In some embodiments, the switch body 110 includes a base 111 and a submount 112, the submount 112 being disposed on the base 111. The base 111 and the base 112 may be integrally formed or fixedly connected together, which is not limited herein.
In some embodiments, the switch body 110 is provided with an electrode hole 130, which penetrates the base 112 and the base 111. As shown in fig. 1, two electrode holes 130 are symmetrically disposed on the switch body 110 for receiving electrodes on the e-cigarette cartridge. As shown, the flexible switch 100 is fixed within the e-cigarette cartridge, dividing the air channel of the e-cigarette into two spaces. When the electronic cigarette is not in use, air pressure on two sides of the flexible switch is balanced, and the flexible switch is in a closed state; in the process of pumping of a user, the air pressure on one side suddenly decreases, and one end communicated with the atmospheric pressure presses the flexible switch to deform to form a gap, so that the air flow passes through the gap. After the user finishes pumping, the air pressures on the two sides are balanced, and the valve on the flexible switch automatically restores to the original shape, so that the flexible switch is in a closed state.
Figure 2 is a schematic diagram of the structure of an e-cigarette cartridge according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown, the e-cigarette cartridge 200 includes a housing 210, a heating device 220, an electrode 230, and a flexible switch 100. Wherein one end of the housing 210 includes an air outlet to release the smoke when the user inhales. The housing 210 encloses a space for containing the tobacco tar. The heating device 220 is used to heat the tobacco tar, thereby generating smoke. The heating device 220, the flexible switch 100, and the electrode 230 can be assembled in the housing 210.
In some embodiments, the flexible switch 100 is removably mounted between the electrode and the heating device 220. The heating device 220, the flexible switch 100, and the electrode 230 are assembled in turn in the case 210. The flexible switch 100 is not in direct contact with the heating means 220, and the electrode 230 is electrically connected with the heating means 220. The flexible switch 100 completely seals the air inlet in the closed state, preventing condensate/smoke from escaping from the air inlet of the electronic cigarette. In some cases, the electronic cigarette may leak the tobacco tar through the air inlet during use, and thus the flexible switch may also prevent the tobacco tar from leaking.
In other embodiments, the flexible switch 100 is removably mounted between the heating device 220 and the air outlet of the housing 210. The flexible switch 100, the heating means 220 and the electrodes 230 are assembled in turn in the housing 210. At this moment, the flexible switch can prevent the condensate from flowing out of the air outlet, and user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, the electrode 230 includes a pin 231 that is electrically connected to the heating device 220. The pins are conductive metal, and are connected to the heating device 220 for transmitting electric energy. The pin 231 is tapered and can be electrically connected to the heating device 220 through an electrode hole of the flexible switch 100.
In some embodiments, the housing 210 includes an air passage, the flexible switch 100 corresponds to the position of the air passage and the diameter of the flexible valve is equal to or greater than the diameter of the air passage. The diameter of the flexible valve on the flexible switch 100 is larger than that of the air passage, so that the suction resistance of a user is reduced, and the user experience is improved.
Figure 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic cigarette according to one embodiment of the invention. As shown, the electronic cigarette 300 includes a tobacco rod 310 and a cartridge 200. Wherein the cartridge 200 is removably mounted to the tobacco rod 310. When the cartridge 200 is assembled on the tobacco rod 310, the electrodes of the cartridge 200 contact metal contacts on the tobacco rod 310 so that the power source in the cartridge 200 can provide electrical power to the heating device for heating the tobacco tar to produce smoke. In some embodiments, the cartridge 200 is a disposable cartridge that can be replaced with a new cartridge after the tobacco tar is exhausted. In other embodiments, the cartridge 200 is a reusable cartridge that includes an oil inlet therein, which can be used to replenish the tobacco tar.

Claims (11)

1. A flexible switch for an electronic cigarette, comprising:
a switch main body; and
a flexible valve formed on the switch body;
when the airflow flows, the flexible valve is opened under the action of the pressure difference; when the airflow stops, the flexible valve automatically closes.
2. The switch of claim 1, wherein the flexible valve is a silicone valve, and two or more valves attached to each other are disposed on the flexible valve, and the valves deform under the action of the pressure difference to form a gap therebetween so that the silicone valve is opened, and when the pressure difference disappears, the valves return to the state of being attached to each other so that the silicone valve is closed.
3. The switch of claim 2, wherein an engagement portion of the flexible valve with the switch body is circular in profile and the flexible valve includes four valves that equally divide the circle.
4. The switch of claim 2, wherein the flexible valve bulges in the direction of gas flow.
5. The switch of claim 1 or 2, wherein the switch body comprises a base and a submount, the submount being disposed on the base.
6. The switch of claim 5, wherein the switch body has an electrode hole formed therein, which extends through the base and the base.
7. The switch of claim 5, wherein the flexible valve is disposed in a center position of the submount, and a groove is disposed around the flexible valve below a surface of the submount.
8. An electronic cigarette cartridge comprising:
a housing including an air outlet enclosing a space for containing the tobacco tar;
the heating device is fixed inside the shell;
the electrode is fixed inside the shell and is electrically connected with the heating device; and
the flexible switch of any one of claims 1-7, removably mounted between said electrode and said heating device or between said heating device and said gas outlet.
9. The cartridge of claim 8, the electrode comprising a pin electrically connected with the heating device.
10. The cartridge of claim 8, wherein the housing includes an air passage, the flexible switch corresponds to a position of the air passage and the flexible valve has a diameter equal to or greater than a diameter of the air passage.
11. An electronic cigarette, comprising:
a tobacco rod; and
a cartridge according to any one of claims 8 to 10, which is removably mounted on the tobacco rod.
