Detailed Description
Reference herein to "an embodiment" means that a particular feature, structure, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment can be included in at least one embodiment of the application. The appearances of the phrase in various places in the specification are not necessarily all referring to the same embodiment, nor are separate or alternative embodiments mutually exclusive of other embodiments. It is explicitly and implicitly understood by one skilled in the art that the embodiments described herein can be combined with other embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a first embodiment of a system management method provided in the present application, where the method includes:
step 11: and the terminal equipment detects whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with an external memory.
Step 11 executes step 12 when the detection result is yes.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the terminal device may be a medical apparatus and instrument device, in which a corresponding medical system is installed, and after the medical system is logged in, corresponding operations may be performed to perform medical detection, analysis, and the like. For example, the terminal device may be a blood sample meter.
The external Memory may be a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk, which can store program codes.
Taking the USB disk as an example, the terminal device includes a USB (Universal Serial Bus) data interface for being plugged into the USB disk to realize electrical connection.
In addition, the external memory may also perform wireless data interaction with the terminal device, for example, bluetooth, NFC (near field communication), and WIFI may be used.
Step 12: and acquiring data information stored in the external memory.
The data information may include one or more of account information, configuration parameter information, and test file information.
Step 13: and executing corresponding operation on the terminal equipment based on the content of the data information.
It is understood that different operations may be performed on the terminal device based on different types of data information. For example, if the data information is account information, the system can be logged in; if the data information is configuration parameter information, the configuration of system parameters can be realized; if the data information is test file information, the system can be tested.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a second embodiment of a system management method provided in the present application, where the method includes:
step 21: and the terminal equipment detects whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with an external memory.
When the detection result of step 21 is yes, step 22 is executed.
Step 22: acquiring account information stored in an external memory; the account information at least comprises account information and first password information.
The account information and the first password information in the account signal are uniquely corresponding.
Optionally, a specific physical address field may be set in the memory, and the physical address field is used for storing the account information. Further, the physical address field is subjected to a special encryption process, and the data of the address field can only be read, but cannot be written, modified, and the like. In addition, if data in the physical address field needs to be written and modified, decryption processing is required, which is not described in detail herein.
Specifically, the system login manner in the terminal device includes an automatic login manner and an interface login manner, which is described in the embodiments described later, and the automatic login manner is mainly taken as an example in this embodiment.
After the terminal equipment is powered on, whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with the external memory is automatically detected, and if yes, whether the external memory stores specific account information is further judged.
Optionally, the account information may further include identification information corresponding to the terminal device, for example, a number corresponding to the terminal device.
For example, the number X1 of the terminal device, and the external memory stores a plurality of sets of account information having identification information of X1, X2, X3 … …, and the like. Specifically, the terminal device searches the account information corresponding to the own device number from the memory. In this way, the account information of a plurality of devices can be stored in one memory, and the devices can be conveniently logged in.
Step 23: and verifying whether the account information is correct.
If the determination result in step 23 is yes, step 24 is executed.
If the terminal equipment is stand-alone equipment, the account information acquired from the external memory is compared with the account information stored in the terminal equipment, and whether the account information is consistent with the account information is judged to verify the acquired account information.
In addition, if the terminal device is a networked device and is managed uniformly by a server (or a host), the terminal device may upload the acquired account information to the server, so that the server verifies whether the account information is correct, and then receives a verification result sent by the server.
Step 24: and realizing system login of the terminal equipment by using the account information.
Because the login mode of the embodiment has no login interface, in the above process, the user directly enters the system operation interface after the account information passes the verification.
Different from the prior art, the system management method in this embodiment includes: the terminal equipment detects whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with an external memory; if so, acquiring account information stored in an external memory; the account information at least comprises account information and password information; verifying whether the account information is correct; and if so, realizing system login of the terminal equipment by using the account information. By the mode, the system login is realized by utilizing the external memory, on one hand, the password can be prevented from being leaked, the safety of the account is ensured, on the other hand, the account information is not required to be input by manual operation of a user, and when the system is applied to a medical system, the system can be logged in conveniently under the condition that a worker wears gloves, so that the sterile operating environment is ensured, and the system login efficiency is also improved.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a third embodiment of a system management method provided in the present application, where the method includes:
step 31: and the terminal equipment detects whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with an external memory.
When the determination result of step 31 is yes, step 32 is executed.
Step 32: acquiring account information and a driving program stored in an external memory; the account information at least comprises account information and first password information.
The account information and the first password information in the account signal are uniquely corresponding.
Wherein, the driver and the account information can be respectively stored in different physical address fields in the external memory. In particular, the driver may also include special identification information so that the terminal device can recognize.
Step 33: and detecting whether to enter a system login interface or not based on the driver.
