The invention discloses a medicine storage amount control method based on an intelligent medicine box, which can send out medicine storage reminding when detecting that the real-time storage amount of medicines is insufficient, thereby reminding a user to store corresponding medicines, enabling the medicines in the medicine box to be supplemented in time and greatly reducing the occurrence of the situation that the medicine box is myrrh when the user wants to use the medicines. The following is a description by way of example.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart illustrating a method for controlling a drug storage capacity based on an intelligent drug box according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method for controlling the drug storage amount based on the intelligent drug box described in fig. 1 may be applied to the intelligent drug box, and further, may be applied to a server/a background service platform/a cloud service platform corresponding to the intelligent drug box, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Described in detail herein with the smart medicine box as the execution subject, as shown in fig. 1, the smart medicine box-based medicine inventory control method may include the following operations:
It should be noted that a certain drug may be any one of all drugs currently stored in the intelligent medicine box, or any one of the drugs screened after all the drugs currently stored in the intelligent medicine box are screened in a targeted manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
In an optional implementation manner, before determining a real-time reserve of a certain medicine currently stored in the intelligent medicine chest, the method provided by the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
acquiring medicine information of all currently stored medicines in the intelligent medicine chest;
determining the type of each medicine according to the acquired medicine information;
and screening a medicine set with the medicine type as the target medicine type, wherein the certain medicine is any one of the medicines in the medicine set.
In another optional implementation, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
acquiring an activity plan of a user in a preset target time period through a home Internet of things system; the starting time of the target time period is later than the current time;
judging whether high-risk activities exist in the activity plan or not according to a predetermined high-risk activity list; wherein the high risk activity is an activity in which a predetermined medication probability is higher than a medication probability threshold;
outputting a drug inventory detection inquiry page when the high risk activity exists; and after receiving a medicine storage amount detection instruction triggered by a user, triggering and executing the operation of determining the real-time storage amount of a certain medicine currently stored in the intelligent medicine box.
In another alternative embodiment described above, the certain drug is any one of the drugs required to participate in the high risk activity.
The intelligent medicine chest can form a family Internet of things system with each intelligent furniture of the user. The user can record the activity plan of the user in a future period of time on certain intelligent equipment, and after the intelligent medicine box is granted with corresponding authority, the activity plan can be obtained through interaction with the intelligent equipment.
It should be noted that high-risk activities may be understood as more dangerous activities with a high risk of medication. Common high-risk activities include various sports, such as basketball, soccer, etc., as well as outdoor activities, such as mountain climbing, outing, traveling, etc. Considering that the risk of infection is high after the user performs the activities, such as sweating after exercise, and cold is easily caused by improper treatment, the user is likely to need to use the medicine after the activities come back. By the method, the intelligent medicine box can automatically acquire the activity plan of the user, detect the medicine storage amount in advance after the user allows the activity plan, and send out the medicine storage prompt before the user carries out high-risk activity, so that the situation that the user is in need of taking medicine when the user returns to the activity plan can be greatly reduced, and the medicine is not available.
The high-risk activity list may be a list set in advance manually, or may be generated after determining the corresponding relationship between different activities and the medication probability by analyzing the user activity condition and the medication condition stored in the database.
There are multiple implementations of real-time reserves when specifically determined. In an alternative implementation, determining a real-time reserve of a currently deposited one of the intelligent medicine boxes may include:
and calculating the real-time storage volume of the certain medicine according to the access record of the certain medicine.
In another optional implementation manner, a weighing sensor may be disposed in the intelligent medicine box, and at this time, determining the real-time storage amount of a certain currently stored medicine in the intelligent medicine box may include:
and estimating the real-time reserve of the certain medicine according to the real-time weight of the certain medicine detected by the weighing sensor.
And 102, judging whether the real-time reserve of a certain medicine is less than or equal to a corresponding preset reserve threshold, if so, triggering to execute the step 103, and if not, ending the process.
A corresponding reserve threshold value may be preset for each drug in the intelligent drug chest. For example, the intelligent medicine boxes include medicine a, medicine B, and the like, the medicine a may set the storage threshold to 2 boxes, 16 granules, 1 bottle, and the like, and the medicine B may set the storage threshold to 3 boxes, 20 granules, 2 bottles, and the like. It should be noted that, the unit of the reserve threshold is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention, and the specific unit thereof needs to be determined by the type of the medicine, for example, if the medicine is a traditional Chinese medicine, the reserve threshold may be one kilogram or two or more packages. Accordingly, the units of real-time reserves and reserves thresholds should be understood the same.
