Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that the orientations or positional relationships indicated by the terms "center", "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", and the like are based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplification of description, but do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; either directly or indirectly through intervening media, or may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
This embodiment is written in a progressive manner.
As shown in fig. 2, the nasogastric tube structure comprises a catheter 1 and a contrast line 2 penetrating through the length direction of the catheter, wherein the contrast line 2 is coated inside the material of the catheter 1. Can protect the material of radiography line 2 through above-mentioned mode, the juncture of pipe 1 and the 2 materials of radiography line sets up inside pipe 1, can avoid the erosion of intestines nutrient solution to avoid the fracture phenomenon of nasogastric tube shaft, reduced patient's misery on the one hand, on the other hand has also effectively reduced medical personnel's working strength.
The cross section of the radiography line 2 perpendicular to the length direction is provided with a smooth contour, the smooth contour form enables the transition of the two materials of the catheter 1 and the radiography line 2 to be softer, and the affinity of the two materials can be increased by the mode, so that the service life of the nasogastric tube is further prolonged; meanwhile, the smooth profile is easier to control in the forming process, so that the processing process can be simplified.
As a preference of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the rounded contour has a first extending direction a and a second extending direction B perpendicular to each other, the second extending direction B coinciding with a radial direction of the catheter 1, the second extending direction B having an extension length smaller than that of the first extending direction a. In the process of using, the radiography line 2 is used for observing the position of the nasogastric tube, and under the condition that the size of the catheter 1 is fixed, the radiography line 2 with larger extension area is more helpful for observation, therefore, when the thickness of the catheter 1 is fixed, the radiography line 2 is preferably extended along the first extension direction A perpendicular to the radial direction as much as possible, thereby reducing the difficulty of judging the position of the nasogastric tube and increasing the accuracy of the judgment.
Wherein, in order to reduce the processing degree of difficulty of nasogastric tube structure, the rounding off profile sets up about second extending direction B symmetry, and this kind of structural style can effectually reduce the processing degree of difficulty of making shadow line 2. The middle point of the symmetrical line of the smooth contour in the second extending direction B is positioned at the central position between the inner wall and the outer wall of the catheter 1, so that the material thickness of the catheter 1 inside and outside the radiography line 2 is ensured to be more balanced, and the stability of the nasogastric tube structure is improved.
In fig. 3, a form is shown in which the rounded contour is also symmetrically arranged with respect to the first extending direction a, which is difficult to be ensured in the actual production process, and in order to reduce the processing difficulty, a form in which the circular contour in fig. 4 is not symmetrical with respect to the first extending direction a may be adopted in the present invention, and in this form, it is preferable that the extending direction is curved in conformity with the circular contour of the guide tube 1.
A processing mould of a nasogastric tube structure comprises a mould core base 3 and a mould core 4; the mold core base 3 is provided with a first discharge channel 31, a first material from the first discharge channel 31 is used for molding the catheter 1 of the nasogastric tube structure, the mold core base 3 further comprises a second discharge channel 32, a second material from the second discharge channel 32 is used for molding the radiography line 2 of the nasogastric tube structure, the first discharge channel 31 and the second discharge channel 32 are both arranged on the periphery of the mold core 4, and a material outlet of the second discharge channel 32 is arranged in the advancing range of the first material in the extruding process.
The mold for processing the nasogastric tube structure in the embodiment provides the first material and the second material through the first discharging channel 31 and the second discharging channel 32 respectively, so that the catheter 1 and the radiography line 2 can obtain a clear interface, and meanwhile, the two materials form an integrated structure through synchronous discharging in the molding process, so that the stability of the structure can be further improved, and the service life is prolonged.
As shown in fig. 5, a structural form of the mold core base 3 is shown, specifically, a through annular hole is provided on the mold core base 3 around the mold core 4 for first material circulation, a material outlet of the first discharging channel 31 is located on one side of the annular hole facing the mold core 4, and a plurality of connecting plates 33 are uniformly distributed in the annular hole around the axis of the mold core 4. One end of the annular hole site is used for feeding a material I, the other end of the annular hole site is used for feeding the material I to flow out, wherein the extruded material I extends out annularly under the limitation of the annular hole site and the mold core 4, the connecting plate 33 is used for connecting the inside and the outside of the annular hole site, and the stirring of the material I can be realized in the process of extruding the material I, so that the material I is extruded more uniformly, and the material I is not shaped after flowing out from the annular hole site, therefore, gaps among the materials caused by the connecting plate 33 can be filled rapidly, and a complete annular conduit 1 is formed, the thickness of the wall of the conduit 1 is related to the width of the annular hole site, and the inner diameter of the conduit 1 is related to the outer diameter of the mold.
As shown in fig. 6, the end contour 44 of the mold core 4 coincides with the inner wall contour of the annular hole site edge. Through the optimization of the structure, the inner wall of the conduit 1 is designed to be smoother, and after the material first flows out from the material outlet of the first discharging channel 31, the smooth transition is realized through the butt joint of the edges, so that the final forming cannot be influenced by the sudden change of the flow cross section.
In the course of processing, because connecting plate 33 can cause the hindrance to the circulation of material one, in order to resume even annular state after the material can be quick after connecting plate 33, connecting plate 33 is the even setting of thickness in the radial direction of mold core 4.
As a preference of the above embodiment, the connecting plate 33 is provided with a uniform thickness in the axial direction of the core base 3, which is convenient for processing, but in order to improve the uniformity of the material of the guide tube 1, the thickness of the connecting plate 33 is reduced in the radial direction of the core base 3 toward the core 4, so that the material can gradually return to a uniform state as it passes through the connecting plate 33, although in this form, the reduction of the thickness of the connecting plate 33 is uniformly performed, which is a more preferred state.