If the determination result in step 33 is yes, step 34 is executed.
Step 34: and inputting the account information into a login interface based on the driver to perform login operation.
It can be understood that the system login manner in the terminal device includes an automatic login manner and an interface login manner, and the automatic login manner has been described in the above embodiment, and the interface login is described in this embodiment.
After the terminal equipment is powered on, whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with the external memory is automatically detected, and if so, whether the external memory stores specific account information and a driving program is further judged. The terminal device runs the driver to detect whether a login interface appears on an operation interface of the terminal device. Specifically, the login interface includes an account number input field, a password input field, and a login confirmation button.
And if the login interface is detected to appear on the operation interface, inputting specific account information to the corresponding column, and simulating to click a login confirmation button to log in.
Step 35: and verifying whether the account information is correct.
If the determination result in step 35 is yes, step 36 is executed.
Step 36: and realizing system login of the terminal equipment by using the account information.
The above two embodiments are used to describe the login of the system, and the following two embodiments are used to describe the modification of the account password.
After the terminal equipment is produced, each piece of equipment needs to set a factory-leaving account password, or an account password is set when the equipment is tested before factory leaving, but the account password is modified in batch when the equipment leaves the factory. If the account number and the password are set or modified independently for the equipment every day, time and labor are wasted, and the time of workers is wasted.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a fourth embodiment of a system management method provided in the present application, where the method includes:
step 41: and the terminal equipment detects whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with an external memory.
When the determination result of step 41 is yes, step 42 is executed.
Step 42: acquiring account information stored in an external memory; the account information comprises account information and first password information.
The first password information is only password information corresponding to the account information.
Specifically, the same identification information may be employed for the account information and the first password information. For example, the number X1 of the terminal device, the account information and the identification information of the corresponding first password information are X1.
Step 43: and verifying whether the account information is correct.
If the determination result in step 43 is yes, step 44 is executed.
Step 44: and realizing system login operation of the terminal equipment by using the account information and the first password information.
Step 45: and detecting whether the external storage stores second password information associated with the account information.
As shown in the following table:
account number Original password New cipher
Account information First password information Second password information
In this embodiment, there are two pieces of password information associated with the account information, that is, first password information and second password information, where the first password information is originally only password information corresponding to the account information, that is, system login can be performed only after the account information and the first password information are simultaneously input, and a password error is prompted when the account information and the second password information are simultaneously input, so that system login cannot be achieved.
If the determination result in step 45 is yes, step 46 is executed.
Step 46: and updating the first password information into second password information.
If the terminal equipment is stand-alone equipment, the account information stored in the terminal equipment is modified, and the password information uniquely corresponding to the account information is modified into second password information, so that system login can be realized only when the account information and the second password information are simultaneously input during login next time.
In addition, if the terminal device is a networking device and is managed by a server (or a host) in a unified manner, the terminal device can upload the password modification instruction and the second password information to the server, so that the server modifies the password information uniquely corresponding to the account information into the second password information, and system login can be realized only when the account information and the second password information are input at the same time during login next time.
Optionally, after the password is modified, the terminal device may further automatically delete the first password information in the external memory.
In addition, the method of the present embodiment can also be applied to a correction of an incorrect password. Specifically, the terminal device obtains account information and first password information of the external memory, and prompts when the first password information is detected to be not matched with the account information, namely the first password information is wrong. For example, a prompt box may pop up on the display interface of the terminal device to prompt "password error". In this case, the user may manually enter correct password information (third password information), and after the user successfully logs in using the third password information, the matching relationship between the account information and the third password information is stored in the external memory, and optionally, the first password information may also be deleted.
By the method, the batch terminal can be conveniently logged in and password modified through the memory, and the operating efficiency of workers is improved.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of a fifth embodiment of a system management method provided in the present application, where the method includes:
step 51: and the terminal equipment detects whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with an external memory.
When the determination result of step 51 is yes, step 52 is executed.
Step 52: acquiring account information stored in an external memory; the account information comprises account information and first password information.
The first password information is only password information corresponding to the account information.
Specifically, the same identification information may be employed for the account information and the first password information. For example, the number X1 of the terminal device, the account information and the identification information of the corresponding first password information are X1.
Step 53: and verifying whether the account information is correct.
When the determination result of step 53 is yes, step 54 is executed.
Step 54: and realizing system login operation of the terminal equipment by using the account information and the first password information.
Step 55: generating a random third password information.
Optionally, between step 54 and step 55, the method may further include: whether a password modification command is received is detected, and if yes, step 55 is executed.
The random password generated here can be generated by a set algorithm, for example, a specific password can be obtained by a hash operation through a random number.
Step 56: and updating the first password information into third password information.
