本发明公开了一种由含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维制得的抗病毒层,涉及卫生防护用品技术领域,其中含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维制备过程包括:配制含铜溶液,将羧甲基纤维素钠纤维浸渍于含铜溶液中,酒精洗涤,热风干燥处理即可得含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维;再通过无纺布工艺制成抗病毒层;本发明还公开了一种抗病毒口罩。本发明的有益效果是,在口罩中增加了一层高吸湿性的由含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维制成的抗病毒层,该抗病毒层不仅能有效吸收人体呼吸产生的水汽,增加人体舒适感,还能够有效减少或消除滞留在口罩上的病毒,防止长时间佩戴对使用者或环境造成的可能危害的发生,进一步增强对人体的防护作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫生防护用品技术领域,尤其涉及一种由含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维制得的抗病毒层及其应用。
背景技术
近些年来,爆发过多起病毒传染病,如SARS、禽流感、甲型H1N1流感、新型冠状病毒肺炎等,多为呼吸道传染病。呼吸道传染病的主要传播途径为飞沫传播和接触性传播,对公众健康和社会稳定带来了严重的威胁。
口罩是一种广泛使用的卫生防护用品,在人的口鼻与外界空气之间形成一道物理屏障,起到异物阻挡作用,作为上呼吸道保护的第一道防线,使用方便,价格便宜。如果它能同时具有抗病毒的功效,将能有效地预防呼吸道传染病的流行,保护人体健康安全,同时降低公共卫生防疫的成本。
常规口罩的滤层多由单层或多层熔喷无纺布制成。主要材质是PP,是一种超细静电纤维布,可以捕捉空气中的飞沫和微尘,当含有病毒的飞沫靠近熔喷无纺布时,会被静电吸附在无纺布表面,无法透过,这就是口罩隔绝病菌的原理。但是,与此同时,被过滤掉的病毒会驻留在滤层的表面,随着人体不断的吸气呼气,有可能造成病毒再次在空气中传播或者被吸收进人体,从而对自身或他人造成难以预估的危害。因此,开发一种含有抗病毒中间层的口罩成为亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决口罩功能单一不具备抗病毒效果的技术问题,本发明公开了一种由含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维制得的抗病毒层及其应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的制备方法,采用浸渍法制得,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一,用酒精溶液配制含铜溶液;
步骤二,在一定温度下,将羧甲基纤维素钠纤维浸于步骤一配得的含铜溶液中,浸渍持续一段时间;
步骤三,浸渍后取出羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,并用酒精溶液洗涤2-4次;
步骤四,再对洗涤处理后的羧甲基纤维素钠纤维进行热风干燥处理,即可得含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤一中,含铜溶液为硫酸铜、氯化铜中的一种,含铜溶液中铜离子的浓度为0.1-1mol/L,溶剂用的酒精浓度为60~85%。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤二中,控制浸泡温度为20~60℃,浸泡时间为6~48小时。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤三中,洗涤用的酒精溶液浓度为80~100%。
作为本发明的进一步优选,步骤四中,控制热风干燥处理过程温度为40~60℃。
本发明的第二个目的是公开了一种抗病毒层,采用上述制备方法制得的含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,通过无纺布工艺制成抗病毒层。
作为本发明的进一步优选,还可选用含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维与不含铜纤维按照一定比例制得的共混纤维;其中不含铜纤维选自棉纤维、海藻酸盐纤维、碳纤维、天丝中的至少一种,且含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维占纤维总量的20%~90%。
本发明的第三目的是公开了该种抗病毒层在卫生防护用品中的应用。
本发明的第四个目的是公开了一种抗病毒口罩,采用上述抗病毒层,包括口罩本体和耳挂,其中口罩本体包括由外向内的四层布体,分别为外层、抗病毒层、过滤层和内层,抗病毒层由含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维制得,所述耳挂与内层相连接,且四层布体的周边通过缝纫、超声波熔合或热熔合成为一体。
作为本发明的进一步优选,所述内层、外层材质均为纺粘无纺布,所述过滤层材质为聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。
多项研究证实,铜具有杀菌抗病毒的效果。有研究报告指出,将甲型流感病毒H1N1接种到铜表面,1小时后75%H1N1病毒死亡,6小时后几乎完全杀死(>99.9%)H1N1病毒。另有研究发现,在浓度25μMCu2+溶液中,甲型流感病毒H9N2病毒滴度在3小时和6小时内分别降低了约3个和6个log值;另外,将含艾滋病毒HIV-1的培养液分别经过氧化铜粉末及含铜纤维过滤,测试结果表明,氧化铜粉末及含铜纤维均能杀死培养液中的艾滋病毒。
本发明创新性的将铜添加到口罩中,解决了现有口罩功能单一、不具备抗病毒的作用,证实对多种病毒都有显著的抑制效果。
本发明的有益效果是,
1、羧甲基纤维素钠纤维由天然纤维素纤维经过羧甲基化处理得到,具备优良的吸湿性能,作为口罩中间面层能够有效吸收人体呼吸产生的水汽,减少人体不适;
2、铜可有效抑制甲型流感等病毒;
3、含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维采用浸渍法得到,工艺简单,可操作性强;
4、抗病毒层的制备原料价格低廉,有效降低了抗病毒口罩的生产成本。
