Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without any inventive step, are within the scope of the present invention.
In a specific implementation, a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present application may include: mobile phones, computers (including desktop and notebook computers with cameras), tablet computers and other devices with video recording functions. The above-described apparatus is merely exemplary and not exhaustive, and includes, but is not limited to, the above-described apparatus.
The following describes a video recording method, a video recording apparatus, and a terminal provided in an embodiment of the present application in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 3.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of an embodiment of a video recording method according to an embodiment of the present application. The method described in the embodiment of the present application can be implemented by a device having a photographing function, such as a mobile phone and a computer, wherein the embodiment of the present application is described with a terminal as an execution subject. The photographing method described in the embodiment of the application comprises the following steps:
s101, receiving a video starting instruction, and starting a first video mode according to the video starting instruction to acquire first image data so as to obtain a first video picture.
In some possible embodiments, the camera function and the video recording function in the terminal are usually integrated into the same target application, for example, a camera in a mobile phone application has both the video recording function and the video recording function. Therefore, before the terminal receives the video recording start instruction, the user may be required to start a target application (e.g., a camera) in the terminal and select the function of the target application as the video recording function.
Specifically, before the terminal acquires the video recording start instruction, a user operation instruction can be acquired by detecting clicking of a user on any area in a main interface of the terminal, and whether a terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction is started by a target application program is judged according to an instruction set preset by the terminal. And if the function corresponding to the user operation instruction is the starting of the target application program, determining that the user operation instruction is the starting instruction of the target application program. The preset instruction set of the terminal comprises at least one group of corresponding relations between user operation instructions and terminal functions. For example, before the terminal acquires the video recording start instruction, if a user operation instruction triggered and generated when the user clicks an icon of a camera in a mobile phone interface is detected, the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction can be determined as starting the camera according to the instruction set, and the user operation instruction can be determined as an application program start instruction.
Optionally, the terminal may further obtain the user operation instruction by detecting a pressing (and/or touching) of a physical key (and/or a virtual key) of the terminal by the user. For example, before the terminal acquires the video recording start instruction, the user operation instruction may be acquired by detecting that the user presses an entity volume key in the terminal for a long time, and the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction may be determined to be the target application program start instruction according to an instruction set preset by the terminal, and then the user operation instruction is determined to be the target application program start instruction. The method and the device for starting the target application program can improve diversity and interestingness of starting modes of the target application program, and are high in applicability.
Optionally, if the terminal determines that the user operation instruction is a target application program starting instruction, prompt information for user identity information verification may be displayed on the terminal main interface, where the prompt information is used to request the user to perform identity information verification. The user identity information may be verified in a manner of password verification, fingerprint verification, face recognition verification, iris recognition verification, or the like, which is not limited herein. And when the user passes the identity information verification, starting the target application program. For example, after the terminal obtains the target application program starting instruction, the terminal prompts the user to perform identity information verification in the terminal main interface, and the identity information verification mode may be fingerprint verification. And after detecting that the fingerprint identification result of the user is true, starting the target application program, so that the starting safety of the target application program is improved.
After the terminal starts the target application program, the terminal can prompt the user to select the application function of the target application program. The terminal may display a plurality of function options on the target application interface, where the function options may include a video recording function option, a photo taking function option, and the like, which is not limited herein. And the terminal acquires different user operation instructions by detecting the click of the user on the function options, and judges whether the terminal function corresponding to the acquired user operation instruction is the selection of the video recording function or not according to a preset instruction set. The preset instruction set and the preset instruction set are the same instruction set, and are not described herein again. For example, the terminal displays 2 function options on the target application program interface, including a video recording function option and a picture taking function option. If the user clicks the photographing function option, a user operation instruction can be obtained, and the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction can be determined to be the selection of the photographing function according to a preset instruction set. If the fact that the user clicks the video recording function option is detected, another user operation instruction can be obtained, and the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction can be determined to be the selection of the video recording function according to a preset instruction set.
And when the terminal determines that the terminal function corresponding to the acquired user operation instruction is the selection of the video recording function, starting a default video recording mode of the target application program, and acquiring first image data through a terminal camera to obtain a first video picture. For convenience of description, the default recording mode may be set as the first recording mode.