As shown in the following table:
account number Original password New cipher
Account information First password information Random password information
And 57: and transmitting the third password information to an external memory for storage.
Optionally, after the password is modified, the terminal device may further automatically delete the first password information in the external memory, and identify the new third password information by using the identification information of the original first password information. It can be understood that, when the system logs in next time, the acquired corresponding account information is the first account information and the third password information to log in.
Different from the above embodiment, the password in the embodiment is randomly generated, and the staff does not know what the specific password is, and the login can be successful only when the login is performed through the same external memory, which further improves the security of the system.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic flowchart of a sixth embodiment of a system management method provided in the present application, where the method includes:
step 61: and the terminal equipment detects whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with an external memory.
When the determination result of step 61 is yes, step 62 is executed.
Step 62: acquiring account information stored in an external memory; the account information comprises account information and password information.
And step 63: and verifying whether the account information is correct.
If the determination result in step 63 is yes, step 64 is executed.
Step 64: and realizing system login of the terminal equipment by using the account information.
Step 65: and detecting whether the system has an operation fault.
In which a fault can be detected by configuring a system interrupt, such as a component in the device stopping working, a signal missing, an electric signal interruption, an operation interface jam, and so on.
If the determination result in step 65 is yes, step 66 is executed.
And step 66: and acquiring initial configuration parameters and/or environmental configuration parameters before operation faults occur.
The configuration parameters may be various setting parameters of the device, such as time, speed, operation mode, operation temperature, and the like.
Step 67: the initial configuration parameters and/or the environment configuration parameters are transmitted to an external memory for storage.
The configuration of the terminal device is divided into two parts, one part is the system initialization and one part is the current environment of the system. When the system is in failure, a export button is displayed on the operation interface, and the initialization configuration and the current environment are exported to the external memory.
The method comprises the following steps that equipment needs to be restarted or repaired after the equipment is in fault, parameters in an external memory are used for configuring a system after the next login, and specifically, whether initial configuration parameters and/or environment configuration parameters are stored in the external memory is detected; and if so, configuring the current system based on the initial configuration parameters and/or the environment configuration parameters.
For example, the terminal device operates in a-mode before the device fails, and after the device reboots, the device is adjusted to a-mode based on the configuration parameters.
Optionally, in this embodiment, the configuration parameters are saved when the terminal device fails, or the configuration parameters may be saved when the account is logged off or the user performs manual operation.
Specifically, in an embodiment, the terminal device may store the current configuration parameter in real time, that is, send the current configuration parameter to the external memory to be stored in the external memory. For example, the terminal device may store the current configuration parameters once every set time, such as 1 minute, that is, every 1 minute, to the external memory for storage. Alternatively, the instruction may be manually saved upon receiving a user instruction. For example, when the user needs (for example, when the device is turned off), an instruction for saving the parameters may be issued, and the terminal device obtains the current configuration parameters and then sends the current configuration parameters to the external memory for saving. Specifically, the configuration parameters may also establish a pairing relationship with the account information, and it can be understood that different devices may correspond to different configuration parameters. Therefore, when the terminal device is logged in next time, whether the configuration parameters corresponding to the account information are stored in the external memory is detected, and if the configuration parameters are stored in the external memory, the configuration parameters are acquired and the terminal device is configured correspondingly.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the account logout of the terminal device may also be implemented by using an external memory. In particular, log-out may be automatically performed upon detection of a disconnection from the external memory to enable log-out of the account. Optionally, taking the example that the external memory is a USB disk, the USB disk is plugged into a USB interface of the terminal device, the terminal device may write data into the USB disk at a set frequency, and if the I/O interface fails to read and write, it may be determined that the USB disk fails or the USB disk is pulled out, and at this time, the user may log out of the account to log out.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic flowchart of a seventh embodiment of a system management method provided in the present application, where the method includes:
step 71: and the terminal equipment detects whether the terminal equipment is electrically connected with an external memory.
If the determination result in step 71 is yes, step 72 is executed.
Step 72: acquiring account information stored in an external memory; the account information comprises account information and password information.
Step 73: and verifying whether the account information is correct.
If the determination result in step 73 is yes, step 74 is executed.
Step 74: and realizing system login of the terminal equipment by using the account information.
Step 75: and detecting whether the external memory stores the test file or not.
The test file is a test script or a test program, and a processor in the terminal device runs the test script or the test program to perform a corresponding test process.
Step 76: and testing the current system based on the test file, and acquiring a test result.
Specifically, the terminal device simulates and executes corresponding test operations based on the test file, and then obtains corresponding operation results based on the test operations, thereby obtaining test results.
Step 77: and transmitting the test result to an external memory for storage.
In addition, the terminal equipment can also directly display the test result on the operation interface so that the staff can analyze the test result.
