本申请涉及无线通信技术,公开了一种上行控制信道传输方法及终端和基站,解决了上行调度请求传输时延有可能无法满足时延敏感性业务需要的问题。本发明中,终端确定发送上行调度请求的周期和物理资源;终端确定使用目标上行控制信道传输其他上行控制信息;终端根据周期与目标上行控制信道传输时间长度之间的关系,确定上行调度请求与其他上行控制信息的复用传输方式。
