The automatic toilet seat paper cushioning device of the second embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 to 17, is used for automatically covering toilet seat paper cushioning 1 on a toilet seat 21 of a toilet, and comprises a paper feeding mechanism 3, a cutting mechanism 4 and a plurality of sections of toilet seat paper cushioning 1 in the first embodiment, wherein the paper feeding mechanism 3, the cutting mechanism 4 and the toilet seat paper cushioning 1 are all installed in a shell 22 at the rear side of the toilet seat 21, the plurality of sections of toilet seat paper cushioning 1 are connected end to end, the shape of each section is matched with the toilet seat 21, the toilet seat paper cushioning 1 sequentially passes through the paper feeding mechanism 3 and the cutting mechanism 4, the paper feeding mechanism 3 is used for conveying the toilet seat paper cushioning 1 to the toilet seat 21, and the cutting mechanism 4 is used for cutting the toilet seat paper cushioning 1.
In fig. 3 and 4, a multi-stage toilet seat packing paper 1 is placed in a roll shape above a paper feeding mechanism 3. One end of the toilet seat paper 1 is located in the paper feeding mechanism 3. The sheet feeding mechanism 3 can feed out the toilet seat paper 1, and move the toilet seat paper 1 from the rear side to the front side of the toilet seat 21, thereby smoothly covering the toilet seat 21. The cutting mechanism 4 is located below the paper feeding mechanism 3. The toilet seat packing paper 1 sequentially passes through the paper feeding mechanism 3 and the cutting mechanism 4, and extends to the toilet seat 21. When a user sits on the toilet seat 21, the toilet seat packing paper 1 can prevent the skin of the user from contacting the toilet seat 21. After the user rises, the toilet seat packing paper 1 is cut off by the cutting mechanism 4 and is flushed along with the flushing of the toilet. In one or more preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the paper feeding mechanism 3 includes a paper feeding power motor 33, a paper feeding power gear 34, and a paper feeding roller gear 35. The paper feeding power motor 33 is installed at the lower portion of the housing 22, the paper feeding power gear 34 is coaxially connected with the paper feeding power motor 33, the paper feeding roller gear 35 is coaxially connected with the driving roller 31, and the paper feeding power gear 34 and the paper feeding roller gear 35 are engaged with each other. By the arrangement, space can be saved, all power elements and transmission elements are located in the shell 22, so that the structure is compact, and the safety of all internal elements is guaranteed.
The driving roller 31 is driven by a paper feed power motor 33, and is engaged with the driven roller 32 to clamp and pull out the toilet seat packing paper 1, and then, to convey it toward the toilet seat 21. The form of the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32 can also enable the toilet seat packing paper 1 to be conveyed to the toilet seat 21 in a flat form, and the toilet seat packing paper 1 is prevented from being blocked in the paper feeding mechanism 3.
In one or more preferred embodiments, the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32 can be relatively moved, thereby enabling the paper feeding mechanism 3 to be opened and closed.
When the toilet seat paper 1 is used up and needs to be replaced, the paper feeding mechanism 3 can be opened, a gap is generated between the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32, one end of the toilet seat paper 1 is placed in the gap, then the paper feeding mechanism 3 is closed, the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32 clamp the toilet seat paper 1 tightly, the paper feeding mechanism 3 is started, and the toilet seat paper 1 is sent out.
In one or more preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 to 10, the paper feeding mechanism 3 further includes a paper feeding key 36, and the paper feeding key 36 is used to control the movement of the driven roller 32.
The paper feed key 36 can control the movement of the driven roller 32. Both ends of the driven roller 32 are installed in a shift groove 37, and the driven roller 32 can approach or move away from the driving roller 31 in the shift groove 37. When the paper feed key 36 is pressed, the driven roller 32 is separated from the driving roller 31, so that a certain gap is generated between the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32, and the toilet seat packing paper 1 can be placed in the gap. When the paper feeding key 36 is released, the driven roller 32 approaches the driving roller 31, thereby clamping the toilet seat packing paper 1. When the driven roller 32 moves in the shift groove 37, the axes of the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32 are always in the same plane.
