Background
The polyurethane foaming agent is a special polyurethane product which is prepared by filling components such as polyurethane prepolymer, foaming agent, catalyst and the like into a pressure-resistant aerosol can, has the advantages of pre-foaming, high expansion, small shrinkage and the like, is an environment-friendly and energy-saving building material which is convenient to use, and can be suitable for sealing, plugging, filling and mending gaps, fixing and bonding and the like. The polyurethane foaming agent is usually prepared by a one-step foaming process, namely polyether or polyester polyol, polyisocyanate, water, a catalyst, a surfactant, a foaming agent, other additives and other raw materials are added in one step, and the raw materials are mixed under high-speed stirring and then foamed. At present, the preparation process of the polyurethane foaming agent mostly adopts a manual foaming mode of operators, and the manual foaming has the following problems: (1) the manual foaming work has low production efficiency and large labor consumption; (2) the utilization rate of the raw materials foamed manually is low, and part of the raw materials can be adhered to the inner side wall of the container, so that waste is caused; (3) the manual foaming stirring is insufficient, so that the performance of the polyurethane foaming agent is affected.

The invention provides a polyurethane foaming agent preparation foaming process, aiming at solving the following problems existing in the manual foaming adopted in the existing polyurethane foaming agent preparation process: (1) the manual foaming work has low production efficiency and large labor consumption; (2) the utilization rate of the raw materials foamed manually is low, and part of the raw materials can be adhered to the inner side wall of the container, so that waste is caused; (3) the manual foaming stirring is insufficient, so that the performance of the polyurethane foaming agent is affected.

A plurality of first rotating discs are uniformly and rotatably arranged on the pressurizing disc around the first lead screw; and the upper surface of the bottom plate of the stirring tank is horizontally and rotatably provided with a second rotary disc corresponding to the position of each first rotary disc. And a second lead screw penetrating through the centers of the first turntable and the second turntable is vertically and fixedly arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate of the stirring tank, and the second lead screw is in running fit with the first turntable and the second turntable. When the pressurizing disc moves up and down, the first rotating disc can rotate because the second screw rod is fixed and the first rotating disc and the second screw rod are in running fit. The upper surface of the second turntable is vertically and fixedly provided with a stirring rod penetrating through the first turntable. The first rotary disc drives the stirring rod to rotate while rotating, and the stirring rod stirs the raw materials. The upper surfaces of the second rotary disc and the stirring tank bottom plate are provided with a second stirring mechanism, and in the up-and-down moving process of the pressurizing disc, the stirring rod drives the second rotary disc and the second stirring mechanism to stir the mixed raw materials at the bottom of the stirring tank. A plurality of scrapers are installed at the lower edge of the pressurizing disc, and in the up-and-down moving process of the pressurizing disc, the scrapers scrape the mixed raw materials adhered to the inner side wall of the stirring tank.
The preparation foaming process of the polyurethane foaming agent comprises the following steps:
step one, adding raw materials: and closing a valve of the discharge port, driving the pressurizing disc to move upwards along the first lead screw through the reciprocating rotating motor until the limiting block reaches the top of the strip-shaped guide groove, and enabling the opening and closing mechanisms on the feeding pipe and the pressurizing disc to be in an opening state. The raw materials were added to the stirring tank through the feed port.
Step two, pressurizing and stirring: drive through reciprocating rotary motor and add the pressure disk along first lead screw downstream, pressurize the raw materials mixture in the agitator tank, and first rabbling mechanism and second rabbling mechanism stir the raw materials mixture simultaneously, and the scraper strikes off the raw materials that adheres to on the lateral wall in the agitator tank. After the pressurizing disc moves to the middle part of the stirring tank, the pressurizing disc is driven by the reciprocating rotating motor to rise to the initial height.
