With the development of communication technology, various electronic devices have become necessities of people's work and life, and applications installed on electronic devices help people to realize various needs. For example, reading an e-book through an e-book application, shopping online through an e-commerce application, communicating through an instant messaging application, and so on.
At present, one way to obtain an application on an electronic device is to search and download the application locally by a user, for example, input a name of the application to be searched in an application store, find a desired application from the search result, and then download the application; in another mode, the user may download the application by scanning the two-dimensional code containing the application information.
However, the self-searching mode is complicated to operate, and the application downloading efficiency is low; and through the two-dimensional code scanning mode, if the two-dimensional code picture is incomplete or part of information is lost, the corresponding application cannot be downloaded successfully. Therefore, how to simply and efficiently download applications becomes an urgent problem to be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, embodiments of the present invention provide a solution for downloading an application, so as to solve the above problem.

Compared with the existing self-searching mode, the method simplifies the user operation, greatly reduces the operation burden of the user, and improves the application downloading efficiency; compared with the existing mode of scanning through the two-dimensional code, even if the icon is incomplete or has partial information missing, the application corresponding to the icon can be identified as long as the main part capable of being identified exists, namely the characteristic icon part exists, so that the download address of the application is acquired for downloading, and the application download efficiency is effectively improved.

Referring to fig. 5, a block diagram of an apparatus for downloading an application according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention is shown.
The device for downloading the application of the embodiment comprises: a first obtaining module 502, configured to obtain an icon of an application to be downloaded, perform feature image interception processing on the icon, and obtain a feature icon; a second obtaining module 504, configured to obtain, according to the feature icon, a download address of the application to be downloaded; a downloading module 506, configured to download the application to be downloaded from the download address.
Optionally, the first obtaining module 502 is configured to obtain an icon of an application to be downloaded, and determine a central point of the icon according to the shape of the icon; intercepting the icon in a set shape by taking the central point as a center; and acquiring the feature icon according to the intercepting and processing result.

Optionally, the second obtaining module 504 includes: a second address obtaining module 5046, configured to compare the obtained feature icon with an icon in a third information base pre-stored locally; determining an icon in a third information base matched with the acquired characteristic icon and a corresponding application download address according to a comparison result; determining the application download address as a download address of the application to be downloaded; or, the third address obtaining module 5048 is configured to send the obtained feature icon to a server, and receive an application download address, which is returned by the server and corresponds to the obtained feature icon; determining the application download address as a download address of the application to be downloaded; wherein, a fourth information base is arranged in the server; the third information base and the fourth information base both store a plurality of icons and application download addresses corresponding to the icons.
Optionally, the first obtaining module 502 is configured to obtain and display an icon of the application to be downloaded sent by the first electronic device; a second obtaining module 504, configured to send an address obtaining request to the first electronic device according to a trigger operation on the displayed icon of the application to be downloaded, where the address obtaining request carries information of the feature icon; and acquiring the storage address of the installation package of the application to be downloaded in the first electronic equipment from the request response returned by the first electronic equipment, and determining the storage address as the download address of the application to be downloaded.
Optionally, the downloading module 506 includes: and the short-distance downloading module 5062 is used for establishing a short-distance wireless communication link with the first electronic equipment and downloading the installation package of the application to be downloaded in the first electronic equipment from the downloading address through the short-distance wireless communication link.

In an optional implementation manner, the program 610 is further configured to enable the processor 602 to obtain a download address of the application to be downloaded according to the feature icon, and includes: carrying out gray level processing on the characteristic icon to generate a gray level characteristic icon; and acquiring the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the gray characteristic icon.
In an optional implementation manner, the program 610 is further configured to enable the processor 602, when acquiring a download address of the application to be downloaded according to the feature icon, perform feature extraction on the feature icon to acquire feature information of the feature icon; and acquiring the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the characteristic information.
In an optional implementation manner, the program 610 is further configured to enable the processor 602, when acquiring the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the feature information, to compare the acquired feature information with icon feature information in a first information base pre-stored locally; according to the comparison result, determining icon characteristic information in the first information base matched with the acquired characteristic information and a corresponding application download address; or sending the acquired feature information to a server, and receiving an application download address which is returned by the server and corresponds to the acquired feature information; wherein, a second information base is arranged in the server; the first information base and the second information base both store a plurality of icon characteristic information and application download addresses corresponding to the icon characteristic information.
In an optional implementation manner, the program 610 is further configured to enable the processor 602, when acquiring the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the feature icon, to compare the acquired feature icon with an icon in a third information base pre-stored locally; determining an icon in the third information base matched with the acquired icon and a corresponding application download address according to a comparison result; determining the application download address as the download address of the application to be downloaded; or sending the acquired feature icon to a server, and receiving an application download address which is returned by the server and corresponds to the acquired feature icon; determining the application download address as the download address of the application to be downloaded; wherein, a fourth information base is arranged in the server; the third information base and the fourth information base both store a plurality of icons and application download addresses corresponding to the icons.
In an optional implementation manner, the program 610 is further configured to enable the processor 602, when acquiring the icon of the application to be downloaded, to acquire and display the icon of the application to be downloaded sent by the first electronic device; when a download address of the application to be downloaded is acquired according to the icon, sending an address acquisition request to the first electronic device according to a trigger operation on the displayed icon of the application to be downloaded, wherein the address acquisition request carries information of the characteristic icon; and acquiring a storage address of the installation package of the application to be downloaded in the first electronic equipment from a request response returned by the first electronic equipment, and determining the storage address as a download address of the application to be downloaded.
In an optional implementation, the program 610 is further configured to enable the processor 602, when downloading the application to be downloaded from the download address, to establish a short-range wireless communication link with the first electronic device, and download the installation package of the application to be downloaded in the first electronic device from the download address through the short-range wireless communication link.

