Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种生物特征识别方法,包括:控制光源生成一组相干光,所述相干光中的至少一束射向检材;通过微机电系统控制所述相干光对所述检材进行扫描;通过信号接收装置采集所述检材反射的光信号与所述相干光的干涉成像信息,根据所述干涉成像信息生成与所述检材对应的三维点云数据;对所述三维点云数据进行点云重构得到与所述检材对应的目标三维图像;通过将所述目标三维图像与预存储的参考数据进行比较从而实现身份识别。此外,本发明实施例还公开了一种生物特征识别装置、系统以及终端设备。采用本发明,可识别出伪造生物特征的检材,从而提高生物特征识别的准确性。