Step three, discharging finished products: and D, stirring for a plurality of times according to the method in the step two, and then opening a valve of the discharge hole. As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the opening and closing mechanism in the polyurethane foaming agent preparation device comprises a sliding groove, a sealing plate, a spring, a connecting rod, a roller and a guide block. The sliding groove is horizontally arranged in the pressurizing disc and communicated with the through hole, a sealing plate matched with the through hole is arranged in the sliding groove in a sliding fit mode, the side face of the sealing plate is fixedly connected with a spring, and the end portion of the spring is fixedly connected to the end face of the sliding groove. As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the first stirring mechanism in the polyurethane foaming agent preparation device comprises a plurality of first stirring rods, balls and guide rings. First stirring stick passes through torsion spring and articulates the lower surface at first carousel and evenly arranges along first carousel circumference, and first stirring stick rotates in vertical plane and the tip rotates and installs the ball. As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the second stirring mechanism in the polyurethane foaming agent preparation device comprises a plurality of rotating shafts, a bearing seat, a second stirring rod, a bevel gear and an inner bevel gear ring. The rotating shaft is radially rotatably installed on the bearing seat along the second rotating disc, and the bearing seat is fixed on the upper surface of the second rotating disc and uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction of the second rotating disc. A second stirring rod and a bevel gear are fixedly installed on the rotating shaft, and an inner bevel gear ring which is overlapped with the axis of the second rotating disc and is mutually meshed with the bevel gear is horizontally and fixedly installed on the upper surface of the bottom plate of the stirring tank. The second turntable drives the bearing seat, the rotating shaft and the bevel gear to rotate in the rotating process, and the bevel gear drives the rotating shaft and the second stirring rod to rotate due to the fact that the bevel gear and the inner bevel gear ring are in a meshed state. The second stirring rod rotates around the second screw rod horizontally and rotates simultaneously, and the mixed raw materials at the bottom of the stirring tank are subjected to bidirectional stirring in the horizontal and vertical directions, so that the stirring effect is improved.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the scraper of the polyurethane foaming agent preparation apparatus includes a blade holder, a first blade, and a second blade. The blade holder is installed in the lower border department of pressure disk, and blade holder bottom fixed mounting has the first blade that mutually supports and blade position in the base with stirring jar inside wall, and the both sides fixedly connected with of first blade mutually supports and blade position in the second blade of side with stirring jar inside wall. The blade holder is driven to move when the pressure plate moves downwards, the blade holder drives the first blade and the second blade to slide along the inner side wall of the stirring tank, the mixed raw materials attached to the inner side wall of the stirring tank are scraped by the first blade and the second blade, and the scraped mixed raw materials automatically fall into the bottom of the stirring tank.
As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the inner side wall of the stirring tank in the polyurethane foaming agent preparation device is provided with a spiral guide groove from top to bottom. The back of the tool apron is fixedly provided with a sliding block matched with the spiral guide groove, and the top of the tool apron is fixedly provided with an arc-shaped sliding strip in sliding fit with the lower edge of the pressure plate. When the pressure plate moves downwards, the cutter holder moves in a circular arc shape along the edge of the pressure plate and slides along the spiral guide groove, so that the annular scraping of the mixed raw materials attached to the inner side wall of the stirring tank from top to bottom is realized, and the scraping effect is improved.

The invention has at least the following beneficial effects:
(1) the polyurethane foaming agent preparation foaming process is completed by matching the polyurethane foaming agent preparation device, and solves the problems of low labor production efficiency and large labor consumption caused by manual foaming in the existing polyurethane foaming agent preparation process; the raw materials are pressurized and fully stirred by the aid of the reciprocating rotating motor, labor is greatly saved, and production efficiency is improved.
(2) The scraper matched with the inner side wall of the stirring tank is arranged in the polyurethane foaming agent preparation device, when the pressure plate moves up and down to stir the mixed raw materials, the scraper is attached to the inner side wall of the stirring tank to rotate spirally to scrape the mixed raw materials adhered to the inner side wall of the stirring tank, and the scraped raw materials automatically fall into the bottom of the stirring tank, so that raw material waste is avoided.
(3) According to the polyurethane foaming agent preparation device, the mixed raw materials are pressurized through the pressurizing disc, so that the raw materials are fully extruded, the mixed raw materials below the pressurizing disc are subjected to bidirectional stirring in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through the rotation of the stirring rod and the first stirring mechanism, and the mixed raw materials at the bottom of the stirring tank are subjected to bidirectional stirring in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through the second stirring mechanism, so that the mixed raw materials are fully stirred, and the performance of the polyurethane foaming agent is improved.

Detailed Description
The embodiments of the invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings, but the invention can be implemented in many different ways as defined and covered by the claims.
As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present embodiment provides a polyurethane foaming agent preparation apparatus, which includes a cylindrical stirring tank 1, wherein supporting legs 2 are uniformly and vertically welded on the outer side wall of the stirring tank 1 along the circumferential direction, and reinforcing rods are welded between the adjacent supporting legs 2. There is reciprocal rotating electrical machines 3 top the roof middle part of agitator tank 1 through the vertical fixed mounting of motor cabinet, has evenly seted up feed inlet 4 around reciprocal rotating electrical machines 3 on the roof of agitator tank 1, and the vertical fixed mounting in feed inlet 4 below has the inlet pipe 5 that is located agitator tank 1 inside. The side wall of the stirring tank 1 protrudes outwards to form a strip-shaped guide groove 6 in the vertical direction. The vertical fixed mounting of output of reciprocating rotary motor 3 has first lead screw 7, and first lead screw 7 is improved level and is rotated and install the pressure disk 8 that mutually supports with 1 inside wall of agitator tank, and the edge fixed mounting of pressure disk 8 has the stopper 9 of mutually supporting with bar guide way 6, evenly offers the discharge gate that has the valve around first lead screw 7 on the bottom plate of agitator tank 1. The first lead screw 7 is driven to rotate forwards through the forward rotation of the reciprocating rotary motor 3, and the first lead screw 7 is in rotating fit with the pressurizing disc 8, the strip-shaped guide groove 6 is matched with the limiting block 9 fixedly arranged on the pressurizing disc 8, and the pressurizing disc 8 can only move downwards along the first lead screw 7; when the first lead screw 7 is driven to rotate reversely by the reverse rotation of the reciprocating rotary motor 3, the pressurizing disc 8 moves upward along the first lead screw 7.