Optionally, before the terminal acquires the first image data, the terminal may acquire the camera type information and the photographing rotation information. And determining whether a front camera or a rear camera is used when the terminal records the video according to the camera type information. If the front camera is used, the mirror image acquisition operation can be carried out on the image data acquired by the terminal camera, and if the rear camera is used, the mirror image acquisition operation is not needed. And determining whether the lens is rotated when the user uses the terminal to record the video according to the video rotation information. For example, if the user performs horizontal shooting while using the terminal to perform video recording, it is determined that the user has rotated the lens, and if the user performs vertical shooting while using the terminal to perform video recording, the user does not rotate the lens. If the user rotates the lens, the rotation operation can be performed on the environment image data collected by the terminal, otherwise, the rotation operation is not needed. The terminal can perform one or more processing operations of mirror image acquisition or rotation processing on the image data acquired by the camera to obtain the first image data. The purpose of the mirror image acquisition operation and the rotation operation is to make the video picture obtained by video recording more suitable for human eyes to watch.
For example, after the camera application is started, it is detected and determined whether the user clicks a video recording button in the camera application interface, and if it is determined that the user clicks the video recording button, a default no-effect video recording mode (i.e., a first video recording mode) of the camera application is started, and the front camera or the rear camera of the mobile phone is used for collecting and processing the environment image data to obtain the first image data. Optionally, after the mobile phone collects the environment image data through the camera, a video picture (i.e., a first video picture) without a special effect can be obtained after processing such as mirror image acquisition processing and rotation processing is performed on the environment image data.
S102, judging whether the first video recording picture comprises a first gesture according to the first image data, and if so, executing the step S103.
In some possible embodiments, after obtaining the first video recording picture, the terminal may prompt the user to select a starting mode of a second video recording mode different from the first video recording mode. The terminal may display a plurality of starting mode options in the video recording function interface, where the starting mode options may include gesture starting, touch starting, and the like, which is not limited herein. The terminal can acquire the options clicked by the user from the video function interface, and determines the starting mode corresponding to the options clicked by the user as the starting mode of the second video mode. For example, after the first video recording picture is obtained, 2 preset second video recording mode starting options are provided in the video recording application interface, including gesture starting and touch starting. And detecting the option clicked by the user, and if the option clicked by the user is a gesture starting option, determining that the second video recording mode starting mode is gesture starting.
Optionally, the terminal may prompt the user to press (and/or touch) a physical key (and/or a virtual key) of the terminal in the video recording function interface to select the second video recording mode starting manner. For example, the user is prompted in the video recording function interface to select the second video recording mode starting mode as gesture starting by pressing the volume key for a long time.
And after the terminal determines the starting mode of the second video recording mode, judging whether the starting mode selected by the user is a gesture starting mode. And if the starting mode of the second video recording mode selected by the user is gesture starting, judging whether the first video recording picture contains a first gesture or not by an image processing method. The first gesture is a special gesture which is easy to realize and recognize by a terminal. For example, open five fingers and then make a fist, or use the index finger to make a closed circle in the air, or use a finger to make a V-shaped gesture, etc. The image processing method may include image feature extraction, human body posture recognition, image stitching, and the like, which is not limited herein. For example, the terminal extracts each frame image in the first video recording picture within a preset time period, performs feature extraction on each frame image, and detects whether a specific gesture exists in the image. And if the specific gesture is detected to be contained in the multi-frame images, determining that the specific gesture exists in the first video recording picture. Optionally, the positions of the human fingers are extracted from the multi-frame images, the multi-frame images are subjected to image splicing, and whether the positions of the fingers form a specific gesture action is judged according to a splicing result. If the judgment result is yes, the fact that the specific gesture exists in the first video recording picture is determined. For example, a first video recording picture segment with the time length of 5s in a first video recording picture is extracted and decomposed into each frame of image, feature extraction is performed on each frame of image, and whether a V-shaped gesture exists in the image or not is detected. And if the multi-frame images in the frames of images are judged to have the V-shaped gesture, determining that a specific gesture exists in the first video picture, wherein the specific gesture is the first gesture.
S103, switching the terminal video recording mode from the first video recording mode to a second video recording mode, and acquiring second image data in the second video recording mode to obtain a second video recording picture.
