In some examples, the first mounting bracket 21, the second mounting bracket 22, the front fixing bracket 1 and the rear fixing bracket 3 are respectively provided with a clamping assembly 7, and the clamping assembly 7 comprises a fixing positioning part 71, a fixing clip 72 and an elastic resetting part 73; the first mounting bracket 21, the second mounting bracket 22, the front fixing bracket 1 and the rear fixing bracket 3 are respectively provided with a mounting limiting part 12; the first mounting bracket 21, the second mounting bracket 22, the front fixing bracket 1 and the rear fixing bracket 3 are respectively provided with a fixing positioning piece 71, and the fixing positioning pieces 71 can move along the vertical direction; the fixing clip 72 is slidably sleeved on the fixing positioning piece 71 and limited by the installation limiting part 12 to be capable of sliding along the vertical direction; the elastic reset piece 73 is sleeved on the fixed positioning piece 71 and provides elastic reset force for the fixed clamp 72.
When the fixing positioning element 71 displaces along the vertical direction, the elastic resetting element 73 abuts against the fixing clamp 72, so that the fixing clamp 72 provides elastic resetting force, the fixing clamp 72 is not required to be lifted up manually, the installation is convenient, the installation speed is increased, and the installation efficiency is improved.
In some examples, the fixing positioning member 71 is a bolt, and the first mounting bracket 21, the second mounting bracket 22, the front fixing bracket 1 and the rear fixing bracket 3 are respectively provided with a threaded hole, and the threaded holes are respectively threaded with bolts, and the bolts are rotated to drive the bolts to displace in the vertical direction. In some examples, the elastic restoring member 73 is a compression spring sleeved on the fixed positioning member 71. This compression spring provides elasticity restoring force for fixation clamp 72, and when fixed position spare 71 along vertical direction displacement, compression spring provides elasticity restoring force for fixation clamp 72 to adapt to the solar panel of different thickness.
In some examples, the installation limiting part 12 includes a first limiting plate 121, a second limiting plate 122, and a limiting space 123 formed between the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122; the fixing clip 72 has a first limiting surface 721 abutted against the first limiting plate 121 and a second limiting surface 722 abutted against the second limiting plate 122. When the fixing positioning element 71 is displaced in the vertical direction, the first limiting surface 721 is driven to slide along the first limiting plate 121, and the second limiting surface 722 is driven to slide along the second limiting plate 122, so that the fixing clip 72 can only move in the vertical direction due to the first limiting plate 121 and the second limiting plate 122, and the moving direction of the fixing clip 72 is effectively limited.
In some examples, a grounding screw capable of forming an electrical connection with the solar panel is arranged on the fixing clamp 72, an internal tooth gasket 711 is sleeved on the fixing positioning member 71, and the internal tooth gasket 711 forms an electrical connection with the fixing clamp 72 and the fixing positioning member 71; the mounting guide rail 4 is electrically connected with the first mounting bracket 21, the second mounting bracket 22, the front fixing bracket 1 and the rear fixing bracket 3 respectively; a grounding fitting is provided on the mounting rail 4 and forms an electrical connection, the grounding fitting being connected to a grounding wire.

1. A solar panel fixing system, its characterized in that: comprises a front fixed bracket, a middle fixed bracket and a rear fixed bracket;
the middle fixing support is formed by connecting the inner side of the first mounting support and the inner side of the second mounting support, a first clamping surface is arranged on the first mounting support, and a second clamping surface is arranged on the second mounting support; the outer side of the first mounting bracket and the outer side of the second mounting bracket are respectively provided with a limiting insertion piece and a locking assembly which are matched with a U-shaped groove of the mounting guide rail, the limiting insertion piece can be inserted into the U-shaped groove of the mounting guide rail, and the width of the limiting insertion piece is consistent with that of the U-shaped groove of the mounting guide rail; the first mounting bracket and the mounting guide rail as well as the second mounting bracket and the mounting guide rail are respectively connected in a locking way through a locking component;
the front fixing support is fixed on the mounting guide rail and is provided with a front clamping surface matched with the first clamping surface, and the first solar panel is clamped between the front clamping surface and the first clamping surface;
the rear fixing support is fixed on the mounting guide rail and is provided with a rear clamping surface matched with the second clamping surface, and the second solar panel is clamped between the rear clamping surface and the second clamping surface.

