As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides an apparatus for producing a paper straw, which mainly comprises a liquid storage tank 1, a straw suction forming device and a traction device arranged at the downstream of the straw suction forming device. The liquid storage tank 1 is arranged on the ground through a support frame 4, and during operation, the liquid storage tank 1 is filled with slurry containing cellulose fibers. The bottom of reservoir 1 is provided with guide post 5, and the one end of guide post 5 is fixed in the bottom of reservoir 1, and the other end of guide post 5 upwards extends. The straw suction forming device includes at least a pair of forming rollers 20 which are circumscribed and symmetrically disposed, and a motor 22 connected to the forming rollers, and in the present embodiment, a description will be given by taking a pair of forming rollers 20 which are circumscribed and symmetrically disposed as an example. The shafts 21 of the forming rollers 20 are arranged on the side wall of the liquid storage tank 1 in parallel and at the same height so as to fix the forming rollers 20 in the liquid storage tank 1, the shafts 21 of the forming rollers 20 extend out of the side wall of the liquid storage tank 1, a gear is sleeved on the end side of each shaft 21, and the gears on the shafts 21 of the forming rollers 20 are meshed with each other. The motor 22 is fixed on the support frame 4, a gear is also sleeved on an output shaft of the motor 22, and the gear on the output shaft of the motor 22 is meshed with the gear on the shaft 21 of one of the forming rollers 20, so that the motor 22 works to drive the pair of forming rollers 20 to rotate oppositely. Of course, the number and the arrangement mode of the forming rollers are not limited to those of the embodiment, for example, a plurality of forming rollers 20 which are circumscribed with each other in pairs may be arranged in the liquid storage tank, and the shafts 21 of the forming rollers 20 which are circumscribed with each other in pairs are arranged on the side wall of the liquid storage tank 1 in parallel and at the same height; or a plurality of pairs of mutually circumscribed forming rollers 20 are arranged in the liquid storage tank 1 along the length direction of the liquid storage tank, and the shafts 21 of the plurality of pairs of mutually circumscribed forming rollers 20 are arranged on the side wall of the liquid storage tank 1 in parallel and at the same height along the length direction of the liquid storage tank 1; or in other realizable forms.
The forming roller 20 has a groove 200 formed on its surface along its circumference, and the cross section of the groove 200 may be one of a semicircular shape, a "]" shape or a "V" shape, or may be other shapes that are convenient to form, wherein a semicircular shape is the most preferable. In the present embodiment, referring to fig. 3, the cross section of the groove 200 is illustrated as a semicircle. The two grooves 200 of the pair of forming rollers 20 are symmetrically arranged at the tangent point so that the two grooves 200 at the tangent point enclose a circle in the cross-sectional direction thereof, and the other end of the guide post 5 protrudes from the circular area. Each forming roller 20 is provided with a cavity (not shown), wherein the cavity is further connected with a vacuum pump (not shown); the grooves 200 of each forming roller 20 are provided with a plurality of negative pressure generating holes (not shown), which are communicated with the cavities. In addition, a fiber filtering net (not shown) is disposed on the outer surface of the groove 200 of each forming roller 20, when the vacuum pump is operated, the negative pressure generated by the vacuum pump absorbs the slurry into the groove 200 through the negative pressure generating holes, and the fiber filtering net on the surface of the groove 200 intercepts the cellulose fibers in the slurry. The intercepted cellulose fibers are extruded and spliced by a pair of forming rollers 20 which are mutually circumscribed at the tangent point through the rotation of the forming rollers 20 to form a hollow cylindrical paper suction pipe.
The drawing device comprises a plurality of pairs of drawing rollers 3 which are arranged in sequence, wherein a distance is formed between each pair of drawing rollers 3, the distance is gradually reduced along with the distance of each pair of drawing rollers 3 from the forming roller 20, and the distance between the pair of drawing rollers closest to the forming roller 20 is not more than twice the depth of the groove 200. The other end of the guide post 5 extending from the groove 200 of the pair of forming rollers 20 which are circumscribed mutually passes through the space between each pair of drawing rollers 3 in sequence, and the arrangement of the guide post 5 can prevent the paper suction pipe from being extruded to generate crease in the process of drawing and conveying by the drawing rollers 3, and once the crease is generated, the crease of the paper suction pipe is easy to break after drying. The outer diameter of the guide post 5 is not larger than the inner diameter of the paper suction pipe. In order to prevent the height of the device from being too high and facilitate the collection of the paper straws, the guide post 5 comprises a straight line section 50 arranged between the bottom of the liquid storage tank 1 and the tangent point of the pair of forming rollers 20 which are circumscribed with each other and a bending section 51 arranged between the plurality of pairs of drawing rollers 3, and the arrangement of the bending section 51 can change the travelling track of the paper straws, so that the travelling track of the paper straws is changed from upward travelling to horizontal travelling or downward travelling. The traction roller 3 is a hollow roller body, and hot oil or hot steam is introduced into the traction roller to heat and dry the paper suction pipe. Of course, other traction devices of similar construction and function are possible. At least one pair of straw recovery rollers 6 are arranged at the downstream of the plurality of pairs of traction rollers 3, the straw recovery rollers 6 are fixed above the support frame 4 through a support 7, and the dried paper straws are finally recovered through the transportation of the straw recovery rollers 6. In order to prevent the dried paper suction pipe from being pressed and deformed by the suction pipe recovery rollers 6 during the transportation, the other end of the guide post passing through the pair of drawing rollers 3 also protrudes from the space between each pair of suction pipe recovery rollers 6.