In fig. 7 and 8, the paper feeding key 36 is not inserted between the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32, so that the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32 can nip the toilet seat liner 1, while in fig. 9 and 10, the paper feeding key 36 is inserted between the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32, so that a certain distance is provided between the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32, so that the toilet seat liner 1 can be freely moved in and out, and the toilet seat liner 1 can be conveniently replaced.
In one or more preferred embodiments, the paper feeding mechanism 3 further includes an exit key (not shown) for controlling the rotational direction of the drive roller 31.
When the toilet seat paper 1 fed out by the paper feeding mechanism 3 is not flat enough, the exit key can be pressed to reverse the drive roller 31, so that the fed out toilet seat paper 1 is retracted. At this time, the arrangement of the toilet seat paper 1 between the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32 can be readjusted in cooperation with the paper feeding key 36, so that the toilet seat paper 1 can be smoothly fed out.
In one or more preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 11 to 14, the cutting mechanism 4 includes an actuator 41, a fixed blade 42 and a movable blade 43, the fixed blade 42 and the movable blade 43 are oppositely disposed, the toilet seat paper 1 is located between the fixed blade 42 and the movable blade 43, and the actuator 41 drives the movable blade 43.
The cutting of the toilet seat packing paper 1 can be realized in the simplest way by adopting the matching of the fixed knife 42 and the movable knife 43. The cutting mechanism 4 is installed at a position to ensure that the cut toilet seat paper 1 is enough to cover the toilet seat 21, and the paper feeding mechanism 3 still clamps the toilet seat paper 1 after cutting, thereby delivering the next toilet seat paper 1. The fixed knife 42 is a strip-shaped integrated body, the movable knife 43 is two symmetrical blades, the two blades are respectively pivoted with two ends of the fixed knife 42 through movable knife shafts 44 positioned at two ends of the fixed knife 42, and the two blades are connected to the actuator 41 through a movable knife connecting frame 45 in the middle of the fixed knife 42. The arrangement greatly reduces the occupied space of the cutting mechanism 4, and the cutting process is from two sides to the middle of the toilet seat packing paper 1, so that the cutting resistance can be reduced, and the vibration and the noise in the cutting process are obviously reduced. In order to prevent the toilet seat paper 1 from being damaged when passing through the cutting mechanism 4, the toilet seat paper 1 is separated from the stationary blade 42 by a guide plate 46. The guide plate 46 and the fixed knife 42 form a paper packing channel 47, and when the toilet seat packing paper 1 moves tightly against the guide plate 46, the toilet seat packing paper can be ensured not to contact with the fixed knife 42.
The actuator 41 is a power electromagnet or a driving motor, in fig. 11 and 12, the power electromagnet is in a non-working state, the return spring 48 is in a natural state, and the moving push rod 49 in the middle of the power electromagnet is in a position away from the fixed knife 42, so that the portion of the movable knife 43 connected with the movable knife connecting frame 45 is away from the fixed knife 42, and the paper packing channel 47 is in an open state. In fig. 13 and 14, the power electromagnet is in the working state, so that the moving push rod 49 moves towards the fixed knife 42, thereby driving the moving knife 43 to move towards the fixed knife 42, thereby cutting off the toilet seat paper 1, and the return spring 48 is in the compressed state. After cutting, under the push of the return spring 48, the moving push rod 49 moves away from the fixed knife 42 again, and the paper packing channel 47 between the moving knife 43 and the fixed knife 42 is opened again.
In one or more preferred embodiments, as shown in fig. 15 to 17, the automatic paper-packing device for toilet seat 21 further comprises a lid opening and closing mechanism 5, the lid opening and closing mechanism 5 comprises an opening and closing motor 51, a transmission 52 and a toilet lid 57, the opening and closing motor 51 is located in the casing 22, the transmission 52 comprises three gears which are meshed in series, and the opening and closing motor 51 drives the toilet lid 57 through the transmission 52.
