It should also be understood that the term "and/or" as used herein refers to and encompasses any and all possible combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
It is to be understood that although the terms first, second, third, etc. may be used herein to describe various information, such information should not be limited to these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish one type of information from another. For example, first information may also be referred to as second information, and similarly, second information may also be referred to as first information, without departing from the scope of the present application. The word "if" as used herein may be interpreted as "at … …" or "when … …" or "in response to a determination", depending on the context.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of the camera module and the housing structure in the related art. As shown in fig. 1, the electronic apparatus in the related art may include a camera module 1 ' and a case structure 2 ', and the case structure 2 ' may form a recessed structure so that the camera module 1 ' may be fitted into the recessed structure 20 '. The camera module 1 'may include a chip assembly 11' (including an image sensor, a data transmission line, etc.), a lens mount 12 ', a lens 13', etc. In the related art, since the image sensor and the like in the chip module 11 'have a rectangular structure, the lens mount 12' accordingly has a rectangular parallelepiped structure (rectangular in horizontal section). And, the recessed structure 20 ' formed on the housing structure 2 ' is also a rectangular recess, adapted to the lens mount 12 '.
Fig. 2 is a sectional view of the camera module and the housing structure in the related art after assembly. By comparing the changes in the directions of the x-axis, the y-axis, and the z-axis shown in fig. 1-2, it can be seen that the camera module 1 ' needs to be turned over on the basis of fig. 1 and then assembled into the recess structure 20 ' formed by the housing structure 2 '. When the camera module 1 'is placed in the recessed structure 20', the top surface 120 'of the lens base 12' is attached to the bottom surface 201 'of the recessed structure 20', and the lens 13 'of the camera module 1' can extend into the lens hole 202 'in the central region of the bottom surface 201'.
The rectangular recess 20 'can be formed by forming four side walls or barriers on the housing structure 2' by metal or plastic, etc. In order to make the camera module 1 ' and the housing structure 2 ' fit and mount, the rectangular recess 20 ' is formed to have a predetermined mounting gap in the x-axis direction and the y-axis direction. For example, the viewing direction of the embodiment shown in fig. 2 is the y-axis direction, and the gaps on both sides of the lens mount 12' in the x-axis direction can be seen; similarly, when viewed in the x-axis direction, the gaps on both sides of the lens mount 12' in the y-axis direction can also be seen, and the description thereof is omitted. In order to ensure the camera module 1 'to be stably mounted, in the related art, a filler 3' as shown in fig. 3 is added to the periphery of the lens base 12 ', and the filler 3' is usually made of a soft elastic material such as rubber, sponge, or silica gel.
However, the specification of the mounting gap is not easy to control in the production process, and a larger tolerance is often existed; further, the filler 3' has thickness deviation. Thus, the assembly between the camera module 1 ' and the housing structure 2 ' is easily greatly influenced by the respective or combined action of the mounting gap and the filler 3 ', such as shown in fig. 4: a significant decentering (a deviation of the center of the circle of the lens 13 ' in fig. 4 to the lower left) tends to occur between the lens 13 ' and the lens hole 201 ' rather than the actually desired concentric state.
In view of the above technical problems in the related art, the present disclosure proposes corresponding technical improvements, which are described below with reference to embodiments.
FIG. 5 is a schematic diagram illustrating the mating of a camera module with a housing structure, according to an exemplary embodiment; fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a camera module and housing structure shown assembled according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 5-6, the camera module 1 includes a lens mount 12, and the top of the lens mount 12 (i.e., the upper portion in fig. 5, the lower portion in fig. 6; corresponding to the positive direction of the z-axis) is provided with an annular fitting portion 12A to fit into a circular recess 20 on the housing structure 2 of the electronic device; an annular slope 120 is formed between the top surface 122 and the outer side wall 121 of the annular fitting portion 12A to fit an annular limit slope 201 formed on the inner wall of the circular recess 20. In other words, through the cooperation between the annular fitting portion 12A and the circular recess 20, specifically, the cooperation between the annular slope surface 120 on the annular fitting portion 12A and the annular limiting slope surface 201 on the circular recess 20, the camera module 1 and the housing structure 2 are installed in a matching manner.
In this embodiment, the circular recess 20 presents a catering state to the camera module 1 by using the annular slope surface 120 and the annular limiting slope surface 201, so that the camera module 1 can be smoothly placed without intentionally leaving an installation gap, and a tolerance caused by the installation gap is avoided; simultaneously, because the internal diameter of the spacing domatic 201 of annular diminishes gradually for camera module 1 puts into circular sunken 20 back, through the cooperation between the domatic 120 of annular and the spacing domatic 201 of annular, can assemble the guide and install spacingly to camera module 1, does not need extra filler to ensure camera module 1's firm installation, avoids the tolerance that is brought by the filler. Therefore, based on the technical scheme of this disclosure, can eliminate or reduce the assembly tolerance of camera module 1 for accomplish the assembly back between camera module 1 and the shell structure 2, can realize such as the concentric or the basic concentric state that can't distinguish of naked eye that is shown in fig. 7 between camera lens 13 and lens hole 202, not only help promoting pleasing to the eye degree, can avoid off-centre to shoot or make a video recording the harmful effects that cause moreover.
