The invention discloses a non-stop waste discharge mechanism, which comprises a wall plate, a waste paper tension adjusting device, a roller driving device, a scraper and a scraper pressure adjusting device, wherein the waste paper tension adjusting device, the roller driving device, the scraper and the scraper pressure adjusting device are arranged on the wall plate; the waste paper tension adjusting device comprises a first fixing seat, a rotating shaft and a floating shaft, wherein the rotating shaft is fixed on the first fixing seat, the floating shaft is rotatably arranged on the rotating shaft, a potentiometer is arranged at one end of the floating shaft, which is in contact with waste paper with glue to be treated, and the axis of the rotating shaft is parallel to the axis of the roller. The invention can realize continuous operation of the equipment, avoid the waste of raw paper and the increase of auxiliary time caused by the shutdown of the equipment, greatly improve the working efficiency and save the production cost.
