Abstract

The invention provides a mirabilite external application bag and a using method thereof, wherein the mirabilite external application bag comprises a bag body and a grid inner core arranged in the bag body, the bag body comprises a first bag surface and a second bag surface which are oppositely arranged, the first bag surface can be unfolded relative to the second bag surface, the grid inner core is provided with a plurality of grids for containing mirabilite, one surface of the grid inner core is bonded with the first bag surface, and the other surface of the grid inner core is bonded with the second bag surface. The mirabilite external application bag of this application lets the mirabilite granule distribute more evenly at the belly, stops to appear the glauber's salt granule gathering phenomenon, improves the curative effect. And the process of filling mirabilite is convenient and rapid on the basis of full division.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of medicines, in particular to a mirabilite external application bag and a using method thereof.

Background

Mirabilite, also known as mirabilite, is a crystal prepared by processing and refining sulfate mineral substances. The main ingredient is aqueous sodium sulfate (Na)₂SO₄·10H₂O). Mirabilite has the effects of relaxing bowels with purgative, moistening dryness, softening hard masses, clearing away fire and reducing swelling, and is a common traditional Chinese medicine. Clinically, the method of externally applying mirabilite is commonly used for treating acute pancreatitis, abdominal distension caused by abdominal surgery, postpartum milk stasis and the like, and the effectiveness of the method is clinically proved.

The application of mirabilite on the abdomen for treating abdominal distension does not have a more ideal tool with pertinence clinically at present, and most of the mirabilite is filled in a common rectangular cloth bag and then placed on the abdomen of a patient. The above-mentioned instrument for applying mirabilite externally to the abdomen causes a series of problems, such as: the mirabilite external application bag has no fixing device and is easy to slide and move; the mirabilite external application bag has no or less lattices, so that the mirabilite is easy to concentrate at a certain position and is not beneficial to the sufficient contact of the mirabilite and the abdomen of a patient, thereby influencing the treatment effect; the mirabilite external application bag is mostly provided with no waterproof device, so that the contamination of patient clothes and quilts is easily caused in the process of applying mirabilite to the abdomen; the mirabilite external application bag can not adjust the external application area of the mirabilite according to the abdominal body sizes of different patients, thereby influencing the treatment effect.

The patent technologies already published are as follows: patents 201721162055.8 and 201620254153.3 have addressed the above problems in part and have considered the need for compartmentalization when applying mirabilite topically to the abdomen. However, the above technology brings some new problems in practical application, such as poor effect when the number of cells is small, and long time consumption because the number of cells needs to be increased and the charge is needed one by one during the use process; if the mirabilite external application bag which is prepackaged into lattices is used, the clinical practice is not met due to the number of the whole mirabilite abdomen external application treatments, different specifications needed by different patients and the like. At present, the mirabilite external application bag which is pre-packaged and suitable for external application on the abdomen according to the clinical requirement is not seen in mirabilite manufacturers.

In order to solve the problems, in the prior art, the improved mirabilite external application bag is divided into a plurality of small units to solve the problem of uneven distribution of mirabilite, so that the mirabilite can be fully contacted with the abdominal skin of a patient, but due to too many dividing units, the loading of the mirabilite and the replacement and cleaning of the mirabilite external application bag are inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a fractional mirabilite external application bag and a using method thereof in order to ensure the curative effect of clinical mirabilite abdominal external application.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a mirabilite external application bag which comprises a bag body and a grid inner core arranged in the bag body, wherein the bag body comprises a first bag surface and a second bag surface which are oppositely arranged, the first bag surface can be unfolded relative to the second bag surface, the grid inner core is provided with a plurality of grids for containing mirabilite, one surface of the grid inner core is bonded with the first bag surface, and the other surface of the grid inner core is bonded with the second bag surface.

Preferably, the first bag face and the second bag face are formed by folding a flexible fabric along a folding line in half, one side of the folding line is the first bag face, the other side of the folding line is the second bag face, and the edges of the first bag face and the second bag face are detachably connected through a closing device.

Preferably, the cellular inner core comprises a plurality of cross beams and a plurality of longitudinal beams, and the cross beams and the longitudinal beams are crossed with each other to form a grid structure with a plurality of lattices.