The pressurizing disc 8 is vertically provided with a through hole 10 matched with the feeding pipe 5, and the pressurizing disc 8 and the feeding pipe 5 are provided with an opening and closing mechanism 11. When the pressure plate 8 is at the highest point, the opening and closing mechanism 11 is in an open state, and various raw materials of polyurethane foaming agent can be added into the stirring tank 1 through the feeding pipe 5; after the pressure plate 8 moves downwards, the opening and closing mechanism 11 is in a closed state, and a closed space is formed between the pressure plate 8 and the stirring tank 1. A plurality of first rotating discs 12 are uniformly and rotatably arranged on the pressurizing disc 8 around the first screw rod 7; a second rotary table 13 is horizontally and rotatably mounted on the upper surface of the bottom plate of the stirring tank 1 at a position corresponding to each first rotary table 12. A second screw rod 14 penetrating through the centers of the first rotating disc 12 and the second rotating disc 13 is vertically and fixedly arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate of the stirring tank 1, and the second screw rod 14 is in running fit with the first rotating disc 12 and the second rotating disc 13. When the pressure plate 8 moves up and down, the first rotary plate 12 rotates because the second screw rod 14 is fixed and the first rotary plate 12 and the second screw rod 14 are in rotating fit. The upper surface of the second rotary table 13 is vertically and fixedly provided with a stirring rod 15 which penetrates through the first rotary table 12. The first rotary disk 12 rotates and simultaneously drives the stirring rod 15 to rotate, and the stirring rod 15 stirs the raw materials. The lower surfaces of the first rotating disc 12 and the pressure disc 8 are provided with a first stirring mechanism 16, and in the process that the pressure disc 8 moves up and down, the first stirring mechanism 16 stirs the mixed raw materials below the pressure disc 8. The upper surfaces of the second rotating disc 13 and the bottom plate of the stirring tank 1 are provided with a second stirring mechanism 17, and in the up-down moving process of the pressurizing disc 8, the stirring rod 15 drives the second rotating disc 13 and the second stirring mechanism 17 to stir the mixed raw materials at the bottom of the stirring tank 1. A plurality of scrapers 18 are installed at the lower edge of the pressurizing disc 8, and in the up-and-down moving process of the pressurizing disc 8, the scrapers 18 scrape the mixed raw materials adhered to the inner side wall of the stirring tank 1.
In the present embodiment, the opening and closing mechanism 11 in the polyurethane foaming agent preparing apparatus includes a sliding groove 111, a sealing plate 112, a spring 113, a connecting rod 114, a roller 115, and a guide block 116. The sliding groove 111 is horizontally arranged in the pressurizing plate 8 and communicated with the through hole 10, the sealing plate 112 matched with the through hole 10 is matched in the sliding groove 111 in a sliding mode, the side face of the sealing plate 112 is fixedly connected with the spring 113, and the end portion of the spring 113 is fixedly connected to the end face of the sliding groove 111. The top of the sealing plate 112 is vertically and fixedly provided with a connecting rod 114, the top of the connecting rod 114 is hinged with a roller 115, and the outer side wall of the feeding pipe 5 is fixedly provided with a guide block 116 with an inclined bottom surface and matched with the roller 115 in a rolling way. When the pressurizing disc 8 is at the initial highest position, the roller 115 is abutted against the outer end of the bottom surface of the guide block 116, the connecting rod 114 and the sealing plate 112 are positioned at the inner end of the sliding groove 111, and the spring 113 is compressed; the through hole 10 is in communication with the feed pipe 5. After the pressurizing plate 8 is moved downward, the sealing plate 112 is pushed by the elastic force of the spring 113 to move toward the outer end of the sliding groove 111, and the roller 115 rolls along the bottom surface of the guide block 116 toward the inner end until the sealing plate 112 completely seals the through hole 10.