In some possible implementation manners, the terminal determines that the first video recording picture includes a first gesture, switches the terminal video recording mode from the first video recording mode without a special effect to the second video recording mode, and acquires second image data through the terminal camera in the second video recording mode to obtain a second video recording picture. Optionally, the environment image data collected by the terminal camera is processed according to the terminal device information to obtain second image data, and the second image data is spliced to obtain the second video picture.
Specifically, after the terminal determines that the first video picture includes the first gesture, the terminal switches the target application program channel from a default program stream without a third-party algorithm such as beauty, image beautification and the like to a function program stream with the third-party algorithm such as beauty, image beautification and the like in the background, and performs second image data acquisition through the terminal camera in a second video mode to obtain a second video picture. Optionally, the environment image data collected by the terminal camera may be preprocessed according to the terminal device information to obtain the second image data, the second image data is spliced to obtain the second video picture, and the implementation manner of collecting the second image data in the second video mode to obtain the second video picture may specifically refer to the implementation manner of collecting the first image data in the first video mode to obtain the first video picture in step S101, which is not described herein again. According to the embodiment of the application, the video recording mode of the terminal can be switched through the gesture trigger, the operation is more convenient, the switching efficiency of the video recording mode of the terminal is higher, the interestingness of terminal video recording is improved, and the user experience of the terminal is improved.
And S104, judging whether the second video picture contains a human face, if so, executing the step S105, otherwise, executing the step S106.
And S105, performing facial beautification processing on the human face in the second video picture.
S106, performing beautification processing on the second video picture.
In some possible implementations, the terminal may process the second image data by an image processing method to determine whether the second video picture includes a human face. If the second video picture contains a face, the face is beautified, and if the second video picture does not contain a face, the second video picture is beautified. Optionally, after determining that a face exists in the second video picture, continuously determining whether the number of the face is greater than a preset number threshold, if so, performing beautification on the second picture, otherwise, performing beautification on the face contained in the second video picture.
Specifically, the terminal extracts each frame image in the second video picture within a preset time period, judges whether a face exists in each frame image through a face recognition algorithm, and further determines the position and size of each face, the position information of each main facial organ and the number of the faces if the face exists in the image. And performing facial treatment on the human face through a corresponding image processing method. Wherein, the beautifying treatment can comprise one or more of face thinning treatment, skin beautifying treatment, five sense organs enhancement treatment or animation effect adding treatment. The above-mentioned beautifying treatment is only an example, not an exhaustive list, and is not limited herein. For example, the skin beautifying process includes performing a color enhancement process on the skin of a human face by using an image enhancement technology to achieve the effect of skin lightening. For example, the image cropping and stitching technology is used for amplifying the eyes in the face, and the nose bridge improvement processing is performed on the nose in the face, so that the effect of improving the display effect of the five sense organs is finally achieved. If the face does not exist in the image, performing image beautification processing on each frame of image, where the beautification processing may include filter effect addition, image sharpening, and the like, and is not limited herein. For example, the image processing technology is used to adjust the color of each frame of image, so that the color of each frame of image tends to a warm color system, thereby realizing the warming function of the image and finally realizing the warming effect of the video picture. Optionally, after determining that a face exists in the second video picture, continuously determining whether the number of the face is greater than a preset number threshold, if so, performing beautification on the second picture, otherwise, performing beautification on the face contained in the second video picture. The beautifying process is the same as the beautifying process, and will not be described herein again. Through the beautifying processing and the beautifying processing, the second video picture has a special display effect, the ornamental performance of the video picture is improved, and the user experience effect of the terminal is improved.
Optionally, when the terminal is in the second video recording mode, the terminal may detect whether a second gesture with a distinct difference exists in the second video recording picture, and an implementation manner of the determining method is the same as an implementation manner of determining whether the first gesture is included in the first video recording picture in step S102, which is not described herein again. If the terminal detects that a second gesture exists in the second video picture, the current video mode of the terminal is switched from the second video mode to the first video mode, and then the terminal can be subjected to video recording in a common mode, so that the power consumption of the terminal is saved, meanwhile, the diversity of the switching mode of the video modes of the terminal is improved, and the operation is more flexible. The implementation of the terminal video mode switching method is synchronous with the implementation of the video mode switching method in step S103, and details are not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal first receives a video recording start instruction, and starts a first video recording mode according to the video recording start instruction to acquire first image data so as to obtain a first video recording picture. Then, whether the first video recording picture contains a first gesture is judged according to the first image data, if the first video recording picture contains the first gesture, the terminal video recording mode is switched from the first video recording mode to a second video recording mode, and second image data are collected in the second video recording mode to obtain a second video recording picture. And finally, judging whether the second video picture contains a face, if so, performing beautifying processing on the face in the second video picture, and if not, performing beautifying processing on the second video picture. By adopting the method and the device, the diversity of the video picture form obtained by video application can be increased, the ornamental property of the video picture is improved, and the user experience effect is improved.

