according to the weight ratio information of the public opinion data and the characteristic value of the public opinion data, calculating and generating public opinion characterization data of the object to be detected; wherein, public opinion characterizing data is calculated through the following formula;
public opinion characterizing data = n × (x-avg)/(max-min) +n ]
n represents the number of valued objects in the range of the object to be detected, and x represents the public opinion data of the object to be detected; avg represents the average value of public opinion data in the valued objects; max represents the maximum value of public opinion data in the valued object; min represents the minimum value of public opinion data in the valued object;
calculating and generating the public praise characterization data of the object to be detected according to the public praise data and the characteristic value of the public praise data; wherein the public praise characterization data is calculated by the following formula;
public praise characterization data = n1 × (x 1-avg 1)/(max 1-min 1) +n1]
n1 represents the number of valued objects in the range of the object to be detected; x1 represents public praise data of an object to be detected; avg1 represents an average value of the public praise data in the value object; max1 represents the maximum value of the public praise data in the valued object; min1 represents the minimum value of the public praise data in the value object;
calculating to obtain a credit rating value of the object to be detected according to the public opinion characterizing data and the influence data;
the data calculation module is further configured to:
performing product operation on the sum of the public opinion characterizing data and the public praise characterizing data and the influence data to obtain a credibility evaluation index;
and processing the credit rating index by using a efficacy coefficient method to obtain the credit rating value.
5. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the data monitoring module is configured to:
acquiring an alarm information-credit evaluation value comparison table;
and generating alarm information according to the alarm information-credit evaluation value comparison table and the credit evaluation value.

a memory for storing a computer program;
a processor for performing the method of any one of claims 1 to 3.
