Therefore, through the method, when the webpage use request sent by the terminal equipment is received, whether the user is an arrearing user can be judged according to the user APN information included in the webpage use request, when the user is determined to be the arrearing user, a mode capable of online recharging can be provided for the user, namely, the address of the webpage which is requested to be accessed by the user and included in the webpage use request can be redirected to be the address of the recharging webpage according to the redirection rule, and then recharging webpage resources of the recharging webpage are sent to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment can display the recharging webpage according to the recharging webpage resources, and further, the user can complete online recharging based on the recharging webpage use request. By the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, a green recharging channel can be provided for the arrearage user, so that the user viscosity can be increased to a certain extent, and the brand image can be improved.
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the invention provides a device for recharging after arrearages, which can realize the functions corresponding to the method for recharging after arrearages. The device for recharging after arrearage can be a hardware structure, a software module or a hardware structure plus a software module. The device for charging after arrearage can be realized by a chip system, and the chip system can be composed of chips or can contain chips and other discrete devices. Referring to fig. 9, the apparatus for recharging after arrearage includes a receiving module 901, a determining module 902, a redirecting module 903 and a recharging module 904. Wherein:

the redirection module 903 is configured to redirect, according to a redirection rule, an address of a web page requested to be accessed to an address of a recharging web page;
and the recharging module 904 is configured to send the recharging page resource of the recharging webpage to the terminal device, so that the terminal device displays the recharging webpage according to the recharging page resource and performs online recharging based on the recharging webpage.
In one possible implementation, the web page usage request is triggered based on a web page link address in a short message, or the web page usage request is triggered based on a browser.
In one possible implementation, the redirection module 903 is configured to detect whether an address requesting access to the web page belongs to a predetermined address set; if so, redirecting the address of the request to access the webpage to the address of the recharging webpage.
In one possible implementation, the redirection module 903 is configured to redirect an address of the access request web page to an address of the springboard web page, where the springboard web page includes predetermined display content, or the address of the springboard web page includes predetermined address information; redirecting the address of the springboard webpage to the address of the recharging webpage.
In one possible implementation manner, the redirection module 903 is configured to control the terminal device to display a springboard webpage; and redirecting the address of the springboard webpage to the address of the recharging webpage when the display of the springboard webpage reaches the preset time.
In one possible implementation, the recharge module 904 is used to determine the user's phone number and arrearage information; and sending the telephone number, the arrearage information and the recharging page resource to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment displays the telephone number and the arrearage information in the recharging webpage.
In a possible implementation manner, the device for recharging after arrearage in the embodiment of the invention further comprises a payment module, which is used for receiving a recharging confirmation request sent by the terminal equipment, wherein the recharging confirmation request comprises a telephone number to be recharged, a recharging amount and a payment mode; determining a payment webpage corresponding to the payment mode; and sending the payment page resource of the payment webpage to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment finishes payment of the recharging amount of the telephone number to be recharged based on the payment webpage.
All relevant contents of each step related to the foregoing embodiment of the method for charging after arrears may be cited to the functional description of the functional module corresponding to the device for charging after arrears in the embodiment of the present invention, which is not described herein.
The division of the modules in the embodiments of the present invention is schematically only one logic function division, and there may be another division manner in actual implementation, and in addition, each functional module in each embodiment of the present invention may be integrated in one processor, or may exist separately and physically, or two or more modules may be integrated in one module. The integrated modules may be implemented in hardware or in software functional modules.
Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention provides a computing device, please refer to fig. 10, which includes at least one processor 1001 and a memory 1002 connected to the at least one processor, in which the embodiment of the present invention is not limited to a specific connection medium between the processor 1001 and the memory 1002, and in fig. 10, the connection between the processor 1001 and the memory 1002 is taken as an example, and in fig. 10, the bus 1000 is shown in a thick line, and the connection manner between other components is merely illustrative and not limited to the limitation. The bus 1000 may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc., and is shown with only one thick line in fig. 10 for convenience of illustration, but does not represent only one bus or one type of bus.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the memory 1002 stores instructions executable by the at least one processor 1001, and the at least one processor 1001 may execute the steps included in the method for charging after arrearages by executing the instructions stored in the memory 1002.
The processor 1001 is a control center of a computing device, and may use various interfaces and lines to connect various parts of the entire computing device, and by executing or executing instructions stored in the memory 1002 and invoking data stored in the memory 1002, various functions of the computing device and process data, thereby performing overall monitoring of the computing device.

