Abstract

Background
With the construction of a national video monitoring system and a snow project, the field of video monitoring in China is gradually improved, with the gradual improvement of video monitoring construction, the requirement of video sharing among all the fields of all departments is more and more frequent, sensitive data including police, judicial law and prison data are not available, when the video data are shared by other departments, the behaviors of the retrieval department cannot be controlled, for example, the retrieval department can retrieve and browse the video data in real time and watch the video data on a local PC/large screen, a user can download information data to an access terminal for storage through a legal data downloading function, and the user can record videos by using a local browsing tool; therefore, due to the cross-domain and cross-department video contribution, the caused information leakage event occurs frequently, and the leakage source cannot be effectively traced after the occurrence.
The existing network security protection means (such as VPN, IPSEC Tunnel) can only ensure that the encryption is carried out on the transmission between the retrieval department and the retrieved department, so as to prevent data from being stolen in the transmission process, but once the data enters the network of the retrieval department, the data cannot be protected when being watched and stored on the client of a browser of the retrieval department; a user can steal sensitive video contents on a browsing PC by using a screen capturing/recording tool; sensitive video content may be photographed/videotaped using a cell phone/camera tool.

The network processing module monitors the signaling IP message sent to the server, and discards the signaling message when finding that the IP address of the retrieval party belongs to an unauthorized address, so as to perform identity control and prevent an unauthorized person from illegally retrieving video data.
The network processing module monitors that an illegal application protocol message is sent to the server, packet loss blocking can be carried out on the illegal application protocol, the server is prevented from being linked by a calling party in an illegal way, videos are stolen, and the application protocols capable of being blocked are ssh, ftp and telnet.
The network processing module can intercept the Flood attack message sent to the server to prevent the server from being attacked and abnormal, and the intercepted messages include Syn Flood, ICMP Flood and port scanning.