And 103, acquiring the medicine information of a certain medicine, and outputting a medicine storage prompt to prompt a user to store the medicine matched with the medicine information.
The specific content of the medicine information can be presented in various ways. In one implementation, the drug information may be a specific drug name, such as a Huoxiang Zhengqi pill, and the drug reserve reminder may be a reserve reminder of the Huoxiang Zhengqi pill. In another implementation, the drug information may be efficacy information or type information of the drug, and there are a plurality of drugs matching the drug information. For example, the medicine information may include information on efficacy of treating dizziness, and the medicine storage reminder may be a storage reminder for a medicine for treating dizziness.
According to the method for controlling the drug storage amount based on the intelligent drug box, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the drug storage reminding can be sent when the real-time insufficient storage amount of the drugs is detected, so that a user can be reminded to store the corresponding drugs, the drugs in the drug box can be supplemented in time, and the situations that the drug box myrrh is used but the drug box is wanted are greatly reduced. In addition, in another implementation, the user medication is predicted by combining with the activity plan of the user, and the medicine reserve is detected before the user possibly takes the medicine, so that the medicine reserve prompt can be sent more timely, and more intelligent service is provided for the user.
Example two
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a method for controlling the drug storage capacity based on an intelligent drug box according to a second embodiment of the present invention. The method for controlling the drug storage amount based on the intelligent drug box described in fig. 2 may be applied to the intelligent drug box, and further, may be applied to a server/a background service platform/a cloud service platform corresponding to the intelligent drug box, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention. Described in detail herein with the smart medicine box as the execution subject, as shown in fig. 2, the smart medicine box-based medicine inventory control method may include the following operations:
Considering that the medicines currently stored in the intelligent medicine boxes are not all available for taking, and there may be expired medicines, when determining the real-time storage amount of a certain medicine, the expired medicines may be further excluded.
In an alternative implementation, determining a real-time reserve of a currently stored drug in the intelligent drug chest may include:
determining the undetermined real-time reserve of a certain medicine currently stored in the intelligent medicine chest;
detecting whether expired medicines exist in all the certain medicines;
determining a first real-time reserve of the expired medicine when the presence of the expired medicine is detected;
and determining the real-time reserve of a certain medicine currently stored in the intelligent medicine box according to the undetermined real-time reserve and the first real-time reserve.
It should be noted that there are many ways to define expired drugs. In particular, in the embodiment of the present invention, the expired medicine may include a first medicine whose date is beyond the expiration date range in the conventional sense, and may further include a second medicine whose date is not beyond the expiration date range but has been deteriorated. The method of detecting expired drugs will naturally also differ for different defined expired drugs.
The specific implementation manner of detecting the expired drugs with dates beyond the shelf life range is various.
In one implementation, the method may include entering, in advance, medicine information of all stored medicines into the intelligent medicine box, and thus detecting whether an expired medicine exists in all the certain medicines, which may include:
acquiring pre-entered medicine information of the certain medicine;
determining the production date and the quality guarantee period corresponding to a certain medicine according to the medicine information;
according to the production date, the quality guarantee period and the current date of a certain medicine, the expiration time of the medicine can be determined;
according to the expiration time, whether the certain medicine exceeds the shelf life range can be judged.
In another implementation, detecting whether an expired drug is present in all of the certain drugs may include:
the intelligent medicine box is used for carrying out image recognition on the package of a certain medicine, and needed medicine information is recognized from the package of the certain medicine;
determining the production date and the quality guarantee period corresponding to a certain medicine according to the medicine information;
according to the production date, the quality guarantee period and the current date of a certain medicine, the expiration time of the medicine can be determined;
according to the expiration time, whether the certain medicine exceeds the shelf life range can be judged.
There are also a number of implementations for the detection of drugs that do not exceed their shelf-life but have deteriorated. In a preferred implementation manner provided by the present invention, detecting whether an expired drug exists in all the certain drugs may include:
the deterioration condition of a certain medicine can be predicted according to the storage environment parameter required by the certain medicine and the actual environment parameter of the certain medicine;
when the deterioration condition of the certain medicine exceeds a preset deterioration threshold value, the certain medicine can be determined to be deteriorated.
In addition to the above detection method, it is also possible to analyze whether a certain medicine is deteriorated or not by scanning the appearance of the medicine and by analyzing the color, smell, integrity, texture, and the like of the medicine.
It can be seen that in the above alternative implementation, the existence of expired drugs is further considered, so that the occurrence of the situation that the user wants to take the medicine but does not take the medicine is further reduced.
For further description of this step, see step 101 in example one.
The corresponding description of this step can be referred to as step 102 in embodiment one.
