A human body falling detection and warning method is applied to human body falling detection and warning equipment and is characterized in that the human body falling detection and warning equipment comprises a microcontroller and an MPU-6050 module and a GSM module which are connected with the microcontroller, the microcontroller comprises a memory and a processor, the memory stores a computer program, and the processor executes the computer program to realize the following steps:
s1, acquiring linear acceleration and angular acceleration of a human body to be detected by adopting the MPU-6050 module, and transmitting the acquired linear acceleration and the acquired angular acceleration to the microcontroller;
s2, the microcontroller calculates the linear acceleration through a linear acceleration amplitude value formula to obtain a first linear acceleration amplitude value;
s3, if the first linear acceleration amplitude value is larger than 2g, the microcontroller judges that the human body is in a pre-falling state, the microcontroller obtains the linear acceleration and the angular acceleration of the human body after the preset delay T, and a second linear acceleration amplitude value is obtained through calculation of the linear acceleration amplitude value formula;
s4, if the second linear acceleration amplitude value is larger than 2g, the microcontroller judges that the human body does not fall down when in violent movement; if the second linear acceleration amplitude value is not larger than 2g and the angular acceleration of the human body in the front-back direction or the left-right direction is larger than a preset angular velocity threshold value, the microcontroller judges that the human body falls down;
s5, judging that the human body falls down according to the microcontroller, wherein the microcontroller gives out alarm sound and sends the position positioning information of the human body to a guardian and a phone to the guardian through a GSM module;
the GSM module stores contact information of the guardian.

The human body falling detection and warning method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the human body falling detection and warning device further comprises a GPS module connected to the microcontroller, the GPS module is configured to receive a C/a code from a GPS satellite system, the microcontroller calculates location information of a current geographic location of the human body according to the C/a code, and the microcontroller sends the location information and the edited distress information to the monitor mobile terminal through the GSM module by using a short message.
3. The human body fall detection and warning method as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an alarm module connected to the microcontroller, the alarm module being configured to sound an alarm to attract the attention of people around the human body.
