Abstract

At present, new energy automobiles in China are rapidly developed. Wherein, emerging automobile enterprises are basically producing new energy automobiles, and most of them are pure electric vehicles powered by lithium batteries. The electric vehicle has the advantages of environmental protection, comfort, quick acceleration and the like. However, the acceleration of the accelerator pedal during full-throttle acceleration greatly exceeds the acceleration specified in the new national standard GB1495-2020 limit value and measuring method for the noise outside the accelerated running vehicle of the automobile which is issued due to the acceleration characteristic formed by the motor drive. Some existing enterprises adopt a scheme of cushioning a wedge-shaped wood block under an accelerator pedal to realize the limitation of the accelerator pedal. However, the original arrangement position of the wedge-shaped wood block adopting the scheme is easy to change, and the consistency is difficult to ensure for multiple tests of the same type of vehicle. In addition, the thickness of the used wood blocks is single and unadjustable, pedal angles and spaces of different vehicle types are different, the wood blocks with various thicknesses are required to be made to ensure that the wood blocks are suitable for different vehicle types, and even if the wood blocks with different thicknesses are adopted, the wood blocks are difficult to cover all vehicle types.

The back of the pedal clamping seat 1 is provided with a side wall 6, the side wall 6 is in clearance fit with the first ball head 4, and the ejector rod 2 is arranged on the pedal clamping seat 1 through the side wall 6 and the locking component in a swinging mode.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, a locking bolt 7 is disposed on the side wall 6 of the pedal clamping seat 1, a bolt hole adapted to the locking bolt 7 is formed in the side wall 6, and a bolt hole adapted to the locking bolt 7 is formed in the first ball head 4. The bolt hole of first bulb 4 is the blind hole, when guaranteeing that locking bolt 7 precession this bolt hole, first bulb 4 atress moves right and extrudees side wall 6 for locking bolt 7 compresses tightly first bulb 4 with side wall 6 jointly, and then first bulb 4 can not the swing, therefore locking bolt 7 can lock ejector pin 2.