As shown in fig. 15, three gears are fixed on the inner side wall bracket 56, and the three gears are a cover plate power gear 53, a transition gear 54 and a cover plate gear 55 from bottom to top. Three gears are located between the inner sidewall bracket 56 and the sidewall of the housing 22. In fig. 16, the rotation shaft of the toilet lid 57 is disposed coaxially with the lid gear 55. The cover power gear 53 is coaxially arranged with the opening and closing motor 51. In fig. 17, when the opening and closing motor 51 rotates the cover power gear 53 counterclockwise, the transition gear 54 rotates clockwise, the cover gear 55 rotates counterclockwise, and the toilet lid 57 is opened. When the lid power gear 53 rotates clockwise, the toilet lid 57 is closed.
In fig. 16, the lower part of the casing 22 is an integrated power box 23. The opening and closing motor 51, the paper feed power motor 33, and the actuator 41 are located in the integrated power box 23.
In one or more preferred embodiments, the automatic toilet seat paper packing device further includes a paper bin 6 as shown in fig. 16, and the paper bin 6 includes two symmetrically arranged tapered elastic members 61 as shown in fig. 18 and 19 for holding the toilet seat paper packing 1 in a roll shape. The tip of the tapered elastic member 61 can be inserted into the toilet seat packing 1, thereby holding the toilet seat packing 1. Since the tapered elastic members 61 can be deformed and displaced, the distance therebetween can be enlarged, thereby facilitating replacement of a new toilet seat packing 1. A tapered elastic member 61 is mounted on the inner side wall bracket 56 and is disposed coaxially with the cover gear 55. The fixed shaft 62 passes through the cover gear 55, the inner sidewall bracket 56 and the tapered elastic member 61 in sequence. The fixing shaft 62 is mounted at both ends thereof with a limit bolt 63. As shown in fig. 20, a limit stopper 64 is installed between the limit bolt 63 and the cover gear 55, thereby protecting the cover gear 55.
The paper bin 6 and the paper feeding mechanism 3 are arranged at one position, so that the toilet seat packing paper 1 can be conveniently conveyed. The paper bin 6 is arranged at the rear side of the toilet seat 21, so that the normal work of the automatic paper packing device of the toilet seat is not influenced, and the weight burden of the automatic paper packing device of the toilet seat is reduced.
The third embodiment: automatic paper-padding toilet seat
As shown in fig. 3, 21 to 24, the automatic paper-cushioned toilet stool of the third embodiment includes a toilet seat 21, a toilet lid 57, a first sensor 71, a second sensor 72, and the above-mentioned toilet seat automatic paper-cushioned apparatus, the first sensor 71 is mounted on the toilet lid 57 for sensing the distance of the user from the toilet seat, so that when the user approaches the automatic paper-cushioned toilet stool, the toilet lid 57 is opened and the toilet seat automatic paper-cushioned apparatus starts to operate; when the user is far away from the automatic paper-padded toilet bowl, the toilet cover 57 is buckled, so that the toilet seat paper padding 1 is cut off, and the toilet is flushed; the second sensor 72 is installed in the toilet seat automatic paper-packing device, and is used for detecting the in-place and paper-out length of the toilet seat paper-packing 1, so as to control the start and stop of the paper-feeding mechanism 3.
In fig. 21 and 22, the toilet lid 57 is in a closed state, and in fig. 23 and 24, the toilet lid 57 is in an open state.
