Abstract
The invention discloses a book management system and a book management method, which relate to the technical field of article management and are used for realizing the following steps: the RFID chip is installed on the book to be borrowed and used as the unique identification, the monitoring module monitors the state information of the book in real time, an alarm is given once the book is abnormal, and a database interface is opened and used for looking up the information of the corresponding book. The difficulty of finding books is reduced, the consumption of manpower, material resources and time is reduced, readers and workers can conveniently borrow and arrange books in daily life, the returning mode is flexible, and the deployment cost is low.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of article management, in particular to a book management system and a book management method.
Background
At present, with the continuous development of informatization, more intelligent management systems are gradually adopted in various industries, and store overtime, warehouse management and the like all put forward higher requirements on informatization management.
The existing library management system needs more personnel to manage, for example, in the aspect of anti-theft management, more personnel are needed to observe whether various abnormalities exist in a site in real time, so that the personnel cost of places such as libraries is relatively high, meanwhile, a large amount of time, manpower and material resources are consumed for arrangement and placement of returned books, books with lost labels cannot be placed in correct arrangement positions due to disorder of some labels or even long-term annual or frequent borrowing, and the difficulty of searching for correct books by workers and readers can be increased.

In order to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a book management system and a book management method.

The managing step further comprises:
a communication step, in which information stored in a database is acquired;
a judging step, comparing the obtained information of the RFID chip arranged on the book with the information of the current book placing position, if the result is consistent, normally placing the book, otherwise, outputting an abnormal book message and calling an alarm unit;
and an alarming step, wherein an alarming unit is arranged on the book storage device and executes alarming operation according to the received book abnormal information.
Further comprising:
and a visualization step, wherein the stored RFID chip information and the book information are visually displayed, wherein the visual display is used for generating a virtual map, and the book is placed in the virtual map according to the position information in the book information.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a position status determination process according to an embodiment of the present invention:
1. in a new book, an RFID tag and front and rear bar codes are attached to the inside of the back surface of the book.
2. The RFID tag and the bar code of the book are associated with the ISBN code and bound into the book system at the book management system.
3. The borrowing member needs to borrow or purchase books on the book management system through the ID.
4. When the book is returned, if the book is not at the designated position, a signal lamp and an early warning sound are sent out.
5. When the books are returned, the books need to be registered on the book management system for automatic book return scanning, and the information records of the members can be unbound.
6. The librarian can query the book's history of borrowing on the librarian system for retrospective query.
Referring to fig. 4, a book storage device according to an embodiment of the present invention is schematically illustrated,
the RFID reader-writer is used for acquiring the unique identification in the RFID chip embedded in the book in a wireless radio frequency mode, performing communication connection in a database through the RFID antenna based on the unique identification, searching corresponding book information, and performing quotation operation through the access control unit when the book position information is inconsistent with the registration of the storage library.
It should be recognized that embodiments of the present invention can be realized and implemented by computer hardware, a combination of hardware and software, or by computer instructions stored in a non-transitory computer readable memory. The methods may be implemented in a computer program using standard programming techniques, including a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium configured with the computer program, where the storage medium so configured causes a computer to operate in a specific and predefined manner, according to the methods and figures described in the detailed description. Each program may be implemented in a high level procedural or object oriented programming language to communicate with a computer system. However, the program(s) can be implemented in assembly or machine language, if desired. In any case, the language may be a compiled or interpreted language. Furthermore, the program can be run on a programmed application specific integrated circuit for this purpose.
Further, the operations of processes described herein can be performed in any suitable order unless otherwise indicated herein or otherwise clearly contradicted by context. The processes described herein (or variations and/or combinations thereof) may be performed under the control of one or more computer systems configured with executable instructions, and may be implemented as code (e.g., executable instructions, one or more computer programs, or one or more applications) collectively executed on one or more processors, by hardware, or combinations thereof. The computer program includes a plurality of instructions executable by one or more processors.
Further, the method may be implemented in any type of computing platform operatively connected to a suitable interface, including but not limited to a personal computer, mini computer, mainframe, workstation, networked or distributed computing environment, separate or integrated computer platform, or in communication with a charged particle tool or other imaging device, and the like. Aspects of the invention may be embodied in machine-readable code stored on a non-transitory storage medium or device, whether removable or integrated into a computing platform, such as a hard disk, optically read and/or write storage medium, RAM, ROM, or the like, such that it may be read by a programmable computer, which when read by the storage medium or device, is operative to configure and operate the computer to perform the procedures described herein. Further, the machine-readable code, or portions thereof, may be transmitted over a wired or wireless network. The invention described herein includes these and other different types of non-transitory computer-readable storage media when such media include instructions or programs that implement the steps described above in conjunction with a microprocessor or other data processor. The invention also includes the computer itself when programmed according to the methods and techniques described herein.
A computer program can be applied to input data to perform the functions described herein to transform the input data to generate output data that is stored to non-volatile memory. The output information may also be applied to one or more output devices, such as a display. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the transformed data represents physical and tangible objects, including particular visual depictions of physical and tangible objects produced on a display.

Claims (10)
1. A book management system, characterized by comprising:
the database is used for storing the RFID chip information, the book information and the association binding relationship of the RFID chip information and the book information;
the monitoring module is used for acquiring book information of the corresponding books through the RFID chip information and sending the book information to the management module;
and the management module is used for managing the books according to the information acquired by the monitoring module, wherein the management comprises abnormal alarm and borrowing state change.
2. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the monitoring module further comprises:

4. The book management system of claim 1, wherein the alert operation is invoking an LED light to flash at a high frequency.
5. The book management system according to claim 1, wherein said database further comprises:
