Abstract
The embodiment of the invention provides a water-based zipper head rolling spray coating which is prepared by uniformly mixing a component A, a component B and water according to a preset mass ratio before use, wherein the component A comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-75% of water-based epoxy emulsion; 2 to 22 percent of pigment; 2-5% of a dispersant; 0.2 to 0.5 percent of flatting agent; 0.1 to 0.3 percent of defoaming agent; 5-10% of cosolvent; the balance of water; the component B comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 80-85% of water-soluble curing agent; 5-10% of cosolvent; the balance being water. The embodiment of the invention adopts the components A, B and water to be mixed uniformly according to the preset mass ratio to obtain the water-based zipper head roller spray coating, and the water-based epoxy emulsion and the water-soluble curing agent are respectively used as the main components of the components A and B, and then water and alcohol or alcohol ether solvents are matched to form the components A and B, and the components A and B are mixed and diluted by adding water during construction, so that the coating can be quickly cured and formed, the roller thermal spray construction can be adapted, and the phenomenon of grinding when zipper heads rub against each other in the spraying process can be effectively avoided.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water-based zipper head roll coating paint, in particular to water-based zipper head roll coating paint.
Background

In an optional embodiment of the invention, when the components A, B and water are mixed uniformly according to a predetermined mass ratio before use, the mass ratio of the component A to the component B to the water is as follows: and (B) component: water 100: 20-25: 60-100.