As shown in FIG. 25, in the non-operation state, the toilet lid 57 is fastened, the first sensor 71 is installed at the front end of the toilet lid 57, and the water in the water tank 73 is at a high level. When the first sensor 71 senses that a person approaches the toilet bowl, as shown in fig. 26 and 27, the toilet lid 57 is lifted, and the paper feeding mechanism 3 continuously feeds out the toilet seat paper 1 during the lifting of the toilet lid 57, as shown in fig. 28, the toilet seat paper 1 is accurately covered on the toilet seat 21, and the toilet lid 57 is continuously lifted upward until it is completely opened, so that the user can use the toilet. When the user gets up and leaves after the user finishes using the toilet, the toilet lid 57 is actuated to fall down when the first sensor 71 senses that the user gets up and leaves, as shown in fig. 29, and the water in the water tank 73 is still at a high level. After the toilet lid 57 is completely dropped and fastened, as shown in fig. 30, the toilet seat packing 1 is cut by the cutting mechanism 4. The toilet bowl is then activated to flush the used toilet seat paper 1, and the water in the tank 73 is changed from high to low.
In fig. 31, an example of the third embodiment is shown, and the default standby state is a state in which the toilet lid 57 is closed. When the user arrives at the toilet, the first sensor 71 senses that the user arrives at the given position of the toilet, so that a starting instruction of the automatic paper packing device of the toilet seat is given, and the starting and stopping motor 51 is started. With the toilet lid 57 opened, the paper feed power motor 33 is started to continuously feed out the toilet seat packing paper 1. If paper shortage or device failure occurs at the moment, an alarm is started. The second sensor 72 in the housing 22 senses the paper-out length signal, and when the toilet seat paper 1 is sent out for a certain distance, the paper-feeding power motor 33 stops instructing to stop the driving roller 31 of the paper-feeding mechanism 3, so that the toilet seat paper 1 covers the surface of the toilet seat 21, and the inner tongue 12 falls into the toilet. The user can then sit on the toilet seat 21 for use. When the user leaves the position to the set position, the first sensor 71 senses the user's leaving, and the shut-off mechanism 4 is operated while the toilet lid 57 is closed. When the toilet lid 57 reaches the horizontal position of the toilet seat 21, a signal is given to open the water tank 73, the electromagnetic valve of the water tank 73 is opened to flush water to the automatic stop water level, and then the packing paper is flushed away along with the impact water flow. And then the automatic paper packing device of the toilet seat is shut down and is in a standby state.
Another example of the third embodiment is shown in fig. 32, which facilitates replacement of the toilet seat packing paper 1 by maintenance personnel. When the maintainer receives the signal that the toilet seat packing paper 1 is completely consumed, the maintainer can close the working power switch of the device, open the shell 22 of the automatic toilet seat packing paper device, take down the reel of the empty roll paper and replace the reel with a new toilet seat packing paper 1. The blanket cylinder shaft was inserted into the tapered elastic member 61 mounted on the two inner side wall brackets 56, and it was confirmed that the blanket cylinder was free to rotate. Then, a paper feed key 36 of the paper feed mechanism 3 is pressed to cause a certain gap to occur between the driving roller 31 and the driven roller 32. And starting a working power supply, starting an equipment detection switch, enabling the equipment to run according to a program, and adjusting the paper outlet length to be in place. And finally, the detection power supply is turned off, and the working power supply is turned on for standby.

3. The automatic toilet seat paper packing device according to claim 2, wherein the driving roller and the driven roller are relatively movable so that the paper feeding mechanism can be opened and closed.

An automatic paper-cushioned toilet bowl, comprising a toilet seat, a toilet lid, a first sensor, a second sensor and the automatic paper-cushioned toilet seat apparatus of any one of claims 1 to 6, the first sensor being mounted on the toilet lid for sensing the distance of a user from the toilet bowl, such that when the user approaches the automatic paper-cushioned toilet bowl, the toilet lid is opened and the automatic paper-cushioned toilet seat apparatus starts to operate; when a user is far away from the automatic paper-padded toilet bowl, the toilet cover is buckled, so that the toilet seat paper is cut off, and the toilet is flushed; the second sensor is arranged in the automatic toilet seat paper packing device and used for detecting and controlling the in-place and paper outlet length of the toilet seat paper packing so as to control the starting and stopping of the paper feeding mechanism.