In an alternative embodiment, obtaining the drug information of the certain drug may include:
acquiring a unique corresponding medicine identifier of a certain medicine, and determining a block chain corresponding to the certain medicine according to the medicine identifier; and judging whether the electronic contract of the block chain is effective, if so, reading the traceability information of the certain medicine from the block chain, and analyzing the medicine information of the certain medicine from the traceability information.
This alternative embodiment is based on the feature that the data in the blockchain is hardly modifiable, so that the authenticity of the acquired drug information can be ensured.
And step 204, acquiring the diagnosis and treatment scheme of the associated user of the intelligent medicine box.
It should be noted that there is no chronological sequence relationship between step 203 and step 204, that is, step 203 may be executed first, or step 204 may be executed first. In this embodiment, step 203 is executed first, which is merely an example and does not represent that the action timing between step 203 and step 204 is limited. Accordingly, step 206 is only required to be executed before step 207 and after step 203, and is not necessarily executed in the timing sequence shown in fig. 2.
It should be noted that the reminding is not required when the real-time storage amount of all the medicines is less than or equal to the storage amount threshold. Specifically, it is necessary to determine whether the medicine is of a continuous consumption type. If the consumption type of a certain medicine is a continuous consumption type, indicating that the user has a medicine demand for the medicine, a reserve reminding should be given when the reserve amount is insufficient. Otherwise, if the consumption type of a certain medicine is a non-continuous consumption type, no reminding can be selected.
The intelligent medicine boxes can be associated with users, and the users bound or associated with the intelligent medicine boxes can be called associated users. It is easy to understand, in the internet era today, all data of the user can be uploaded to the cloud for inquiry, and correspondingly, for the diagnosis and treatment scheme of the associated user, in one implementation manner, the intelligent medicine box can be obtained through interaction with a hospital server of the associated hospital.
Specifically, acquiring the diagnosis and treatment scheme of the associated user of the intelligent medicine box may include:
according to hospital information of an associated hospital (the associated hospital is also associated or bound with the associated user) pre-associated with the intelligent medicine box, determining the address of a target hospital server of the associated user;
sending an acquisition request of the diagnosis and treatment scheme of the associated user according to the address of the target hospital server; and receiving the diagnosis and treatment scheme returned by the target hospital server.
In another implementation, related information can be actively input into the intelligent medicine box through a user, and the intelligent medicine box can read the diagnosis and treatment scheme from the database when needed.
Through the analysis of the diagnosis and treatment scheme, the diagnosis symptoms of the associated user can be determined. It should be noted that the diagnosis condition may be a specific disease name, such as influenza, food poisoning, allergic dermatitis, etc., but the diagnosis condition may also be a certain symptom, such as headache, limb weakness, aversion to cold, stomachache, etc., and specifically, the diagnosis condition may be various possible discomfort or physical abnormality, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
When the target drug function of the certain drug is matched with the diagnosed disease, the requirement of the user for the useful drug of the certain drug can be determined, and therefore when the reserve of the certain drug is insufficient, a corresponding drug reserve reminder should be output. For example, if the disease is diagnosed as stomachache, and the drug function of the certain drug includes treatment of stomachache symptoms, the certain drug is a drug required by a user, and the consumption type is determined as a continuous consumption type.
For the determination of the continuous consumption type, in addition to the foregoing implementation, in another optional implementation, determining the target consumption type of the certain drug according to the drug information of the certain drug may specifically include:
determining the access cycle of the certain medicine according to the historical access record of the certain medicine;
when the access period is less than or equal to a preset period threshold, the target consumption type of the certain medicine can be determined as a continuous consumption type.
In another optional implementation manner, determining the target consumption type of the certain drug according to the drug information of the certain drug may specifically include:
acquiring historical reserve data of the certain medicine;
according to the historical reserve volume data of the certain medicine, the quantity change trend of the certain medicine can be determined;
when the number of the certain medicine is trended as a periodic continuous decrease, the target consumption type of the certain medicine may be determined as a continuous consumption type.
Furthermore, the identification of the continuous consumption type may be more flexible, and a person skilled in the art may define the continuous consumption type according to an actual situation, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited herein.
When the consumption type of a certain medicine is not a continuous consumption type, the necessity of replenishing the certain medicine cannot be totally excluded. For example, in the case of disinfectant drugs such as iodine, medical alcohol, etc., the frequency of use may not be irregular, and if the user has not been subjected to trauma, the disinfectant drugs are not used at all, and thus the consumption type thereof is a non-continuous consumption type. However, it is clear that such drugs also have a need for replenishment when the reserves are insufficient. Therefore, in this step, by further considering whether the certain medicine is in the stock medicine list, if the certain medicine belongs to the stock medicine, the corresponding medicine stock reminder still needs to be output.