The solar panel mounting system of claim 1, wherein: the side of the front fixing support opposite to the first mounting support and the side of the rear fixing support opposite to the second mounting support are respectively provided with a limiting insertion piece matched with a U-shaped groove of the mounting guide rail, and the other side of the front fixing support and the other side of the rear fixing support are respectively provided with a locking component matched with the U-shaped groove of the mounting guide rail; the limiting insertion piece can be inserted into a U-shaped groove of the installation guide rail, and the width of the limiting insertion piece is consistent with that of the U-shaped groove of the installation guide rail; the front fixing support and the mounting guide rail as well as the rear fixing support and the mounting guide rail are respectively connected in a locking way through a locking component.
3. The solar panel mounting system of claim 2, wherein: the locking assembly comprises a locking member and a lifting member;
the locking part is matched with the installation guide rail, the radial maximum width of the locking part is greater than the width of the U-shaped groove of the installation guide rail matched with the locking part, and the locking part is arranged in the U-shaped groove of the installation guide rail and can be abutted against the abutting part formed by downwards bending two sides of the notch of the U-shaped groove of the installation guide rail;
set up the lifting member on first installing support and the second installing support respectively, the lifting member is connected with the retaining member that corresponds, and the lifting member can order about the retaining member that corresponds and be close to the portion of leaning on of installation guide rail and remove.
4. A solar panel mounting system according to claim 3, wherein: the retaining member is set to be a parallelogram, and the length of the longer diagonal of the parallelogram is greater than the width of the U-shaped groove of the installation guide rail matched with the retaining member.

A solar panel mounting system according to claim 3, wherein: the retaining member is equipped with the support portion matched with at least one spacing recess of installation guide rail U-shaped groove, and when the support portion was gone into to the card in the spacing recess, the degree of freedom of retaining member circumferential direction was restricted.
6. The solar panel mounting system of claim 5, wherein: the limiting grooves are arranged into two parallel grooves, and the two limiting grooves can be respectively abutted against the abutting parts on the two sides of the notch of the U-shaped groove of the installation guide rail.

The solar panel mounting system of claim 5, wherein: the first mounting bracket, the second mounting bracket, the front fixing bracket and the rear fixing bracket are respectively provided with a clamping assembly, and the clamping assembly comprises a fixing positioning piece, a fixing clamp and an elastic resetting piece;
the first mounting bracket, the second mounting bracket, the front fixing bracket and the rear fixing bracket are respectively provided with a mounting limiting part;
the first mounting bracket, the second mounting bracket, the front fixing bracket and the rear fixing bracket are respectively provided with a fixing positioning piece which can move along the vertical direction;
the fixing clamp is sleeved on the fixing positioning piece in a sliding mode and limited by the installation limiting part to slide along the vertical direction;
the elastic reset piece is sleeved on the fixed positioning piece to provide elastic reset force for the fixed clamp.

The solar panel mounting system of claim 7, wherein: the fixed positioning piece is a bolt, threaded holes are formed in the first mounting support, the second mounting support, the front fixing support and the rear fixing support respectively, the bolt is connected with the threaded holes in a threaded mode respectively, and the bolt is rotated to drive the bolt to move in the vertical direction.

The solar panel mounting system of claim 7, wherein: the installation limiting part comprises a first limiting plate, a second limiting plate and a limiting space formed between the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate; the fixing clamp is provided with a first limiting surface and a second limiting surface, wherein the first limiting surface is abutted against the first limiting plate, and the second limiting surface is abutted against the second limiting plate.

The solar panel mounting system of claim 7, wherein: the fixing clamp is provided with a grounding screw capable of forming electric connection with the solar panel, the fixing positioning piece is sleeved with an internal tooth gasket, and the internal tooth gasket is electrically connected with the fixing clamp and the fixing positioning piece; the mounting guide rail is electrically connected with the first mounting bracket, the second mounting bracket, the front fixing bracket and the rear fixing bracket respectively; the grounding assembly is arranged on the mounting guide rail and forms an electric connection, and the grounding assembly is connected with the grounding wire.