Meanwhile, since the annular matching part 12A and the recessed structure 20 both adopt a circular feature, compared with the recessed structure 20' surrounded by four retaining walls in the related art, the related processing parameters are only radii, and the processing mode can be directly formed by cutting and the like without involving a plurality of processing objects (such as retaining walls), so that the processing difficulty can be reduced, the processing precision can be improved, and the processing efficiency and the processing error can be improved.
It should be noted that: the housing structure 2 may be a battery back plate of the electronic device, or the housing structure 2 may be a middle frame structure of the electronic device, or the housing structure 2 may be of another type, which is not limited in this disclosure.
FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram illustrating the mating of another camera module with a housing structure, according to an exemplary embodiment; fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of another camera module shown in accordance with an exemplary embodiment after assembly with a housing structure. As shown in fig. 8-9, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 5-6, the circular recess 20 may comprise a base edge region 203, which base edge region 203 is surrounded on the inside by a lens hole 202 and on the outside by an annular stop ramp 201. The top surface 122 of the annular matching portion 12A and the bottom surface edge region 203 of the circular recess 20 are both flat surfaces, so that after the camera module 1 is placed into the circular recess 20, on one hand, matching is achieved between the annular slope surface 120 and the annular limiting slope surface 201, and on the other hand, matching can be achieved between the top surface 122 and the bottom surface edge region 203, so that the placement depth of the camera module 1 is limited, and the situation that the lens 13 protrudes from the lens hole 202 to affect the assembly of other structures (such as a glass protection sheet placed in front of the lens 13) is avoided.
In one embodiment, the lens mount 12 of the camera module 1 may include two parts: an annular mating portion 12A and a remaining bottom structure 12B. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 8, the lens mount 12 may be mushroom-shaped: the annular mating portion 12A corresponds to a head portion and the base structure 12B corresponds to a stem portion, so that a vertical projection of the annular mating portion 12A may overlap a vertical projection of the base structure 12B. The bottom structure 12B may be a rectangular parallelepiped (a horizontal cross section is a rectangle) to accommodate an image sensor and the like in the chip module 11. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5 and 8, the vertical projection of the bottom structure 12B may be internally connected to the vertical projection of the annular fitting portion 12A, so that the image sensor having a rectangular structure can be accommodated to the maximum extent in the same area, thereby achieving a better image capturing effect. Lens mount 12 may take any shape other than mushroom, and the present disclosure is not limited thereto; for example, the lens mount 12 may be cylindrical.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 9, the lens mount 12 and the lens 13 in the camera module 1 may be independent from each other; the lens base 12 is hollow, and the lens 13 can be assembled in the lens base 12 by means of threads, snaps, and the like. And the lens 13 may include a lens barrel having a lens mounting structure provided therein for mounting a lens.
In an embodiment, the lens base 12 is hollow, and the inner wall of the lens base 12 may be provided with a lens mounting structure for mounting a lens, so that a lens barrel structure is not required, which is helpful for reducing the volume of the camera module 1 and simplifying the internal structure thereof, or a better image acquisition effect can be achieved under the same volume.
In an embodiment, an annular decorative slope 123 may be formed between the top surface 122 and the inner side wall of the annular fitting portion 12A, and at least a portion of the annular decorative slope 123 is located within a coverage area of the lens hole 202 formed by the circular recess 20, so that after the camera module 1 is mounted to the housing structure 2, as shown in fig. 7, the end surface of the lens 13 and at least a portion of the annular decorative slope 123 can be seen through the lens hole 202. When there is a certain error between the annular slope surface 120 and the annular limiting slope surface 201, for example, slightly larger or slightly smaller than the standard length, there is a certain difference in the depth of the camera module 1 placed in the circular recess 20, but the concentricity between the lens 13 and the lens hole 202 is not affected.
When there is a certain difference in the depth of the camera module 1 inserted into the circular recess 20, it will be expressed as the proportion of the circular end face of the lens 13 in the lens hole 202, such as: according to the rule of large and small, a larger insertion depth results in a relatively large occupation ratio, and a smaller insertion depth results in a relatively small occupation ratio. At this time, by the decoration effect of the annular decoration slope 123, especially when the color of the annular decoration slope 123 is similar to that of the lens 13 (for example, black), the proportion difference generated by the circular end face of the lens 13 can be visually weakened or reduced.
In an embodiment, the decoration effect may be achieved by forming a predetermined texture on the surface of the annular decoration slope 123, for example, the predetermined texture may be formed by electric spark, laser engraving, chemical etching, and the like, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In an embodiment, a decorative layer may be disposed on the surface of the annular decorative slope 123, for example, the decorative layer may be implemented by painting, electroplating, or pasting drawings, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The present disclosure also provides an electronic device, which may be any type of mobile phone, tablet, notebook computer, etc., and the present disclosure does not limit this; the electronic equipment adopts the camera module 1 based on the technical scheme of the disclosure, and the shell structure 2 of the electronic equipment is provided with the circular recess 20 in the embodiment, so that the camera module 1 can be assembled in the circular recess 20.
Other embodiments of the disclosure will be apparent to those skilled in the art from consideration of the specification and practice of the disclosure disclosed herein. This application is intended to cover any variations, uses, or adaptations of the disclosure following, in general, the principles of the disclosure and including such departures from the present disclosure as come within known or customary practice within the art to which the disclosure pertains. It is intended that the specification and examples be considered as exemplary only, with a true scope and spirit of the disclosure being indicated by the following claims.
It will be understood that the present disclosure is not limited to the precise arrangements described above and shown in the drawings and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the present disclosure is limited only by the appended claims.