The steps of a method disclosed in connection with the embodiments of the present invention may be embodied directly in a hardware processor for execution, or in a combination of hardware and software modules in the processor for execution.
The memory 1002 is a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium that can be used to store non-volatile software programs, non-volatile computer-executable programs, and modules. The Memory 1002 may include at least one type of storage medium, and may include, for example, flash Memory, hard disk, multimedia card, card Memory, random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), static random access Memory (Static Random Access Memory, SRAM), programmable Read-Only Memory (Programmable Read Only Memory, PROM), read-Only Memory (ROM), charged erasable programmable Read-Only Memory (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory, EEPROM), magnetic Memory, magnetic disk, optical disk, and the like. Memory 1002 is any other medium that can be used to carry or store desired program code in the form of instructions or data structures and that can be accessed by a computer, but is not limited to such. The memory 1002 in embodiments of the present invention may also be circuitry or any other device capable of performing memory functions for storing program instructions and/or data.
By programming the design of the processor 1001, the code corresponding to the method for charging after arrearage described in the foregoing embodiment may be cured into the chip, so that the chip can execute the steps of the method for charging after arrearage described in the foregoing embodiment, and how to program the design of the processor 1001 is a technology known to those skilled in the art will not be repeated here.

Claims (9)

1. A method of recharging after arrearages, the method comprising:
receiving a webpage use request sent by terminal equipment, wherein the webpage use request comprises an address of a webpage requested to be accessed by a user of the terminal equipment and user access point name APN information;
determining that the user is an owed fee user according to the APN information of the user access point name;
redirecting the address of the webpage requested to be accessed to the address of the recharging webpage according to the redirection rule, wherein the method comprises the following steps: detecting whether the address of the webpage requested to be accessed belongs to a preset address set or not, wherein the preset address set is determined based on the historical website use condition of the user; if the web page is the one, redirecting the address of the web page requested to be accessed to the address of the recharging web page;
And sending the recharging page resource of the recharging webpage to the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment displays the recharging webpage according to the recharging page resource and carries out online recharging based on the recharging webpage.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the web page use request is triggered based on a web page link address in a short message, and/or wherein the web page use request is triggered based on a browser.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein redirecting the address of the web page requested to be accessed to the address of the top-up web page according to the redirection rules comprises:
redirecting the address of the webpage requested to be accessed to the address of a springboard webpage, wherein the springboard webpage comprises preset display content, or the address of the springboard webpage comprises preset address information;
redirecting the address of the springboard webpage to the address of the recharging webpage.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein redirecting the address of the web page requested to be accessed to the address of the springboard web page comprises:
controlling the terminal equipment to display the springboard webpage;
and redirecting the address of the springboard webpage to the address of the recharging webpage when the display of the springboard webpage reaches a preset time.
5. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the sending the refill page resource of the refill page to the terminal device comprises:
determining the telephone number and arrearage information of the user;
and sending the telephone number, the arrearage information and the recharging page resource to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment displays the telephone number and the arrearage information in the recharging webpage.

and the recharging module is used for sending recharging page resources of the recharging web page to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment displays the recharging web page according to the recharging page resources and carries out online recharging based on the recharging web page.
8. A computing device, the computing device comprising:
a memory for storing program instructions;
a processor for invoking program instructions stored in said memory and for executing the steps comprised in the method according to any of claims 1-6 in accordance with the obtained program instructions.
9. A storage medium storing computer-executable instructions for causing a computer to perform the steps comprised by the method of any one of claims 1-6.
