Abstract
The invention provides a drip-proof test box, which comprises: a box body provided with an opening; the box door is rotatably connected with the box body and used for opening or closing the opening, the bottom of the inner wall of the box door is provided with a water chute, and the bottom wall of the water chute is provided with a drain hole; the counterweight sealing block is arranged in the water guide groove and comprises a plugging plate and a plugging head arranged at the lower end of the plugging plate; the water accumulation disc is arranged on the box body and is matched with the blocking head; when the box door is in an open state, the plugging plate is attached to the bottom wall of the water guide groove, the plugging head penetrates through the drainage pipe, and the lower end of the plugging head extends to the lower part of the water guide groove; when the box door is in a closed state, the water accumulation disc pushes against the lower end of the blocking head to jack up the counterweight sealing block, the blocking plate is separated from the bottom wall of the water chute, and the drain hole is opened. The anti-dripping test box provided by the embodiment of the invention can prevent condensed water accumulated on the inner wall of the box door from dripping on the ground when the box door is opened, so that the user experience is improved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of environmental test equipment, in particular to a drip-proof test box.
Background
When a traditional test box is used for a humidity condition test, a part of condensed water can be accumulated on the inner wall of the box door. When the chamber door is opened, the condensed water flows downwards along the inner wall of the chamber door and drops to the ground, so that the user experience is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the foregoing defects in the prior art, embodiments of the present invention provide a drip-proof test box, which can prevent condensed water collected on the inner wall of the box door from dripping on the ground when the box door is opened, thereby improving user experience.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides the following technical solutions.
A drip proof test chamber comprising:
a box body provided with an opening;
the box door is rotatably connected with the box body and is used for opening or closing the opening; the bottom of the inner wall of the box door is provided with a water chute, and the bottom wall of the water chute is provided with a drain hole;
the counterweight sealing block is arranged in the water chute and comprises a plugging plate and a plugging head arranged at the lower end of the plugging plate; the section area of the blocking plate is larger than the end surface area of the drainage hole, and the blocking head is matched with the drainage hole; the blocking head can movably penetrate through the drain hole;
the water accumulation disc is arranged on the box body and is matched with the plugging head;
when the box door is in an open state, the counterweight sealing block is in a blocking state under the action of self gravity, the blocking plate is attached to the bottom wall of the water guide groove, the blocking head is arranged on the drainage pipe in a penetrating mode, and the lower end of the blocking head extends to the position below the water guide groove;
when the box door is in a closed state, the water accumulation disc pushes against the lower end of the blocking head so as to jack up the counterweight sealing block, the blocking plate is separated from the bottom wall of the water chute, and the drain hole is opened.
Preferably, the lower end of the plugging head is spherical.
Preferably, the bottom of the water collecting disc is provided with a water outlet.
Preferably, the box door has a first side rotatably connected to the box body, and a second side opposite to the first side; the drain hole is correspondingly arranged below the second side edge.
The explosion-proof pressure-relief environment test box provided by the embodiment of the invention can quickly relieve pressure of the environment test box when a sample explodes, so that the environment test box is protected from being damaged. Moreover, the opening and closing are convenient, and the utility model can be used for a plurality of times.

In order to make those skilled in the art better understand the technical solution of the present invention, the technical solution in the embodiment of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiment of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiment is only a part of the embodiment of the present invention, and not all embodiments. As shown in fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a test chamber for preventing water dripping, including:
a case (not shown) provided with an opening;
the box door 1 is rotatably connected with the box body and is used for opening or closing the opening; the bottom of the inner wall of the box door 1 is provided with a water chute 2, and the bottom wall of the water chute 2 is provided with a drain hole 201;
the counterweight sealing block 3 is arranged in the water chute 2, and the counterweight sealing block 3 comprises a plugging plate 301 and a plugging head 302 arranged at the lower end of the plugging plate 301; the section area of the blocking plate 301 is larger than the end surface area of the drain hole 201, and the blocking head 302 is matched with the drain hole 201; the plugging head 302 is movably arranged in the drain hole 201 in a penetrating way;
the water accumulation plate 4 is arranged on the box body and is matched with the plugging head 302;
when the box door 1 is in an open state, the counterweight sealing block 3 is in a blocking state under the action of self gravity, the blocking plate 301 is attached to the bottom wall of the water guide groove 2, the blocking head 302 is arranged in a penetrating mode for draining water, and the lower end of the blocking head 302 extends to the position below the water guide groove 2;
when the box door 1 is in a closed state, the water accumulation disc 4 is pressed against the lower end of the sealing head 302, so that the counterweight sealing block 3 is lifted, the sealing plate 301 is separated from the bottom wall of the water chute 2, and the drain hole 201 is opened.
In this embodiment, the water chute 2 may be a chute shell with an open upper end, which is disposed at the bottom of the inner wall of the box door 1 and can rotate with the box door 1. The box door 1 may be connected to an outer wall of the box body by a hinge or a hinge, and may be inserted into or removed from the opening to close or open the box body. In addition, a window 103 may be disposed on the box door 1, so that the worker can observe the inside condition of the test box through the window 103.