与市面上常规口罩相比,增加了一层高吸湿性的由含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维制成的抗病毒层,该抗病毒层不仅能有效吸收人体呼吸产生的水汽,增加人体舒适感,还能够有效减少或消除滞留在口罩上的病毒,防止长时间佩戴对使用者或环境造成的可能危害的发生,进一步增强对人体的防护作用。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的制备方法,采用浸渍法制得,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)用65%的酒精溶液配制浓度0.3M的硫酸铜溶液;
(2)在40℃温度下,将羧甲基纤维素钠纤维浸于步骤一配得的硫酸铜溶液中,浸渍12小时;
(3)浸渍后取出羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,并用85%的酒精溶液洗涤3次;
(4)再对洗涤处理后的羧甲基纤维素钠纤维进行热风干燥处理,热风干燥温度为50℃,即可得含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维。
实施例2
一种含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的制备方法,采用浸渍法制得,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)用70%的酒精溶液配制浓度0.1M的氯化铜溶液;
(2)在60℃温度下,将羧甲基纤维素钠纤维浸于步骤一配得的氯化铜溶液中,浸渍12小时;
(3)浸渍后取出羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,并用85%的酒精溶液洗涤3次;
(4)再对洗涤处理后的羧甲基纤维素钠纤维进行热风干燥处理,热风干燥温度为60℃,即可得含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维。
实施例3
一种抗病毒口罩,采用实施例1制得的含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,以针刺工艺加工成无纺滤料,滤料无明显穿透孔,克重30g/m2,剪裁滤料作为抗病毒层使用。
抗病毒层的一侧附上常规口罩使用的纺粘无纺布面层作为外层,另一侧附上常规口罩使用的熔喷无纺布面层作为过滤层,过滤层的内侧再附上纺粘无纺布面层作为内层,形成四层结构,加上配件鼻托,耳带等,缝合成口罩。将制成的该抗病毒口罩按国家标准GB19083-2010进行测试,该抗病毒口罩符合技术要求,过滤效率>90%,呼气和吸气阻力均小于35Pa。
实施例4
一种抗病毒口罩,采用实施例2制得的含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,以针刺工艺加工成无纺滤料,滤料无明显穿透孔,克重40g/m2,剪裁滤料作为抗病毒层使用。
抗病毒层的一侧附上常规口罩使用的纺粘无纺布面层作为外层,另一侧附上常规口罩使用的熔喷无纺布面层作为过滤层,过滤层的内侧再附上纺粘无纺布面层作为内层,形成四层结构,加上配件鼻托,耳带等,缝合成口罩。将制成的该抗病毒口罩按国家标准GB19083-2010进行测试,该抗病毒口罩符合技术要求,过滤效率>90%,呼气和吸气阻力均小于35Pa。
实施例5
一种抗病毒口罩,采用实施例1制得的含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维与海藻酸盐纤维共混,二者重量比为1:1,以针刺工艺加工成无纺滤料,滤料无明显穿透孔,克重40g/m2,剪裁滤料作为抗病毒层使用。
抗病毒层的一侧附上常规口罩使用的纺粘无纺布面层作为外层,另一侧附上常规口罩使用的熔喷无纺布面层作为过滤层,过滤层的内侧再附上纺粘无纺布面层作为内层,形成四层结构,加上配件鼻托,耳带等,缝合成口罩。将制成的该抗病毒口罩按国家标准GB19083-2010进行测试,该抗病毒口罩符合技术要求,过滤效率>90%,呼气和吸气阻力均小于35Pa。
当然,上述说明并非是对本发明的限制,本发明也并不仅限于上述举例,本技术领域的技术人员在本发明的实质范围内所做出的变化、改型、添加或替换,也应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,采用浸渍法制得,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一,用酒精溶液配制含铜溶液;
步骤二,在一定温度下,将羧甲基纤维素钠纤维浸于步骤一配得的含铜溶液中,浸渍持续一段时间;
步骤三,浸渍后取出羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,并用酒精溶液洗涤2-4次;
步骤四,再对洗涤处理后的羧甲基纤维素钠纤维进行热风干燥处理,即可得含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤一中,含铜溶液为硫酸铜、氯化铜中的一种,含铜溶液中铜离子的浓度为0.1-1mol/L,溶剂用的酒精浓度为60~85%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤二中,控制浸泡温度为20~60℃,浸泡时间为6~48小时。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤三中,洗涤用的酒精溶液浓度为80~100%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤四中,控制热风干燥处理过程温度为40~60℃。
6.一种抗病毒层,采用如权利要求1-5任一所述制备方法制得的含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维,其特征在于,通过无纺布工艺制成抗病毒层。
7.如权利要求6所述的抗病毒层,其特征在于,还可选用含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维与不含铜纤维按照一定比例制得的共混纤维;其中不含铜纤维选自棉纤维、海藻酸盐纤维、碳纤维、天丝中的至少一种,且含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维占纤维总量的20%~90%。
8.如权利要求7所述的抗病毒层在卫生防护用品中的应用。
9.一种抗病毒口罩,采用如权利要求6制得的抗病毒层,其特征在于,包括口罩本体和耳挂,其中口罩本体包括由外向内的四层布体,分别为外层、抗病毒层、过滤层和内层,抗病毒层由含铜羧甲基纤维素钠纤维制得,所述耳挂与内层相连接,且四层布体的周边通过缝纫、超声波熔合或热熔合成为一体。
10.如权利要求9所述的抗病毒口罩,其特征在于,所述内层、外层材质均为纺粘无纺布,所述过滤层材质为聚丙烯熔喷无纺布。