Preferably, the front and back of the cross beam or/and the longitudinal beam are provided with back glue, and the grid inner core is bonded with the bag body through the back glue.

Preferably, the mirabilite external application bag further comprises a plurality of waistbands, two end parts of each waistband are respectively provided with a waistband connecting part, and the bag body is further provided with a plurality of waistband fixing parts matched with the waistband connecting parts; the mirabilite external application bag further comprises a neck strap, two end parts of the neck strap are respectively provided with a neck strap connecting part, and the bag body is further provided with a neck strap fixing part matched with the neck strap connecting part.

Preferably, the mirabilite external application bag further comprises a waterproof layer, the waterproof layer is detachably mounted on the bag body, a waterproof layer connecting portion is arranged on the waterproof layer, and a waterproof layer fixing portion which can be matched with the waterproof layer connecting portion is arranged on the bag body.

The application also provides a using method of the mirabilite external application bag, which comprises the steps of,

one surface of the grid inner core is adhered to the first bag surface;

secondly, filling mirabilite into the lattices of the grid inner core;

(III) covering the other surface of the grid inner core with a second bag surface, and bonding the other surface of the grid inner core with the second bag surface;

and (IV) closing the first bag face and the second bag face.

Preferably, the front and back of the inner dividing core are provided with back glue, the back glue is covered with a protective film, in the step (one), the protective film is torn off, and then one surface of the inner dividing core is bonded to the first bag surface through the back glue.

The mirabilite external application bag and the using method thereof have the following beneficial effects:

1. the mirabilite granules are more uniformly distributed when being externally applied to the abdomen, thereby avoiding the aggregation phenomenon of the mirabilite granules and improving the curative effect.

2. On the basis of full cells, the process of filling mirabilite is convenient and fast.

3. The mirabilite abdomen external application bag with different grid numbers can be used according to different sizes of the abdomen of a patient.

4. The waistband and the neck strap are arranged, so that the corresponding fixing device can be used according to the strict bed rest, the bed movement and the bed falling movement of a patient, and the comfort of the patient is promoted by using the fixing band as less as possible on the basis of exact fixation.

5. The waterproof layer and the optional replaceable towel under the waterproof layer are arranged, so that the comfort level of a patient is improved on the basis that a bed sheet and patient clothes are prevented from being polluted by seepage liquid.

6. The optional heating device is arranged, so that the comfort of the patient is promoted, and the curative effect is improved.

7. Simple structure and convenient production and use.

8. Except the inner cores of the grids, other structures can be cleaned and dried in the sun for repeated use, thereby reducing the cost.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described below in conjunction with the following figures and specific examples so that those skilled in the art may better understand the present invention and practice it, but the examples are not intended to limit the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the inner surface and the back surface of the bag body 1 of the present invention after being unfolded are shown. The bag body 1 is made of pure cotton cloth or other breathable materials and is rectangular or square after being unfolded.

In FIG. 1, a1-a2 is a fold line in use. The first bag face 11 is a1-b1-b2-a2, and the second bag face 12 is a1-c1-c2-a 2. The first bag surface 11 and the second bag surface 12 are respectively provided with corresponding closing devices, such as zippers or magic tapes, so that the two bag surfaces can be closed along the edge of the bag body from the point a1 in use.

The use method of the mirabilite external application bag of the invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings:

before use, the bag body 1 is unfolded with the inner surface upward and laid on a table top. The adhesive protective film, e.g. 24, on either side of the cellular core 2 is removed. And (3) bonding the inner core with the stripped protective film grid with the bag body 1, namely tightly bonding one surface with the stripped protective film with the inner surface of the bag body 1, namely a part a1-a2-b2-b 1. If the patient is strictly bedridden and does not need to move, any fixing belt is not needed. If the patient needs to move in bed, 1 to 2 belts are needed to help fix the mirabilite external application bag, so that the corresponding connecting parts such as 1311 and 1312 of the belts are combined with the corresponding parts of the belt fixing parts 131,132, 133 and 134 on the back surface of the bag body 1, and proper tension is kept to play a role in fixing the mirabilite bag. If the patient needs to get out of bed for activity, the mirabilite external application bag needs to be further fixed by using the neck strap to prevent the mirabilite external application bag from drooping when the patient stands. 1.