And step 211, predicting the predicted medication time of the associated user of the intelligent medicine box according to the target access record and the target medication frequency.
And step 214, determining a reminding level corresponding to the medicine stock reminding according to the target supplement emergency degree.
It is easy to understand that there is no chronological sequence relationship between step 209 and step 210, that is, step 209 may be executed first, and step 210 may also be executed first. In this embodiment, step 209 is performed first, which is only an example and does not mean that the action timing between step 209 and step 210 is limited.
It should be noted that, the medicine storage reminders output by the intelligent medicine boxes can be of various types. In the first aspect, the reminding mode can be that the reminding is performed from the auditory sense, the visual sense or even the tactile sense. For example, the output drug inventory reminder may be a voice reminder corresponding to the sense of hearing; corresponding to vision, the output medicine storage reminding can be text information, or a reminding lamp can be arranged for the intelligent medicine box and is triggered to light up when the medicine storage is insufficient; corresponding to the touch sense, the output medicine storage reminding can be the vibration of the intelligent medicine chest and the like.
In a second aspect, the output medication inventory reminder may have different reminder levels. Specifically, as described in the above step 209-214, the reminding level corresponding to the medicine stock reminding can be determined according to the emergency degree of the replenishment of the certain medicine.
For convenience of understanding, for example, according to the medicine information of the certain medicine, the administration frequency can be determined to be 3 times or 2 days or once a week, etc.; according to the access record of the user to the certain medicine, the time of the user for recently taking the certain medicine can be determined, and the expected medicine taking time of the user can be expected by combining the medicine taking frequency; if the expected medication time is closer to the current time, the urgency level of medicine replenishment is higher, and at this time, the reminding level may be determined to be higher, and the corresponding reminding mode is stronger, for example, voice + vibration, or playing different voice contents, or flashing, etc. The reminding level and the reminding mode are in a specific corresponding relationship, and a person skilled in the art can set the reminding level and the reminding mode according to needs, and the embodiment of the invention does not limit the reminding level and the reminding mode.
In another implementation, determining a reminder level corresponding to the medicine stock reminder may include:
determining the medicine function of the certain medicine according to the medicine information of the certain medicine;
determining the importance level of a certain medicine according to the corresponding relation between the medicine function and the health correlation degree;
and determining the reminding level corresponding to the certain medicine according to the importance level of the certain medicine.
As can be seen, in this other implementation, the reminder level corresponding to the medication inventory reminder is related to the function of the medication. If the symptom corresponding to the medicine function of a medicine has little influence on the human body (such as pruritus, tinnitus, dizziness and the like), the corresponding reminding level can be lower, and if the symptom corresponding to the medicine function of the medicine has great influence on the human body (such as asthma, diabetes, allergy and the like), the corresponding reminding level can be higher.
It is considered that a higher alert level, although attracting the attention of the user, is more disturbing to the user, and therefore a high alert level should be strategically used as little as possible. In an optional embodiment, after determining a reminder level corresponding to the medicine stock reminder according to the target replenishment urgency level, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
determining a target medicine function of the certain medicine according to the medicine information of the certain medicine;
judging whether an alternative medicine matched with the target medicine in function exists in the intelligent medicine box;
when the alternative medicine exists, determining the real-time reserve of the alternative medicine;
and when the real-time reserve of the alternative medicine is larger than or equal to the corresponding preset reserve threshold, reducing the reminding level corresponding to the medicine reserve reminding.
It can be seen that, in the above optional embodiment, although the storage amount of the certain medicine is insufficient, if an alternative medicine exists in the intelligent medicine boxes and the medicine function of the certain medicine matches, that is, an alternative medicine is available for the user to take, and the real-time storage amount of the alternative medicine meets the taking requirement, the reminding level corresponding to the medicine storage reminding can be adaptively reduced.
Further, if the reminding level of the certain medicine is higher, it can be predicted that the purchase demand of the user for the certain medicine is also higher.
In view of this, an optional implementation manner is further provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and after outputting the medicine stock reminder corresponding to the reminding level, the method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
when the reminding level of the medicine storage reminding is higher than the preset reminding level boundary line, an inquiry page for the user to select whether to purchase the medicine storage reminding immediately can be output;
when an immediate purchasing instruction triggered by a user is detected, outputting a selection page of a purchasing scheme;
wherein the purchase scheme comprises at least one of an offline purchase scheme and an online purchase scheme.