For example, before acquiring the video recording start instruction, if the video recording unit 10 detects a user operation instruction triggered by a user clicking an icon of a camera in a mobile phone interface, it may determine, according to the instruction set, that the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction is to start the camera, and may determine that the user operation instruction is an application start instruction.
Optionally, the video recording unit 10 may further obtain the user operation instruction by detecting a pressing (and/or a touch) of a physical key (and/or a virtual key) of the terminal by the user. For example, before acquiring the video recording start instruction, the video recording unit 10 acquires the user operation instruction by detecting that the user presses the volume key in the terminal for a long time, and may determine that the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction is the target application program start instruction according to an instruction set preset by the terminal, and then determine that the user operation instruction is the target application program start instruction.
Optionally, if the video recording unit 10 determines that the user operation instruction is the target application program starting instruction, prompt information for user identity information verification may be displayed on a terminal main interface, where the prompt information is used to request the user to perform identity information verification. The user identity information may be verified in a manner of password verification, fingerprint verification, face recognition verification, iris recognition verification, or the like, which is not limited herein. And when the user passes the identity information verification, starting the target application program. For example, after acquiring the target application program start instruction, the video recording unit 10 prompts the user to perform identity information verification in the terminal main interface, where the identity information verification may be fingerprint verification. And after detecting that the fingerprint identification result of the user is true, starting the target application program.
After the target application is opened, the recording unit 10 may prompt the user to select an application function of the target application. A plurality of function options may be displayed on the target application interface, where the function options may include a video recording function option, a photo taking function option, and the like, which is not limited herein. The video recording unit 10 obtains different user operation instructions by detecting the click of the user on the function option, and determines whether the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction is the selection of the video recording function according to a preset instruction set, where the preset instruction set and the preset instruction set are the same instruction set, and details are not repeated here. For example, the recording unit 10 displays 2 function options on the target application interface, including a recording function option and a photographing function option. If the user clicks the photographing function option, a user operation instruction can be obtained, and the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction can be determined to be the selection of the photographing function according to a preset instruction set. If the fact that the user clicks the video recording function option is detected, another user operation instruction different from the user operation instruction can be obtained, and the terminal function corresponding to the user operation instruction can be determined to be the selection of the video recording function according to a preset instruction set.
When the recording unit 10 determines that the terminal function corresponding to the obtained user operation instruction is a selection of a recording function, the recording unit 10 starts a default recording mode of the target application program, and acquires the first image data through a terminal camera to obtain a first recording picture. For convenience of description, the default recording mode may be set as the first recording mode.
Alternatively, the recording unit 10 may acquire the camera type information and the photographing rotation information before acquiring the first image data. The recording unit 10 may perform one or more processing operations of mirror image acquisition or rotation processing on the image data collected by the camera to obtain the first image data. The purpose of the mirror image acquisition operation and the rotation operation is to make the video picture obtained by video recording more suitable for human eyes to watch.
For example, after the camera application is started, the recording unit 10 detects and determines whether the user clicks a recording button in the camera application interface, and if so, starts a default no-special-effect recording mode of the camera application, and collects and processes the environment image data through a front camera or a rear camera of the mobile phone. Optionally, after the mobile phone collects the environment image data through the camera, the mobile phone performs mirror image acquisition processing and rotation processing on the environment image data to obtain a video picture without a special effect.
After the recording unit 10 acquires the first recording screen, the gesture recognition unit 20 may prompt the user to select a mode for activating a second recording mode different from the first recording mode. The gesture recognition unit 20 may display a plurality of start mode options in the video recording function interface, where the start mode options may include gesture start, touch start, and the like, which is not limited herein. The gesture recognition unit 20 may obtain an option clicked by the user from the video recording function interface, and determine a start mode corresponding to the option clicked by the user as a start mode of the second video recording mode. For example, after the video recording unit 10 obtains the first video recording picture, the gesture recognition unit 20 provides 2 preset second video recording mode start options in the video recording application interface, including gesture start and touch start. And detecting the option clicked by the user, and if the option clicked by the user is a gesture starting option, determining that the second video recording mode starting mode is gesture starting.
