the oil pumping device is characterized in that a mounting plate (113) is mounted on the inner wall of the top of the L-shaped box body (102), a second oil pump (116) and a manual pumping and discharging mechanism (101) are mounted on the top of the mounting plate (113), the second oil pump (116) and the manual pumping and discharging mechanism (101) are respectively communicated to two ends of an arc-shaped flow dividing pipe (115), the middle of the arc-shaped flow dividing pipe (115) is communicated to an oil pumping hose (109), an oil tank opening plug (108) is movably sleeved on the oil pumping hose (109), the second oil pump (116) and the manual pumping and discharging mechanism (101) are communicated to the top of a filter box (110) through pipelines, a heating pipe (114) is mounted in an inner cavity of the top of the L-shaped box body (102), a heating wire is mounted in an inner cavity of the heating pipe (114).