Preferably, the mold core 4 comprises a circular truncated cone section 41 connected with the mold core base 3 and a cylindrical section 42 smoothly transited from the smaller diameter side of the circular truncated cone section 41, and the projection of the material outlet of the second discharging channel 32 in the axial direction of the mold core 4 is located in the projection range of the side wall of the circular truncated cone section 41.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, by the arrangement of the circular table segment 41, the first material can be guided after flowing out from the annular hole, and the material can retract to a certain extent in the guiding process, so that the dimensional stability of the formed catheter 1 can be ensured, in the process, the second material from the material outlet of the second material outlet channel 32 is injected into the preliminarily formed annular body, the second material and the first material are extruded together to form the imaging line 2 in the catheter 1, and the two materials are formed together, so that the stability of the final product can be effectively ensured.
Preferably, the projection of the material outlet of the second discharging channel 32 in the axial direction of the mold core 4 is located at the center of the projection range of the circular table section 41, so that the material thickness of the catheter 1 inside and outside the imaging line 2 is ensured to be relatively balanced, and the stability of the nasogastric tube structure is improved.
As a preference of the above embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the second discharge channel 32 penetrates the core base 3, the connecting plate 33 and the circular table section 41 so as to be provided separately from the first discharge channel 31, facilitating the separate supply of the first material and the second material.
In the processing process, the cylindrical section 42 can realize the sizing of the size of the conduit 1, the conduit 1 passing through the section forms an inner contour with the same size as the outer wall of the conduit 1, in order to reduce the friction force in the extrusion process of the conduit 1, as shown in fig. 9, the mold core 4 further comprises a second circular truncated cone section 43 arranged on the other side of the cylindrical section 42, the mold core 4 is separated from the inner wall of the conduit 1 through the gradual contraction of the second circular truncated cone section 43, and the time for the conduit 1 to be subjected to the friction force is shortened to ensure smoother processing.
As a preference of the above embodiment, the second discharging channel 32 extends to the outside of the circular truncated cone section 41, so that during the first forming process of the catheter 1, the space for arranging the hatching line 2 can be obtained inside by the support of the second discharging channel 32 inside, and the space can be stabilized within a distance, so that the space can be filled more effectively and the shape can be stabilized after the material second flows out from the second discharging channel 32. Wherein the second outlet channel 32 preferably extends to the intersection of the cylindrical section 42 and the second circular truncated cone section 43, as shown in fig. 10. When the guide pipe 1 is separated from the mold core 4, due to the fact that internal support is lost, a certain shrinkage trend is inevitably existed, a second material is injected when the shrinkage trend is obtained, the second material can be quickly and stably wrapped in the first material in the process of retraction of the material of the guide pipe 1, and the interface between the first material and the second material is connected more stably.
The material outlet cross-section of the second outlet channel 32 is circular. The section shape is easier to process, when the guide pipe 1 loses internal support, the cylindrical space supported by the second discharge channel 32 is compressed by the material to form an approximate ellipse due to retraction of the material, so that the second material is extruded and extended to obtain a larger observation area, and the second material is better connected through extrusion of the second material.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, a through air passage 45 is provided inside the mold core 4, and the air passage 45 communicates the inside of the catheter 1 with the atmosphere. Through with the inside and atmospheric environment UNICOM of pipe 1, can avoid the inside flat of causing because of pressure is not enough of pipe 1 to guarantee the shaping effect. Air flue 45 runs through mold core base 3 and connecting plate 33, and is same, and the influence that whole air flue caused first discharging channel 31 and second discharging channel 32 can equally be avoided to this kind of mode of setting, reduces the processing degree of difficulty.
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, preferably, a through hole 34 is disposed on the mold core base 3 at the inner side of the annular hole, one side of the through hole 34 is connected to the outer wall of the mold core 4, the other side of the through hole 34 is provided with an air seal structure 5, and a part of the air passage 45 is communicated with the inside of the through hole 34 and the atmosphere.
During installation, the mold core 4 and the through hole 34 can be connected by threads, and similarly, the air seal structure 5 can also be installed in this way, and other connection modes such as an interference fit extrusion mode and the like are also within the protection scope of the present invention. The gas seal structure 5 can be used for providing a fixed position for the processing mold and also can be used for facilitating the cleaning of the whole processing mold after the gas seal structure is removed. An air duct 45 for ensuring the air pressure in the inner wall of the duct 1 communicates with the through hole site 34 and the atmosphere and can communicate with the inside of the duct 1 through a through passage in the inside of the mold core 4.
Preferably, as for the above embodiment, an annular groove 35 is provided on the end surface of the mold core base 3, which is attached to the mold core 4, and the annular groove 35 is a part of the second discharging channel 32. Through the setting of annular groove 35, can regard as the transfer space of mold core base 3 and the inside material two of mold core 4, can guarantee through its setting that many feed passage all can follow annular groove 35 and obtain the supply of material two when setting up many production lines 2, and the pan feeding mouth of annular groove 35 then can select in a flexible way.
A method for processing a nasogastric tube structure comprises the following steps:
s1: supplying a first material for molding a catheter 1 of a nasogastric tube in a ring shape;
s2: and starting from the set position of the extruded material I in the advancing process, continuously injecting a material II for forming the nasogastric tube radiography line 2 in the material I along the axial direction of the catheter 1, wherein the flow rates of the material I and the material II are equal.
And the discharge hole of the second material is positioned in the middle between the annular inner circle and the annular outer circle. During the process, the interior of the conduit 1 is in communication with the atmosphere.
