Description

Dosage-dispensing system for a washing machine, door for a washing machine and washing machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to a dosage-dispensing system for a washing machine, a door for a washing machine and a washing machine.
Background
Automatic dosing systems for laundry washing machines are known. For this purpose, two detergent containers are present in the housing of the washing machine, for example a detergent container with a full-function detergent and a detergent container with a softener, from which the respective substances are automatically extracted during the washing process. However, the known dosing systems occupy a significant space in the housing of the laundry washing machine.
Disclosure of Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to specify an improved dosage-dispensing system for a washing machine, an improved door for a washing machine and an improved washing machine.
According to a first aspect, the object is solved by a dosage-dispensing system for a washing machine, wherein the dosage-dispensing system has a first support mechanism for a first detergent container and a second support mechanism for a second detergent container, wherein at a lower end of the first support mechanism a first connection end to a pump system is provided and at a lower end of the second support mechanism a second connection end to the pump system is provided, wherein the pump system is configured for extracting a predeterminable first dose of first detergent from the first detergent container and directing it to a dosage-dispensing head, and extracting a predeterminable second dose of second detergent from the second detergent container and directing it to the dosage-dispensing head, wherein the dosage-dispensing system is provided on a carrier and, from a carrier first side of the carrier, inserting the first detergent container into the first support mechanism and inserting the second detergent container into the second support mechanism, and the dosage-dispensing head is arranged at the carrier second side of the carrier.
The dosage-dispensing system is an automatic dosage-dispensing system which can be arranged in particular in a space-saving manner in a door of a washing machine or in a washing machine. It is particularly advantageous here to provide the dosage-dispensing system in the washing machine in the manner of a viewing opening in order to make full use of the space which is present there but is not used. Nevertheless, good operability is ensured here. In some embodiments, the dosage-dispensing head is formed by means of one opening or two openings. In a further embodiment, the dosage-dispensing head is designed as a separate component, in particular arranged on the carrier.
Thereby, the object is completely solved.
In an advantageous embodiment, the first support means and the second support means are arranged on a common holding plate.
This makes the operation of replacing or filling the two detergent containers simple.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the pump system has a first pump which is designed to extract a first predefinable dose of the first detergent from the first detergent container and to conduct it to the dosing head, and the pump system has a second pump which is designed to extract a second predefinable dose of the second detergent from the second detergent container and to conduct it to the dosing head.
The design enables the extraction of the corresponding substances in a simple manner.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the pump system has a pump which is designed to extract a first predefinable dose of a first detergent from the first detergent container and to conduct it to the dosing head in the case of a first direction of rotation and to extract a second predefinable dose of a second detergent from the second detergent container and to conduct it to the dosing head in the case of a second direction of rotation which is opposite to the first direction of rotation.
The design can reduce production costs, simplify production and save installation space.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the first and second support means are pivotable relative to the carrier for inserting or removing the first and/or second detergent container.
The design simplifies the insertion or removal or filling of the detergent container.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the dosage-dispensing system also has a first detergent container and a second detergent container, wherein the first detergent container has at least one first lower container opening for interacting with the first connection to the pump system and the second detergent container has at least one second lower container opening for interacting with the second connection to the pump system.
The design enables the corresponding substances to be extracted from the detergent container in a simple manner for the pump system. In an advantageous embodiment, one or both lower container openings have a valve which opens when connected to the pump system.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the dosage-dispensing system further has: a first detergent container having a first upper container opening and a second detergent container having a second upper container opening.
The design enables a simple filling of the detergent container.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the first and second support means are folded out of the carrier together with the front plate of the dosage-dispensing system.
The design simplifies the insertion or removal or filling of the detergent container.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the front panel has a graphic display unit, which is designed to visually display information.
The design provides additional benefits for information display and high integration.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the carrier is formed at the second side of the carrier at least substantially as an inner side of a viewing opening of the washing machine.
The design can realize that: in the case of dosage-dispensing heads, in which a redesign of the usage space of, for example, a washing machine is not necessary, dosage-dispensing systems are retrofitted in already existing devices.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the dosage-dispensing system is protected against water ingress at the second side of the carrier.
This design simplifies the production, since it is not necessary to protect the individual components of the dosage-dispensing system in a watertight manner.
According to a second aspect, the object is achieved by a washing machine door with a dosage-dispensing system as described above.
The design can be additionally arranged on the developed washing machine.
In an advantageous embodiment, the washing machine door has a front panel, and the first and second support means can be pivoted out of the washing machine door together with the front panel.
The design simplifies the insertion or removal or filling of the detergent container.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the front panel is flush-closed with the surface of the washing machine door in the folded-in state.
The design enables a smooth surface design without edges and corners that could cause injury. In particular, the front plate does not project beyond the surface. Preferably, a small gap is maintained between the front panel and the surface of the washing machine door surrounding the front panel.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the front panel has a surface like the surface of a door of a washing machine.
The design approach achieves an attractive design.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the washing machine door also has a hinge for fastening the washing machine door to the washing machine, wherein the hinge has electrical contacts which are designed to receive a supply voltage and control signals for the dosage-dispensing system.
The described design makes it possible to easily connect electrical components in the washing machine door, in particular the dosage-dispensing system and possibly a graphic display unit.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the first and second support means are pivotable relative to the washing machine door about a pivot axis.
The design simplifies the insertion or removal or filling of the detergent container.
According to a third aspect, the object is achieved by a washing machine having a dosage-dispensing system as described above and/or a washing machine door as described above.
The described design makes it possible to realize a washing machine which allows particularly good space utilization in the housing. Furthermore, the dosage-dispensing system can be operated very conveniently.
In an advantageous embodiment, the washing machine has a washing machine door with a graphic display unit which is designed to visually display information.
The design provides additional benefits for information display and high integration.
In an advantageous embodiment, the graphically displayed alphanumeric information is displayed only on the washing machine door, in particular not on the housing of the washing machine.
The described design offers a particularly high degree of freedom in the development of the washing machine, since the essential elements of the washing machine are realized in the door.
It goes without saying that the features mentioned above and those yet to be explained below can be used not only in the respectively stated combination but also in other combinations or alone without departing from the scope of the invention.