Through the electronic equipment of the embodiment, according to the feature icon obtained by intercepting the icon of the application to be downloaded, the corresponding download address is obtained from the pre-stored related data or information, and the application can be downloaded from the download address. It should be noted that, according to the implementation requirement, each component/step described in the embodiment of the present invention may be divided into more components/steps, and two or more components/steps or partial operations of the components/steps may also be combined into a new component/step to achieve the purpose of the embodiment of the present invention.
The above-described method according to an embodiment of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, firmware, or as software or computer code storable in a recording medium such as a CD ROM, a RAM, a floppy disk, a hard disk, or a magneto-optical disk, or as computer code originally stored in a remote recording medium or a non-transitory machine-readable medium downloaded through a network and to be stored in a local recording medium, so that the method described herein may be stored in such software processing on a recording medium using a general-purpose computer, a dedicated processor, or programmable or dedicated hardware such as an ASIC or FPGA. It will be appreciated that the computer, processor, microprocessor controller or programmable hardware includes memory components (e.g., RAM, ROM, flash memory, etc.) that can store or receive software or computer code that, when accessed and executed by the computer, processor or hardware, implements the method of downloading applications described herein. Further, when a general-purpose computer accesses code for implementing the method for downloading an application shown herein, execution of the code converts the general-purpose computer into a special-purpose computer for executing the method for downloading an application shown herein.
Those of ordinary skill in the art will appreciate that the various illustrative elements and method steps described in connection with the embodiments disclosed herein may be implemented as electronic hardware, or combinations of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the implementation. Skilled artisans may implement the described functionality in varying ways for each particular application, but such implementation decisions should not be interpreted as causing a departure from the scope of the present embodiments.

Claims (14)

1. A method of downloading an application, comprising:
acquiring an icon of an application to be downloaded, and intercepting a characteristic image of the icon to acquire a characteristic icon;
acquiring a downloading address of the application to be downloaded according to the characteristic icon;
and downloading the application to be downloaded from the download address.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the performing feature image interception processing on the icon to obtain a feature icon comprises:
determining the central point of the icon according to the shape of the icon;
intercepting the icon in a set shape by taking the central point as a center;
and acquiring the feature icon according to the intercepting and processing result.
3. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the obtaining of the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the feature icon comprises:
carrying out gray level processing on the characteristic icon to generate a gray level characteristic icon; and acquiring the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the gray characteristic icon.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the obtaining a download address of the application to be downloaded according to the feature icon comprises:
extracting the features of the feature icons to obtain feature information of the feature icons;
and acquiring the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the characteristic information.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein,
the acquiring the icon of the application to be downloaded includes: acquiring and displaying an icon of the application to be downloaded sent by the first electronic equipment;
the obtaining of the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the feature icon includes: sending an address acquisition request to the first electronic equipment according to the triggering operation of the displayed icon of the application to be downloaded, wherein the address acquisition request carries the information of the characteristic icon; and acquiring a storage address of the installation package of the application to be downloaded in the first electronic equipment from a request response returned by the first electronic equipment, and determining the storage address as a download address of the application to be downloaded.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the downloading the application to be downloaded from the download address comprises:
and establishing a short-distance wireless communication link with the first electronic equipment, and downloading the installation package of the application to be downloaded in the first electronic equipment from the downloading address through the short-distance wireless communication link.
7. An apparatus for downloading an application, comprising:
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring an icon of an application to be downloaded, and intercepting a characteristic image of the icon to acquire a characteristic icon;
the second obtaining module is used for obtaining the downloading address of the application to be downloaded according to the characteristic icon;
and the downloading module is used for downloading the application to be downloaded from the downloading address.
8. The device of claim 7, wherein the first obtaining module is configured to obtain an icon of an application to be downloaded, and determine a center point of the icon according to a shape of the icon; intercepting the icon in a set shape by taking the central point as a center; and acquiring the feature icon according to the intercepting and processing result.
9. The apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the second obtaining module is configured to perform gray processing on the feature icon to generate a gray feature icon; and acquiring the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the gray characteristic icon.
10. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the second obtaining means comprises:
the characteristic information acquisition module is used for extracting the characteristics of the characteristic icon to acquire the characteristic information of the characteristic icon;
and the first address acquisition module is used for acquiring the download address of the application to be downloaded according to the characteristic information.
11. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein,
the first obtaining module is used for obtaining and displaying the icon of the application to be downloaded sent by the first electronic equipment;
the second obtaining module is configured to send an address obtaining request to the first electronic device according to a trigger operation on the displayed icon of the application to be downloaded, where the address obtaining request carries information of the feature icon; and acquiring a storage address of the installation package of the application to be downloaded in the first electronic equipment from a request response returned by the first electronic equipment, and determining the storage address as a download address of the application to be downloaded.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein the download module comprises:
and the short-distance downloading module is used for establishing a short-distance wireless communication link with the first electronic equipment and downloading the installation package of the application to be downloaded in the first electronic equipment from the downloading address through the short-distance wireless communication link.
13. An electronic device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the corresponding operation of the method for downloading the application according to any one of claims 1-6.