In this embodiment, the first stirring mechanism 16 of the polyurethane foaming agent preparing apparatus includes a plurality of first stirring rods 161, balls 162, and a guide ring 163. The first stirring rods 161 are hinged on the lower surface of the first rotary table 12 through torsion springs and are uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the first rotary table 12, and the first stirring rods 161 rotate in a vertical plane and are provided with balls 162 at the ends in a rotating manner. The lower surface of the pressure plate 8 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a guide ring 163 which is overlapped with the axis of the first rotating plate 12 and has a wavy bottom, and the first stirring rod 161 presses the ball 162 against the bottom of the guide ring 163 under the action of the torsion spring. First carousel 12 rotates the in-process and drives first stirring rod 161 and rotate, and first stirring rod 161 presents the up-and-down motion under the guide effect of guide ring 163 simultaneously to realized mixing raw materials horizontal direction and the two-way stirring of vertical direction below the pressure plate 8, improved stirring effect.
In this embodiment, the second stirring mechanism 17 of the apparatus for preparing polyurethane foaming agent includes a plurality of rotating shafts 171, a bearing housing 172, a second stirring rod 173, a bevel gear 174, and an inner bevel gear 175. The rotating shaft 171 is rotatably mounted on the bearing seat 172 along the radial direction of the second rotating disk 13, and the bearing seat 172 is fixed on the upper surface of the second rotating disk 13 and evenly arranged along the circumferential direction of the second rotating disk 13. A second stirring rod 173 and a bevel gear 174 are fixedly arranged on the rotating shaft 171, and an inner bevel gear ring 175 which is overlapped with the axis of the second rotating disc 13 and is meshed with the bevel gear 174 is horizontally and fixedly arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate of the stirring tank 1. The rotation of the second rotary disk 13 drives the bearing seat 172, the rotating shaft 171 and the bevel gear 174 to rotate, and the bevel gear 174 drives the rotating shaft 171 and the second stirring rod 173 to rotate because the bevel gear 174 and the inner bevel gear ring 175 are engaged. The second stirring rod 173 rotates horizontally around the second screw 14 and rotates in the same time, and performs bidirectional stirring in the horizontal and vertical directions on the mixed raw materials at the bottom of the stirring tank 1, thereby improving the stirring effect.
In the present embodiment, the blade 18 in the polyurethane foaming agent preparing apparatus includes a blade holder 181, a first blade 182, and a second blade 183. The tool apron 181 is installed at the lower edge of the pressurizing plate 8, the bottom of the tool apron 181 is fixedly provided with a first blade 182 which is mutually matched with the inner side wall of the stirring tank 1 and the cutting edge of which is positioned at the bottom edge, and the two sides of the first blade 182 are fixedly connected with a second blade 183 which is mutually matched with the inner side wall of the stirring tank 1 and the cutting edge of which is positioned at the side edge. The pressurizing disc 8 drives the cutter holder 181 to move when moving downwards, the cutter holder 181 drives the first blade 182 and the second blade 183 to slide along the inner side wall of the stirring tank 1, the first blade 182 and the second blade 183 scrape the mixed raw material attached to the inner side wall of the stirring tank 1, and the scraped mixed raw material automatically falls into the bottom of the stirring tank 1.
In this embodiment, the inner sidewall of the stirring tank 1 of the apparatus for preparing a polyurethane foaming agent is provided with a spiral guide groove 19 from top to bottom. The back of the tool apron 181 is fixedly provided with a slide block 20 which is matched with the spiral guide groove 19, and the top of the tool apron 181 is fixedly provided with an arc-shaped slide bar 21 which is matched with the lower edge of the pressurizing disc 8 in a sliding way. When the pressurizing disc 8 moves downwards, the cutter holder 181 moves along the edge of the pressurizing disc 8 in a circular arc shape and slides along the spiral guide groove 19, so that the annular scraping from top to bottom of the mixed raw materials attached to the inner side wall of the stirring tank 1 is realized, and the scraping effect is improved.
As shown in fig. 8, this embodiment further provides a polyurethane foaming agent preparation foaming process, which is completed by using the above polyurethane foaming agent preparation apparatus, and specifically includes the following steps:
step one, adding raw materials: a valve of the discharge port is closed, the pressurizing disc 8 is driven by the reciprocating rotary motor 3 to move upwards along the first lead screw 7 until the limiting block 9 reaches the top of the strip-shaped guide groove 6, and the feed pipe 5 and the opening and closing mechanism 11 on the pressurizing disc 8 are in an open state; each raw material was added to the stirring tank 1 through the feed port 4.
Step two, pressurizing and stirring: drive pressure disk 8 through reciprocating rotary motor 3 and move down along first lead screw 7, pressurize the raw materials mixture in agitator tank 1, and first rabbling mechanism 16 and second rabbling mechanism 17 stir the raw materials mixture simultaneously, and scraper 18 strikes off the raw materials that adheres to on agitator tank 1 inside wall.