As shown in fig. 1, the door 1 may include a first side 101 rotatably connected to the cabinet, and a second side 102 opposite to the first side 101, and the drain hole 201 may be correspondingly disposed below the second side 102. Therefore, the counterweight sealing block 3 can be arranged at a position far away from the pivot point of the box door 1, and the situation that the box door 1 cannot be normally opened or closed due to the fact that the blocking head 302 of the counterweight sealing block 3 is clamped on the box body is avoided.
The counterweight sealing block 3 is a block, the blocking plate 301 contained therein is accommodated in the water chute 2, the cross-sectional area of the blocking plate is larger than the end surface area of the drain hole 201, and the blocking head 302 is matched with the drain hole 201. Specifically, the blocking head 302 may be a cylindrical structure formed by downward protruding of the lower surface of the blocking plate 301, and the drainage hole 201 may correspond to a circular hole. In order to allow the blocking head 302 to slide in the drain hole 201, the blocking head 302 is preferably in clearance fit with the drain hole 201. When the lower end of the blocking head 302 of the counterweight sealing block 3 is not in contact with the water collecting disc 4, the counterweight sealing block 3 falls under the action of gravity, the blocking head 302 is inserted into the drain hole 201, and the blocking plate 301 is attached to the inner wall of the water chute 2 and covers the drain hole 201, so that the drain hole 201 is blocked.
Further, the lower end of the plugging head 302 may be spherical. Thus, when the box door 1 rotates to the closed state and the spherical lower end of the blocking head 302 contacts with the water accumulation disc 4, the spherical lower end of the blocking head 302 can slide on the upper surface of the water accumulation disc 4, and then the whole counterweight sealing block 3 can be jacked up by the water accumulation disc 4, so that the drainage hole 201 is opened. Therefore, the frictional resistance between the water accumulation disc 4 and the blocking head 302 is reduced, and the balance weight sealing block 3 can be smoothly jacked up or dropped.
The water collecting disc 4 is in a disc shape with a concave middle part, the inner wall of the box door 1 is provided with a vertical dripping guide groove, and the lower end of the dripping guide groove is communicated with the water guide groove 2. Thus, when the box door 1 is opened, the condensed water formed on the inner wall of the box door 1 can flow downwards through the vertically arranged dripping guide groove and finally is gathered in the water guide groove 2. Further, in order to discharge the water gathered in the water collecting tray 4, a water outlet 401 may be disposed at the bottom of the water collecting tray 4, and the water outlet 401 communicates the water collecting tray 4 with the external space.
The principle of realizing the drip prevention of the drip prevention test box provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
when the test box is used for a humidity condition test, a part of condensed water can be gathered on the inner wall of the box door 1. When the door 1 is opened, the condensed water drops down along the inner wall of the door 1 into the water chute 2 (as shown by the arrow L1 in fig. 2 and 3). At this time, the counterweight sealing block 3 provided in the water chute 2 seals the drain hole 201 at the bottom of the water chute 2 by gravity, and the condensed water is deposited in the water chute 2. When the box door 1 is closed, the counterweight sealing block 3 is supported by the water collecting tray 4 and lifted, the drain hole 201 is opened, and the condensed water stored in the water chute 2 flows into the water collecting tray 4 along with the drain hole 201 (as shown by an arrow L2 in fig. 3), finally reaches the device main drain port 401, and is finally discharged.
Therefore, the anti-dripping test box provided by the embodiment of the invention can prevent condensed water accumulated on the inner wall of the box door 1 from dripping on the ground when the box door 1 is opened, and the user experience is improved.

1. A drip proof test chamber, comprising:
a box body provided with an opening;
the box door is rotatably connected with the box body and is used for opening or closing the opening; the bottom of the inner wall of the box door is provided with a water chute, and the bottom wall of the water chute is provided with a drain hole;
the counterweight sealing block is arranged in the water chute and comprises a plugging plate and a plugging head arranged at the lower end of the plugging plate; the section area of the blocking plate is larger than the end surface area of the drainage hole, and the blocking head is matched with the drainage hole; the blocking head can movably penetrate through the drain hole;
the water accumulation disc is arranged on the box body and is matched with the plugging head;
when the box door is in an open state, the counterweight sealing block is in a blocking state under the action of self gravity, the blocking plate is attached to the bottom wall of the water guide groove, the blocking head is arranged on the drainage pipe in a penetrating mode, and the lower end of the blocking head extends to the position below the water guide groove;
when the box door is in a closed state, the water accumulation disc pushes against the lower end of the blocking head so as to jack up the counterweight sealing block, the blocking plate is separated from the bottom wall of the water chute, and the drain hole is opened.
2. The anti-drip test chamber of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the plugging head is spherical.
3. The anti-dripping test chamber according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the water collecting tray is provided with a water outlet which is communicated with the water collecting tray and the external space.
4. The drip proof test chamber of claim 1, wherein the chamber door has a first side rotatably connected to the chamber body and a second side opposite the first side; the drain hole is correspondingly arranged below the second side edge.
