenge.
In one possible embodiment, the server may also be challenging to set up. The server can judge whether to increase the time-adding challenge according to the score condition when the challenge is finished, so as to further evaluate the challenge result. The process may include: when the fighting time length reaches the total challenge time length, if the score of the first user and the score of the second user meet the target condition, the server sends fourth indication information to the first terminal and the second terminal, wherein the fourth indication information is used for indicating that the challenge is added; when the timed challenge is finished, the server determines the challenge result according to the score of the first user and the score of the second user when the timed challenge is finished. Wherein the target condition may include, but is not limited to: the difference between the score of the first user and the score of the second user is smaller than a third threshold, or the score of the first user and the score of the second user are both larger than a fourth threshold; the third threshold is less than the fourth threshold. The third threshold and the fourth threshold may be set as needed, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present invention. For example, when the difference between the scores of both challenges is less than 1000, or when the scores of both challenges are greater than 100000, the server increases the challenges. In addition, the time length of the time-adding challenge can be set based on needs, for example, the time length of the time-adding challenge can be 30 seconds, that is, when the challenge is finished, if the scores of the two parties meet the target condition, the two parties of the challenge can continue to challenge for 30 seconds.
Wherein, in the time-adding challenge process, the time-adding challenge may also be counted down, and the process includes: and when fourth indication information sent by the server is received, the first terminal displays a second countdown icon on the challenge live broadcast interface, wherein the second countdown icon is used for indicating a timing process of a time-adding duration corresponding to the time-adding challenge. Of course, the display process of the second terminal and the third terminal is the same as the process, and is not described herein again.
It should be noted that, in a possible example, the server may add the time-adding challenge only once, that is, after the time-adding challenges of both the challenges are added for 30 seconds, the server does not repeat the triggering time-adding challenge, directly ends the challenge, and determines the challenge result according to the score at this time. In another possible example, of course, the server may also repeatedly trigger the time-adding challenge for multiple times, for example, after the time-adding challenge is made for 30 seconds by both the challenges, if the scores of the first user and the second user still satisfy the target condition, the server may also repeat the process based on the same process as above to extend the second countdown period until the scores of the first user and the second user no longer satisfy the target condition, and stop repeatedly triggering the time-adding challenge to determine the challenge result. Of course, the server may also set the number of times of increase, which refers to the number of times of challenge when increasing, for example, when the number of times of increase reaches the target number of times, the server determines the challenge result directly according to the score after the last time of challenge.
307. When the first terminal receives the challenge result sent by the server, the first terminal displays the challenge result on the challenge live interface.
Wherein the challenge result is a result of the determination based on the scores of the first user and the second user in the countdown mode. The first terminal and the second terminal can display the challenge result on a challenge live broadcast interface. Of course, the server may also send the challenge result to a third terminal, and the third terminal displays the challenge result for the third user on the challenge live interface.
In the embodiment of the invention, the score of the first user and the score of the second user are obtained in the fighting process, and the first indication information is sent to the first terminal and the second terminal when the score difference is greater than the first threshold value, so that the challenges of the first user and the second user are flexibly controlled to carry out the countdown mode; the countdown icon is displayed on the challenge live broadcast interface, so that the user is stimulated visually to present virtual gifts to the challenge parties, the interest degree of the user is attracted, the challenge result is determined based on the score in the countdown mode, and the challenge result is sent to the first terminal and the second terminal, so that the flexibility of the challenge process is improved, and the interest degree of the user is improved.