The production method of the present invention will be described below in conjunction with the above-described apparatus for producing paper drinking straws. The invention provides a production method for producing a paper straw by using the equipment for producing the paper straw, which comprises the following specific steps:
first, a slurry containing cellulose fibers is prepared by the following method: respectively hydrolyzing the wood pulp board and the sugarcane pulp board by a hydrapulper to obtain pulp with the mass concentration of 5%, defibering the pulp by a defibering machine after the hydrolysis is finished, continuously dispersing fibers, then carrying out split-silk axial pulping and pulp mixing, diluting the concentration of the fibers in the pulp to 0.5% (wt) during pulp mixing, and finally adjusting the pH value of the pulp to 7-8 by aluminum sulfate, thereby obtaining the sugarcane pulp and the wood pulp. Respectively taking 70-85% (wt) of the sugarcane pulp and 15-30% (wt) of the wood pulp, uniformly mixing, adding an AKD waterproof agent, wherein the addition amount of the AKD waterproof agent is 3-5% (wt) of the fibers, stirring for a few minutes to prepare pulp with a beating degree of 30, then sending the prepared pulp to a liquid storage tank 1 by a pulp sending machine, and stopping pulp sending when the liquid level height of the pulp in the liquid storage tank 1 is consistent with the height of a tangent point of at least one pair of forming rollers 20 which are externally tangent to each other; if the liquid level is reduced in the production process, the slurry needs to be supplemented in time.
Starting the motor 22, and driving the forming roller 20 in the liquid storage tank 1 to rotate by the rotation of the motor 22; at the same time, the vacuum pump is turned on, the slurry is sucked into the grooves 200 under the action of negative pressure, and due to the fiber filter net, the moisture in the slurry is pumped away and the fibers in the slurry are left on the fiber filter net. During the rotation of the forming rollers 20, the fibers on the fiber filter web are accumulated continuously, and when the fibers on the fiber filter web run to the tangent point of the forming rollers 20, the fibers are extruded and spliced by a pair of forming rollers 20 which are circumscribed with each other to form the hollow paper suction pipe. In order to prevent the paper suction pipe from being too thin and easy to be damaged, the rotating speed of the forming roller 20 is not too fast, preferably 30-50r/min, and the vacuum degree of the vacuum pump is preferably above 0.4 Mpa. The formed paper suction pipe is sleeved on the guide post 5 and is sent to the drawing roller 3 by the forming roller 20. Many pairs of carry over pinch rolls 3 still heat the stoving to the paper straw when carrying the paper straw, and the mode of drying is for leading to hot oil heating or letting in hot steam heating stoving in 3 carry over pinch rolls, and there can be other drying methods that can realize certainly also. In addition, the drawing rollers 3 are used for radially pressurizing the paper suction pipe, so that not only are the fibers on the pipe wall of the paper suction pipe more dense, but also the inner diameter and the outer diameter of the paper suction pipe are reduced. When the diameter of the paper straws is pressed to a design required size, the paper straws are collected at the straw recovery roller 6.
The straw prepared by the invention is resistant to soaking, can not be softened when soaked in water for 2 hours, is easy to degrade, and can not cause harm to the environment after being lost; in addition, any pigment or adhesive is not added in the process of manufacturing the straw, so that the pigment or the adhesive is not released in use, and the harm to a human body is avoided.
The apparatus for producing a paper drinking straw and the production method thereof according to the present invention are described above by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that various modifications may be made to the apparatus for producing paper drinking straws and the method of producing the same of the present invention described above without departing from the scope of the invention. Therefore, the scope of the present invention should be determined by the contents of the appended claims.
