For example, if the preset decibel value is 50 points, it is determined that there is voice input, and if the preset decibel value is less than 50 points, it is determined that there is no voice input, the input first audio data may be ambient noise.

The terminal switching method provided by the embodiment of the application realizes automatic switching of the speakers in the video conference, and does not need manual switching of workers in video conference scheduling software.

s305, if the terminal A detects that the MIC has no sound, sending a speaking stopping request to video networking conference scheduling software;
s306, after the video networking conference scheduling software receives the speaking stopping request sent by the terminal A, the terminal A is moved out of the speaker, and the terminal A is replied to stop speaking successfully;
and S307, after receiving the successful speech stopping, the terminal A stops sending the audio stream and prompts the caption of successful speech stopping.

Another embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal switching device, configured to execute the method provided in the foregoing embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of a terminal switching device according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, where the device is applied to a video network, where the video network includes video conference scheduling software of the video network and a free speech terminal, and the free speech terminal is provided with an audio device, the video conference scheduling software of the video network includes: a sending module 401, a receiving module 402 and a switching module 403, wherein:
the sending module 401 is configured to send a video conference start instruction to the free speech terminal through video networking video conference scheduling software;
the receiving module 402 is configured to receive, through the video networking video conference scheduling software, a request utterance instruction sent by the terminal that utters freely; the speaking request instruction is sent to the user terminal by the free speaking terminal after the audio equipment of the free speaking terminal detects that sound is input;
the switching module 403 is configured to, when the number of speakers in the speaking area is smaller than a preset number of speakers, switch the free speaking terminal to a current speaker through the video conference scheduling software according to a speaking request instruction sent by the free speaking terminal, so that the free speaking terminal speaks.

Optionally, the switching module 403 is configured to:
and under the condition that the user terminal receives the speaking request commands sent by at least two free speaking terminals, the user terminal switches the free speaking terminal corresponding to the speaking request command received earlier into the current speaking person through video networking video conference scheduling software according to the sequence of the received speaking request commands until the number of the current speaking persons is the same as the preset value of the speaking person.
Optionally, the switching module 403 is further configured to:

Another embodiment of the present invention provides a terminal device, configured to execute the method provided in the above embodiment, where the terminal device is a user terminal, such as a PC, and the terminal device is installed with video conference scheduling software.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 5, the electronic device includes: at least one processor 501 and memory 502;
the memory stores a computer program; the at least one processor executes the computer program stored by the memory to implement the methods provided by the above-described embodiments.

Yet another embodiment of the present application provides a computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, and the computer program is executed to implement the method provided in any one of the above embodiments.
According to the computer readable storage medium of the embodiment, the video network comprises the user terminal and the free speech terminal, the free speech terminal is provided with the audio equipment, and the user terminal sends a video conference starting instruction to the free speech terminal through video network video conference scheduling software; a user terminal receives a speaking request instruction sent by a free speaking terminal through video networking video conference scheduling software; the speaking request instruction is sent to the user terminal by the free speaking terminal after the audio equipment of the free speaking terminal detects that sound is input; when the number of speakers in the speaking area is smaller than the preset number of speakers, the user terminal switches the free speaking terminal to the current speaker through the video networking video conference scheduling software according to the speaking request instruction sent by the free speaking terminal, so that the free speaking terminal can speak, automatic switching of speakers in the video conference is realized, manual operation on the video networking video conference scheduling software is not needed, operation of workers is reduced, and flexibility of the conference is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A terminal switching method is applied to a video network, wherein the video network comprises a user terminal and a free speech terminal, and an audio device is arranged on the free speech terminal, and the method comprises the following steps:
the user terminal sends a video conference starting instruction to the free speech terminal through video networking video conference scheduling software;
the user terminal receives a speaking request instruction sent by the free speaking terminal through the video networking video conference scheduling software; the utterance requesting instruction is transmitted from the free-utterance terminal to the user terminal after the audio device of the free-utterance terminal detects an input of sound; if a plurality of pieces of continuous volume information are greater than preset volume information within a preset time period, determining that the audio equipment has sound input by the free speech terminal;
when the number of speakers in a speaking area is smaller than a preset number of speakers, the preset number of speakers is the maximum number of speaking areas, and the user terminal switches the free speaking terminal into the current speaker through the video networking video conference scheduling software according to a speaking request instruction sent by the free speaking terminal so that the free speaking terminal can speak;
and if the number of the current speakers is equal to the preset value of the speakers, the switching can not be carried out, and the user terminal returns a response instruction of switching failure to the terminal through video networking video conference scheduling software.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user terminal switches the free speech terminal to a current speaker through the video networking video conference scheduling software according to a request speech instruction sent by the free speech terminal, so that the free speech terminal can speak, the method comprising:
under the condition that the user terminal receives the speaking request commands sent by at least two free speaking terminals, the user terminal switches the free speaking terminal corresponding to the speaking request command received in advance into the current speaker through video conference scheduling software according to the sequence of the received speaking request commands until the number of the current speakers is the same as the preset value of the speakers.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
and the user terminal sends a response instruction of successful speaking to the free speaking terminal switched to the current speaker through the video networking video conference scheduling software, wherein the response instruction of successful speaking comprises first display information, so that the first display information is displayed on the free speaking terminal of the current speaker.
4. The method of claim 3, further comprising:
the user terminal receives a speech stopping instruction sent by the free speech terminal through the video networking video conference scheduling software; the speech stopping instruction is sent to the user terminal by the free speech terminal after the audio equipment of the free speech terminal does not detect the sound input;
the user terminal removes a free speech terminal corresponding to the current speaker from the speech area through the video networking video conference scheduling software according to the speech stopping instruction;
and the user terminal sends a response instruction of stopping successfully to the free speaking terminal corresponding to the instruction of stopping speaking through the video networking video conference scheduling software, wherein the response instruction of stopping successfully comprises second display information, so that the second display information is displayed on the free speaking terminal corresponding to the instruction of stopping speaking.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the request-to-speak instruction is sent by the free-speak terminal to the user terminal after an audio device of the free-speak terminal detects a voice input, and comprises:
the free speech terminal acquires first audio data of a first preset time period input by the audio equipment;
the free speech terminal intercepts the first audio data every a second preset time period to obtain at least two sections of second audio data;
the free speech terminal processes at least two sections of second audio data to obtain PCM data corresponding to the at least two sections of second audio data, wherein the PCM data comprises a plurality of sampling point amplitudes;
the free speech terminal determines volume information corresponding to at least two second audio data according to a plurality of sampling point amplitudes in at least two PCM data;
in the first preset time period, if volume information corresponding to a plurality of continuous second audio data is larger than preset volume information, the free speech terminal determines that the audio equipment has sound input;
and the free speaking terminal sends the speaking request instruction to the user terminal.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein after the video conference is initiated, the method further comprises:
and the user terminal starts the voice detection function of the audio equipment for the free speech terminal in the video conference through the video networking video conference scheduling software.

and if the number of the current speakers is equal to the preset value of the speakers, the switching can not be carried out, and the user terminal returns a response instruction of switching failure to the terminal through video networking video conference scheduling software.

under the condition that the user terminal receives the speaking request commands sent by at least two free speaking terminals, the user terminal switches the free speaking terminal corresponding to the speaking request command received in advance into the current speaker through video conference scheduling software according to the sequence of the received speaking request commands until the number of the current speakers is the same as the preset value of the speakers.
9. A terminal device, comprising: at least one processor and a memory;
