Abstract
The invention discloses a novel PET waterproof adhesive tape which is characterized by comprising a PET film layer, a silicone adhesive layer, a rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a waterproof layer which are sequentially laminated from top to bottom; the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains nano silver, tackifying rubber and a stabilizing agent. The invention has the advantages that: the adhesive tape has the advantages of strong bonding performance, good waterproof and sealing performance and wide application range.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of PET adhesive tapes, in particular to a novel PET waterproof adhesive tape.
Background
The adhesive tapes can be classified according to their efficacy: high-temperature adhesive tape, double-sided adhesive tape, insulating adhesive tape, special adhesive tape, sub-sensitive adhesive tape die-cutting adhesive tape and the like. Common sealing case packaging adhesive tapes in daily life are daily necessities indispensable for any enterprise, company and individual life, but compared with the current domestic situation, the sealing case packaging adhesive tapes are more in manufacturers and have different technologies. Moreover, the content of the technical matters in the domestic adhesive tape industry is still at a very low stage, and no clear choice is provided for the national adhesive tape industry. People often know the adhesive tape in a stage of being familiar with the feeling, and the adhesive tape is considered to be low in price and good in hand feeling viscosity, and actually the knowledge and the judgment are wrong. The quality of the glue of the adhesive tape has two standards in use, one is initial adhesion and the other is retention, and the initial adhesion and the retention are in inverse proportion. When the adhesive tape is used in a humid environment, the moisture of the adhesive component in the adhesive tape is supersaturated due to the invasion of water molecules, and the adhesive performance of the adhesive tape is reduced. The common adhesive tape can not meet the use requirement in a humid environment, and has weak bonding performance and poor waterproof and sealing performance when being bonded with uneven parts.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the PET film layer is 30-45 μm.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the thickness of the silicone adhesive layer is 10-20 μm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the total weight ratio of the nano silver, the tackifying rubber and the stabilizer rubber in the rubber pressure sensitive adhesive layer to the total weight of the rubber pressure sensitive adhesive layer is respectively: 5 to 8 wt%, 2 to 4 wt% and 0.5 to 1.5 wt%.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the waterproof layer is polyester fiber.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the thickness of the waterproof layer is 20 to 30 μm.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the adhesive tape has the advantages of strong bonding performance, good waterproof and sealing performance and wide application range.

the waterproof layer is polyester fiber, and the thickness of waterproof layer is 30 μm.

a novel PET waterproof adhesive tape comprises a PET film layer, a silicone adhesive layer, a rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and a waterproof layer which are sequentially laminated from top to bottom; the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer contains nano silver, tackifying rubber and a stabilizing agent.
Wherein the thickness of the PET film layer is 40 μm;
the thickness of the silicone adhesive layer is 15 μm;
the total weight ratios of the nano silver, the tackifying rubber and the stabilizer adhesive in the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer to the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are respectively as follows: 6 wt%, 3 wt% and 1.0 wt%;
the waterproof layer is polyester fiber, and the thickness of waterproof layer is 25 mu m.

3. The novel PET waterproof tape as claimed in claim 1, wherein the thickness of the silicone adhesive layer is 10-20 μm.

The novel PET waterproof adhesive tape according to claim 1, wherein the total weight ratio of the nano silver, the tackifying rubber and the stabilizer rubber in the rubber pressure sensitive adhesive layer to the total weight ratio of the rubber pressure sensitive adhesive layer is respectively: 5 to 8 wt%, 2 to 4 wt% and 0.5 to 1.5 wt%.
