Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a safety monitoring method and device, wearable equipment and a computer readable storage medium, which are beneficial for parents to master the safety condition of children in the using process.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a security monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The method comprises the following steps:
s110: collecting voice data in an environment;
specifically, the voice data in the environment may be continuously collected, the time duration of the voice data collected each time may be, for example, 20ms, and the specific time duration may be set according to actual needs, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
S120: identifying a system state of the device;
specifically, in order to determine whether the user is in some abnormal conditions quickly and efficiently, where the abnormal conditions are the conditions concerned by the guardian of the user, the system state of the device may be set, where the device may have two states, one is an on state and the other is an off state. The starting state refers to a situation that a parent and other guardians are concerned about, for example, when a child is in a situation with negative emotion such as fright, crying and the like, the situation indicates that the child is possibly in a dangerous environment, and the parent is just wanting to know the situation, so that the equipment state corresponding to the situations can be determined as the starting state; accordingly, the closed state refers to a case where a guardian such as a parent does not need to care about it for a while, for example, when a child is in a happy emotion, it means that the child is not in a dangerous situation, and therefore, in a case where the child is in a happy positive emotion, the guardian such as a parent does not care about it, and the device state corresponding to the situation is determined as the closed state.
S130: when the system state is a starting state, directly storing the voice data into a memory, and identifying the emotional state of the user according to the voice data;
it should be noted that, when the system state of the device is the start state, it indicates that the current user is in a situation concerned by the guardian, and at this time, the collected voice data may be directly stored in the memory, so that the guardian such as a parent can know the specific situation encountered by the child by checking the voice data stored in the memory, and can take corresponding measures in time when determining that the device is in a dangerous situation. In addition, after the voice data is stored in the memory, the emotional state of the user can be identified according to the voice data, so as to further determine the situation state of the user, wherein the emotional state is identified according to the acoustic features of the voice data when the emotional state of the user is identified according to the voice data, which is not described in detail in this embodiment of the prior art.
When the voice data is stored in the memory, the voice data can be stored in the file with the file name containing the current time, so that the subsequent viewing and retrieval are facilitated.
S140: and when the emotional state of the user is non-negative emotion and the non-negative emotion lasts for a preset time length, changing the system state of the equipment into a closed state.
Specifically, when it is recognized that the user is in the non-negative emotion, and the time that the user is in the non-negative emotion lasts for the preset duration, it indicates that the user is not in the dangerous situation or has left the dangerous situation, and the user does not have the negative emotion within the preset duration, and the emotional state is relatively stable, and at this time, the system state of the device may be changed from the start state to the close state.
Therefore, the method can identify the system state of the equipment by collecting the voice data in the environment, directly storing the voice data into the memory when the system state is the starting state, then identifying the emotional state of the user according to the collected voice data, and changing the system state of the equipment into the closing state when the user is in the non-negative emotion and the non-negative emotion lasts for the preset time length. According to the method and the device, when the system state is in the starting state, the fact that the user possibly has some abnormal situations at the moment is indicated, the voice data can be directly stored in the memory, so that guardians such as parents can determine whether the child is in a dangerous situation or not by checking the data stored in the memory, corresponding safety measures can be taken timely, and parents can master the safety situations of the child.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the present embodiment further describes and optimizes the technical solution, please refer to fig. 2. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s210: collecting voice data in an environment;
s220: identifying a system state of the device;
s230: when the system state is a starting state, directly storing the voice data into a memory, and identifying the emotional state of the user according to the voice data;
it should be noted that, for specific descriptions of S210 to S230 in the present embodiment, refer to S110 to S130 in the foregoing embodiment, and details of the present embodiment are not repeated herein.
Further, after the step S230 directly storing the voice data into the memory when the system state is the active state, and recognizing the emotional state of the user according to the voice data, the method may further include:
s240: when the emotional state of the user is negative emotion, recording a time stamp of the voice data;
specifically, when the system state is in the startup state, which indicates that the user is already in an abnormal state, the voice data is directly stored in the memory, and when the emotional state of the user is recognized as negative emotion according to the voice data, the timestamp of the voice data is recorded, for example, the corresponding time when the voice data is collected is 14:00, and the timestamp corresponding to the voice data is 14: 00. That is, after the time stamp of the voice data collected this time is recorded, the system automatically collects the next voice data, and as long as the system is in a starting state and it is determined that the user is currently in a negative emotion according to the currently collected voice data, the time stamp corresponding to the current voice data is recorded, and the time stamps corresponding to the voice data collected at different times are different. For example, the collection interval is 1min, after the next voice data is collected, the system is still in the starting state, and it is recognized that the user is still in the negative emotion state according to the next voice data, and the recorded timestamp corresponding to the next voice data is 14: 01.
Then, in the above embodiment, in S140, when the emotional state of the user is a non-negative emotion and the non-negative emotion continues for a preset time, the process of changing the system state of the device to the off state may specifically be:
s250: when the emotion state of the user is non-negative emotion, comparing the current time with the latest recorded timestamp, and when the corresponding time difference is greater than a preset value, determining that the non-negative emotion lasts for a preset time length, and changing the system state of the equipment to a closed state.