Optionally, the gesture recognition unit 20 may prompt the user to press (and/or touch) a physical key (and/or a virtual key) of the terminal in the video recording function interface to select the second video recording mode starting manner. For example, the gesture recognition unit 20 may prompt the user to select the second recording mode as gesture activation by pressing the volume key in the video recording function interface.
After the gesture recognition unit 20 prompts the user to select the second video recording mode, it may determine whether the start mode selected by the user is a gesture start mode. If the starting mode of the second video recording mode selected by the user is gesture starting, the gesture recognition unit 20 determines whether the first video recording picture acquired by the video recording unit 10 includes a first gesture through an image processing method. For example, the gesture recognition unit 20 extracts each frame image in the first video recording screen acquired by the video recording unit 10 in a preset time period, performs feature extraction on each frame image, and detects whether a specific gesture exists in the image. And if the specific gesture is detected to be contained in the multi-frame images, determining that the specific gesture exists in the first video recording picture. Optionally, the position of the human finger is extracted from the multi-frame images, the multi-frame images are subjected to image splicing, whether the position of the finger constitutes a specific gesture action is judged according to a splicing result, and if the position of the finger constitutes the specific gesture action, it is determined that the specific gesture exists in the first video picture. For example, the gesture recognition unit 20 extracts a first video recording picture segment with a duration of 5s in the first video recording picture acquired by the video recording unit 10, decomposes the first video recording picture segment into each frame of image, performs feature extraction on each frame of image, detects whether a V-shaped gesture exists in the image, and determines that a specific gesture exists in the first video recording picture if it is determined that V-shaped gestures exist in all frames of images in each frame of image, where the specific gesture is the first gesture.
When the gesture recognition unit 20 determines that the first video recording picture acquired by the video recording unit 10 includes the first gesture, the mode switching unit 30 switches the channel of the target application from a default program stream that does not include a third-party algorithm such as beauty, image beautification, etc. to a function program stream that includes a third-party algorithm such as beauty, image beautification, etc. in the background.
After the mode switching unit 30 switches the terminal video recording mode, the video recording unit 10 acquires second image data through the terminal camera in the second video recording mode to obtain a second video recording picture. The implementation manner of acquiring the second image data in the second video recording mode to obtain the second video recording picture may specifically refer to the implementation manner of acquiring the first image data in the first video recording mode to obtain the first video recording picture, which is described in step S101, and details are not repeated here.
The image processing unit 40 extracts each frame image in the second video image acquired by the video recording unit 10 within a preset time period, and determines whether a face exists in each frame image through a face recognition algorithm, and if it is determined that a face exists in the image, further determines the position and size of each face, the position information of each main facial organ, and the number of faces. And performing facial treatment on the human face through a corresponding image processing method. The above-mentioned beautifying process may include one or more of a face thinning process, a skin beautifying process, a five sense organs enhancement process, or an animation effect adding process, and the above-mentioned beautifying processes are merely examples, but not exhaustive, and are not limited herein. For example, the skin beautifying process is to perform a color enhancement process on the skin of a human face by using an image enhancement technology so as to achieve the effect of skin lightening. Optionally, after determining that a face exists in the second video picture acquired by the video recording unit 10, the image processing unit 40 continues to determine whether the number of the face is greater than a preset number threshold, if so, performs a beautifying process on the second picture, otherwise, performs a beautifying process on the face included in the second video picture. The beautifying process is the same as the beautifying process, and will not be described herein again. Through the beautifying processing and the beautifying processing, the second video picture has a special display effect.
Optionally, when the terminal is in the second video recording mode, the image processing unit 40 may detect whether a second gesture with a distinct difference exists in the second video recording picture, and an implementation manner of the determining method is the same as an implementation manner of determining whether the first video recording picture includes the first gesture in the step S102, which is not described herein again. If the terminal detects that the second gesture exists in the second video recording picture, the mode switching unit 30 switches the current video recording mode of the terminal from the second video recording mode to the first video recording mode, wherein the implementation manner of the terminal video recording mode switching method is the same as that of the video recording mode switching method in step S103, and is not described herein again.
