一种振动监控系统,包括:相干光源(110)、光束分光器(120)、位移传感器(130)以及位移测量系统(140),相干光源(110)用于产生相干光;光束分光器(120)用于将相干光分成多束分相干光,其中,多束分相干光用于照射待测物体(150);位移传感器(130)用于采集多束分相干光被待测物体(150)反射或者透射而形成的散斑图像;位移测量系统(140)用于根据散斑图像以非成像方式监控待测物体(150)的振动数据。还提供一种振动监控方法。