When a first selection instruction of the offline purchase scheme triggered by the current user is detected, acquiring a pharmacy set with a distance from the intelligent medicine box less than or equal to a preset distance threshold; acquiring inventory information of all drugstores in the drugstore set; determining a likelihood value for each of the pharmacy's that the certain medication is included in the sold medication based on the inventory information for each of the pharmacy; and outputting a pharmacy recommendation list according to the possibility value of each pharmacy.
It should be noted that, the specific manner of acquiring the inventory information of the pharmacy may be to access the corresponding database through the internet, and read the inventory information updated by the pharmacy from the database.
However, considering that the frequency of updating the inventory information of different drugstores is different, the reliability of the inventory information of the drugstores with low updating frequency is greatly reduced.
Thus, in an alternative embodiment, determining a likelihood value for each pharmacy that includes the target drug in the sold drug based on the inventory information for each pharmacy may include:
acquiring an update time of inventory information of each pharmacy;
determining the credibility of the inventory information according to the updating time of the inventory information of each pharmacy;
based on the confidence level of the inventory information, a probability value of each pharmacy that the target medicine is included in the sold medicine is determined.
It can be seen that in the above alternative embodiment, the credibility of the inventory information can be judged by the update time of the inventory information. For example, if the inventory information is recently updated, the confidence level may be determined to be 90%, and accordingly, the probability value that the pharmacy includes the target medicine in the sold medicine may be determined to be 90% or appropriately decreased. The reason why the reduction is possible is to consider that the stock information is updated recently, but the content in the stock information may not be true, so that the drugstore may be carelessly mistaken for the update or updated randomly without paying attention to the update of the stock information.
In another alternative embodiment, determining a likelihood value for each pharmacy that includes the target drug in the sold drug based on the inventory information for each pharmacy may include:
acquiring an update time of inventory information of each pharmacy;
acquiring evaluation information of buyer feedback for inventory information for each pharmacy;
determining the credibility of the stock information according to the evaluation information and the updating time; based on the confidence level of the inventory information, a probability value of each pharmacy that the target medicine is included in the sold medicine is determined.
Further, when the user goes to the corresponding pharmacy to purchase the target medicines according to the inventory information, if the user finds that the target medicines in the pharmacy which are sold are not needed, the inventory information of the pharmacy is inconsistent with the actually sold medicines through the evaluation function, and the condition that the authenticity of the inventory information is low is fed back to the server, so that the intelligent medicine box can acquire the evaluation information from the server, and the reliability of more accurate inventory information is determined by combining the updating time of the inventory information, and the condition that the user cannot find the needed medicines in the recommended pharmacy can be reduced.
And when a second selection instruction of the online purchase scheme triggered by the current user is detected, executing the order placing operation of a certain medicine according to a buyer account pre-bound to the intelligent medicine box.
Therefore, the method in this embodiment can also provide a one-key ordering service for the user, and the intelligent medicine chest can automatically order a certain medicine only by selecting the scheme for online purchase, so that great convenience is provided for the user.
According to the intelligent medicine box-based medicine storage amount control method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the medicine storage reminding can be sent when the real-time insufficient storage amount of the medicines is detected, so that a user can be reminded to store the corresponding medicines, the medicines in the medicine box can be supplemented in time, and the situations that the medicine box myrrh needs to be used are greatly reduced. In addition, the method provided by the embodiment of the invention also has the following advantages: whether the medicines with the real-time reserves lower than the reserve threshold are continuously consumed or not is further screened, so that the disturbance degree to a user is reduced, and more reasonable medicine reserve reminding is provided; judging whether the medicine is in a continuous consumption type or not by the diagnosis and treatment scheme of the associated user, and reasonably considering the medication condition of the user; according to the use emergency degree of the medicine, different reminding levels are set, and more detailed reminding is provided for the user.

In the optional embodiment, it is considered that the interference to the user is large due to the high reminding level, and therefore, the interference to the user can be reduced by detecting the alternative medicines.
In an alternative embodiment, the apparatus may further comprise: the second judging module 306 may be configured to obtain an activity plan of the user in a preset target time period through the home internet of things system; the starting time of the target time period is later than the current time; judging whether high-risk activities exist in the activity plan or not according to a predetermined high-risk activity list; wherein the high risk activity is an activity in which a predetermined medication probability is higher than a medication probability threshold; outputting a drug inventory detection inquiry page when the high risk activity exists; after receiving a medicine storage amount detection instruction triggered by a user, triggering the determining module 301 to execute the operation of determining the real-time storage amount of a certain medicine currently stored in the intelligent medicine box; wherein the certain drug is any one of the drugs required for participating in the high-risk activity.
