The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a 3D absorbent core, which includes a body, an upper covering layer 1 covering the upper surface of the body, and a lower covering layer 2 covering the lower surface of the body, wherein the upper covering layer 1 and/or the lower covering layer 2 are non-woven fabrics or bulked paper, and both the upper covering layer 1 and the lower covering layer 2 are non-woven fabrics. Lower coating 2 is upwards extended by both sides and is formed folding portion 21, folding portion 21 covers on upper coating 1, the body is including the main absorbent core layer that stacks gradually from top to bottom, fluffy non-woven fabrics layer 4, lower high absorbent resin layer 5, bottom wood pulp fiber layer 6, the main absorbent core layer is at least including upper wood pulp fiber layer 31, wood pulp fiber and the high absorbent resin layer 32 that set gradually from top to bottom, lower floor's wood pulp fiber layer 33, upper wood pulp fiber layer 31 is sneaked into polytetrafluoroethylene fiber and is formed the mixture layer, and the weight ratio of mixture is 20 ~ 50: 1, the mixing ratio in this example is about 30: 1, it does not have very accurate numerical value, and the error only needs in certain extent, and the technical staff in this field can increase and decrease according to actual need. The polytetrafluoroethylene fiber is spiral crimped short fiber. A middle wood pulp fiber layer 34 is also arranged in the wood pulp fiber and high absorption resin mixed layer 32. SAP particles 41 are uniformly embedded in the fluffy non-woven fabric layer 4, in the embodiment, the fluffy non-woven fabric layer 4 is selected as a carrier of the SAP particles 41, and the fluffy non-woven fabric layer can be replaced by a flow guide non-woven fabric. When the molding is carried out, the SAP particles are uniformly scattered on the fluffy non-woven fabric layer, and then the SAP particles are embedded into the fluffy non-woven fabric layer in a high-frequency oscillation mode.
The body is provided with a left guide groove and a right guide groove, each guide groove is composed of a plurality of guide short grooves 7, the wrapping and folding part 21 and the upper coating layer 1 sink at the positions of the guide short grooves 7, and the wrapping and folding part 21 and the lower coating layer 2 are mutually adhered. Each short diversion groove 7 is formed by hot pressing or gluing or ultrasonic pressing, in the embodiment, the hot pressing is adopted, a plurality of hot pressing areas 71 are arranged at the bottom of each short diversion groove 7, and each hot pressing area 71 is arranged along the length direction of the body in a staggered manner from left to right in sequence. The connection parts 72 for connecting the two sides of the diversion short troughs are formed on each diversion short trough between the adjacent hot pressing areas 71. The wrapping and folding part 21 extends into the upper wrapping layer 1 in the area between the two diversion trenches, and the end part of the wrapping and folding part 21 is bonded with the upper wrapping layer 1.
The above-mentioned forming method of the body has no too many specific features, which is a conventional technique in the field and will not be described herein. Only the fluffy non-woven fabric is embedded with SAP particles through a special process, and the SAP particles are uniformly scattered on the fluffy non-woven fabric layer during forming and then are embedded into the fluffy non-woven fabric layer in a high-frequency oscillation mode.
The diversion grooves can also be arc-shaped, that is, the diversion short grooves can be arc-shaped, and of course, other shapes can also be adopted. The diversion short grooves can be arranged at intervals, and under the limit condition, the diversion short grooves are connected with each other to form a whole.
The hot nip can be perforated or not, i.e. the area of the hot nip is not perforated, but forms a trough by pressing. When the liquid is penetrated, the body fluid can flow downwards and then flows leftwards and rightwards, and the aim of better left-right diffusion can be fulfilled.
The SAP particles 41 on the bulky nonwoven fabric layer 4 are distributed to avoid the flow guide grooves, that is, the SAP particles 41 are not distributed in the areas formed by the flow guide grooves, so that an avoiding strip-shaped area 42 for avoiding the flow guide grooves is formed, as shown in fig. 4. Avoiding the stripe-like region 42 portion can be advantageous for improvement of air permeability, and even after the SAP particles 41 absorb urine, there can be a certain space for air permeability.
