Abstract
The application provides an air guide assembly and an air conditioner. The air guide assembly comprises an air guide plate for guiding the airflow of the air duct; the air deflector is of a hollow structure, at least two through holes for communicating the hollow structure are formed in the air deflector, and an air outlet and an air inlet which are communicated with the hollow structure are formed. The hollow structure of aviation baffle intercommunication has into wind gap and air outlet, and the air can pass hollow structure, can make two surfaces of aviation baffle be heated evenly, is difficult for producing the condensation phenomenon.

The application belongs to the technical field of air conditioners, and particularly relates to an air guide assembly and an air conditioner.
Background
When the air conditioner is used for supplying air to an indoor environment in a refrigerating operation mode, the air guide plates are of a hollow structure, so that the two outer surfaces are heated unevenly, condensed water is easily generated, and when the operation time is long, the condensed water is likely to fall on the ground, and the user experience is influenced; the problem of condensation on the air deflector is generally solved by improving the outlet air temperature, however, the refrigeration rate and temperature of the air conditioner are limited by the method, and the operation is long.
Disclosure of Invention
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an air guide assembly and an air conditioner, which can prevent condensation of an air guide plate.
In order to solve the above problem, the present application provides an air guide assembly, including:
the air deflector guides the airflow of the air duct; the air deflector is of a hollow structure, at least two through holes for communicating the hollow structure are formed in the air deflector, and an air outlet and an air inlet which are communicated with the hollow structure are formed.
Preferably, the air outlets are distributed on the air deflector.
Preferably, the plurality of air outlets are arranged in a plurality of rows in parallel on the side surface of the air deflector.
Preferably, the air guide assembly further comprises an air guide pipeline, one end of the air guide pipeline is connected with the air inlet, and the other end of the air guide pipeline is communicated with the air channel.
Preferably, an air supply mechanism is arranged in the air guide pipeline, and the air inlet is positioned on the outlet side of the air supply mechanism.
Preferably, the air supply mechanism comprises a fan.
Preferably, the air inlet and the air outlet are respectively arranged on the adjacent side surfaces of the air deflector.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 in combination, according to an embodiment of the present application, an air guiding assembly includes: the air deflector 1 guides the airflow of the air duct 3; the air deflector 1 is of a hollow structure, at least two through holes for communicating the hollow structure are formed in the air deflector 1, and an air outlet 11 and an air inlet which are communicated with the hollow structure are formed.
The air inlet and the air outlet 11 are arranged on the air deflector 1 forming the hollow structure, so that air flow can be guided to pass through the hollow structure, the two side wall bodies forming the air deflector 1 can be uniformly heated, and the phenomenon of condensation caused by temperature difference can be avoided.
In some embodiments, the air outlet 11 is provided in a plurality and is dispersedly disposed on the air deflector 1.
The air outlets 11 are arranged in a plurality and distributed on the air deflector 1 in a dispersing manner, so that the air entering the hollow structure can flow out in a dispersing manner, the two side wall bodies of the air deflector 1 can be heated uniformly, and the phenomenon that no flowing air plays a role in heat insulation in the hollow structure is avoided.
The air outlets 11 may be distributed on two side walls of the air deflector 1, or may be distributed on one of the side walls, such as the side wall that mainly functions as air deflector.
Preferably, the plurality of outlets 11 are arranged in a plurality of rows in parallel on the side surface of the air guide plate 1.
The air outlets 11 are arranged in parallel rows and can be uniformly distributed on the side surface, so that the air flow is ensured to be communicated with the hollow structure, and the heating difference of the two side walls is reduced.
In some embodiments, the air guiding assembly further includes an air guiding duct 2, one end of the air guiding duct 2 is connected to the air inlet, and the other end of the air guiding duct 2 is communicated with the air duct 3.
The air guide pipeline 2 is adopted to forcibly supply air into the air guide plate 1, especially, the air flow of the air channel 3 is sent into the guide plate, the air channel 3 is guided by combining the outer surface of the guide plate, the air flow can be ensured to be smoothly sent into the air guide plate 1, and the sent air flow is mixed with the guided air flow after being discharged from the air guide plate 1, so that the total air volume of the air is not influenced.
In some embodiments, an air supply mechanism is disposed in the air guide duct 2, and the air inlet is located at an outlet side of the air supply mechanism.
The air supply mechanism is arranged on the air guide pipeline 2, so that air flow in the air duct 3 is ensured to enter the air guide plate 1; specifically, the air supply mechanism includes a fan 21, such as a motor and a blade.
In some embodiments, the air inlet and the air outlet 11 are disposed on adjacent sides of the air deflector 1.
The air inlet and the air outlet 11 are arranged on the adjacent side faces, so that air flow is filled in the air deflector 1 and then is discharged from the air outlet 11, the air deflector 1 is heated uniformly, and condensation is avoided.
According to another embodiment of the application, an air conditioner comprises the air guide assembly.
As shown in fig. 1, the air deflector 1 is formed by splicing two plate bodies, the interior of the air deflector is of a hollow structure, when the air conditioner runs, the controller sends a signal to the fan 21, the fan 21 is composed of a motor and fan blades, the motor drives the fan blades to rotate, cold air is extracted from the inner air duct 3, and the cold air is conveyed into the hollow structure of the air deflector 1 through the air guide pipeline 2. Due to the continuous operation of the motor and the fan blades, the inside of the air deflector 1 is gradually filled with cold air, and then part of the cold air is discharged from the air outlet 11 under the action of pressure and is conveyed into a room of a user along with cold air at the air outlet 11 of the indoor unit.
The whole air deflector 1 surface is covered with the air-out micropore, is equivalent to that whole air deflector 1 is all surrounded by cold air, and whole air deflector 1 is whole to be heated evenly to avoided air deflector 1 to produce the condensation water. And because aviation baffle 1 can not receive the influence of condensation, the air conditioner can use lower air-out temperature to make the refrigeration rate improve, even long-time operation of air conditioner can not have the condensation water drip to the ground, does not influence customer's travelling comfort.
It is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the above embodiments can be freely combined and superimposed without conflict.

the air deflector (1) guides the airflow of the air duct (3); the air deflector (1) is of a hollow structure, at least two through holes for communicating the hollow structure are formed in the air deflector (1), and an air outlet (11) and an air inlet which are communicated with the hollow structure are formed;
the air inlet and the air outlet (11) are respectively arranged on the adjacent side surfaces of the air deflector (1);
a plurality of air outlets (11) are arranged and dispersedly arranged on the air deflector (1); the air outlets (11) are arranged in a plurality of rows in parallel on the side surface of the air deflector (1);
the air guide assembly further comprises an air guide pipeline (2), one end of the air guide pipeline (2) is connected with the air inlet, and the other end of the air guide pipeline is communicated with the air channel (3); an air supply mechanism is arranged in the air guide pipeline (2), and the air inlet is positioned on the outlet side of the air supply mechanism.
2. The air guide assembly according to claim 1, wherein the air supply mechanism comprises a fan (21).
