Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a steel rail heel clamping tool capable of fixing one end of a steel rail and enabling the other end of the steel rail to be in a vertically movable state and a using method thereof, and belongs to the field of manufacturing of steel rail heel clamping tools.
Background
In the prior art, some steel rails need to be subjected to off-line heat treatment, namely quenching before being used, so that the hardness of the rail head of the steel rail is improved, the wear resistance of the steel rail is improved, and the service life of the steel rail is prolonged. However, since the steel rail is locally heated and bent during quenching, one end of the steel rail needs to be fixed and the other end of the steel rail needs to be movable up and down during quenching on a quenching machine tool. The rail needs to stay for a short time of 10-30s at the beginning and end of the quenching to burn through the part. The existing tool fixes one end of the steel rail by clamping the rail head of the steel rail, so that when the clamped end stays, the clamped tool clamping plate is easy to burn or even partially slightly melt, and the burnt part is just in contact with the lower jaw of the rail head of the steel rail, so that the lower jaw of the rail head of the steel rail is damaged.
Disclosure of Invention
The design purpose is as follows: the defects in the background technology are avoided, and the rail heel clamping tool and the using method are designed, wherein one end of the rail is fixed, and the other end of the rail is in a vertically movable state.
The design scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the above design objectives. The invention achieves the purpose of fixing one end of the steel rail and enabling the other end to be in a vertically movable state by clamping the rail bottom part of the steel rail, is beneficial to implementing the quenching of the steel rail, avoids the condition that the lower jaw of the rail head is burnt, and achieves the purpose of stabilizing the quenching quality of the steel rail. In structural design, the rail heel end clamping tool is mainly characterized in that the rail bottom and the rail web of the steel rail are fixed through the clamping plate, the clamping plate is welded on the rail web of the steel rail, and the bottom plate is welded on the rail bottom part of the steel rail. The two clamping plates are similar in shape and are symmetrically manufactured, and the welding surface and the rail to be welded have similar curved surface shapes at the rail web part, so that the two clamping plates are convenient to mount, weld and clamp. The steel rail is a non-used steel rail, one end of the steel rail is obliquely milled to form a slope of 20-45 degrees from bottom to top, so that a subsequent tool can conveniently rotate along the screw, holes are formed in the rail web non-welding area of the steel rail, the steel rail is relatively fixed with the nearby base through the screw (the diameter of the screw is smaller than that of the holes), and the other end of the steel rail can move up and down along the screw. The steel rail end part is welded with a hanging ring, so that the tool is convenient to carry. The vertical plate and the flat plate are welded to form a base. The clamping plate and the corner at one side of the bottom plate are chamfered properly, so that the steel rail to be quenched is conveniently and smoothly fixed in the tool. The vertical plate is provided with a flat strip-shaped hole which is beneficial to installation and the front and back movement of the main structure of the tool.
The technical scheme 1: a steel rail heel clamping tool comprises a clamping plate, a bottom plate, a steel rail, a vertical plate and a flat plate; the splint welding is on the web of rail, and two riser lower extremes constitute U style of calligraphy structures with dull and stereotyped connection respectively, and the non-welded web of rail region of rail has the hole that supplies the screw rod to pass, and screw rod one end passes the hole, and the screw rod both ends are supported and the screw rod both ends adopt packing ring and nut location respectively by the bearing inner circle of inlaying in the riser respectively.
The technical scheme 2 is as follows: a method for using a steel rail heel clamping tool is characterized in that one end of a steel rail to be quenched is inserted into a gap formed by a clamping plate and a bottom plate of the tool, a hole is formed in a rail web non-welding area of the steel rail and is relatively fixed with a base beside the steel rail through a screw, and the diameter of the screw is smaller than that of the hole, so that the other end of the steel rail can move up and down along the screw, the implementation of quenching of the steel rail is facilitated, the condition that the jaw of a rail head is burnt is avoided, and the tool is convenient to carry by welding a hanging ring at the end part of the steel.
Compared with the prior art, the tool fixes one end of the steel rail and enables the other end of the steel rail to be in a vertically movable state by clamping the rail web and the rail bottom, so that the situation that clamping end clamping plates are burnt due to short-time stop of end heads in the process of quenching the steel rail to damage the lower jaw of a rail head can be avoided, and the quality of the quenched steel rail is stabilized.