It should be noted that, when the system is in the startup state and the user is currently in the non-negative emotion state according to the voice data, but it cannot be completely described that the user has been disengaged from the dangerous situation at this time, the current time corresponding to the voice data may be compared with the latest recorded timestamp in the voice data stored in the memory, and if the time difference between the current time and the latest timestamp is greater than the preset value (for example, 30min), it is described that the child has not appeared negative emotion for a long period of time, that is, the non-negative emotion has lasted for the preset time, it may be considered that the child has been disengaged from the dangerous situation, and the voice data at this time has no relation with the negative emotion appeared last time, so the system state may be changed from the startup state to the shutdown state, and the next collected voice data will not be directly stored, but performs an identification method in a closed state provided in a subsequent process to further determine whether to store it; if the time difference between the current time and the latest recorded timestamp is less than or equal to a predetermined value (e.g., 30min), the voices around the child may be associated with the last negative emotion, so that the system status is not changed and the next voice data is still directly stored in the memory after being collected. The preset value in this embodiment may also be 45min or 25min, and the specific value may be set according to an actual situation, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
For example, the time stamps corresponding to the voice data stored in the memory are 14:00, 14:01, 14:02, 14:03 and 14:04, if the currently collected voice data identifies that the user is in a non-negative emotion and the current time corresponding to the currently collected voice data is 14:05, the current time 14:05 is compared with the latest recorded time stamp 14:04, if the preset value is 10min, it indicates that the time difference between the current time and the latest recorded time stamp is smaller than the preset value, it indicates that the voice data is still the voice related to the negative emotion appearing at this time, and the voice data still needs to be stored, and the user does not get away from a dangerous situation and does not need to change the system state, the voice data collected next time is still directly stored in the memory, and if the emotion state identified by the voice data collected next time is still in a non-negative emotion, since the current time corresponding to the next collected voice data is 14:06 and the time difference from the latest recorded timestamp 14:04 is still less than the preset value, no change is made to the system status, and if the users identified by the voice data collected at the later times of 14:07, 14:08, 14:09, 14:10, 14:11, 14:12, 14:13, 14:14 and 14:15 are all in non-negative emotion, if the voice data acquired at 14:15 is the voice data acquired at the current moment, comparing the current time 14:15 corresponding to the voice data with the latest recorded timestamp 14:04, wherein the time difference between the two is greater than the preset value of 10min, at this time, it indicates that the user is in non-negative emotion within a preset time, the emotion is relatively stable, it indicates that the user is out of danger, and the system state can be changed from the starting state to the closing state.
Further, the method may further include:
s260: when the system state is a closed state, recognizing the emotional state of the user according to the voice data;
s270: and when the emotional state of the user is negative emotion, changing the system state of the equipment into a starting state, and storing the voice data into a memory.
Specifically, when the system state is the closed state and the emotion state of the user is determined to be in the negative emotion according to the voice data, the system state can be changed from the closed state to the activated state, that is, the user has negative emotion at this time, and the current situation is the situation concerned by guardians such as parents, so that the system state is activated at this time, and the voice data is stored in the memory.
Further, after recognizing the emotional state of the user according to the voice data when the system state is the off state at S260, the method may further include:
s280: and if the emotional state of the user is non-negative emotion, caching the voice data into a buffer.
It should be noted that, when the system is in the closed state and when it is determined that the user is in the non-negative emotion according to the voice data, the system state does not need to be changed, and the system state is kept in the closed state, at this time, the voice data may be cached in the buffer, so that when the subsequent system is in the closed state and it is determined that the user is in the negative emotion according to the voice data, the situation where the user is located may be comprehensively analyzed according to the data cached in the buffer. The buffer may be specifically an annular buffer, and the size of the buffer may be, for example, voice data with a duration of 10min, and the specific size of the buffer may be set according to actual needs, which is not particularly limited in this embodiment.
Further, after storing the voice data in the memory when the system state is the off state and the emotion state of the user is a negative emotion, the method may further include:
s290: and storing each voice data buffered in the buffer into a memory.
That is, when the system is in a closed state and it is determined that the user is in a negative emotion according to the voice data, the voice data is stored in the memory, and meanwhile, the voice data cached in the cache can be written into the memory, which is more beneficial for a subsequent parent and other guardians to check the voice data, so that the conditions occurring in a period of time before the negative emotion occurs to the child can be comprehensively known, and the analysis of the whole event is facilitated.
That is, in the application, the voice data in the environment within a period of time before the negative emotion occurs to the user and the voice data in the environment within a period of time after the negative emotion occurs can be stored, so that the related data are more comprehensive and complete, and it is convenient for subsequent parents or related personnel to know and investigate the situation encountered by the user at that time, and further analyze the cause and consequence of the event.
In addition, in practical application, associated data related to negative emotions can be stored in one folder, the folder can be closed after the state of the system is changed from the starting state to the closing state, and when another negative emotion occurs, a new folder corresponding to the negative emotion is created to store the corresponding associated data, so that convenience is brought to subsequent viewing and retrieval.
Further, the method may further include:
and when the system state is the starting state, sending alarm information to the remote terminal equipment.
It should be noted that, when the system state is the startup state, it is indicated that the user has negative emotion within a certain period of time, and in order to notify the relevant person in time when the user has negative emotion, in this embodiment, when the system state is recognized as the startup state, an alarm message may be sent to the remote terminal device (for example, a guardian mobile phone, etc.) so as to notify the guardian in time.
In addition, when the system state is the starting state, the voice data can be sent to the remote terminal equipment. That is, a data link for transmitting data can be established while sending the alarm information, so that the voice data can be sent to the remote terminal device in real time, and therefore guardians such as parents can timely acquire the voice data in the current environment where the user is located and timely know the occurrence of an event, so that corresponding protective measures can be quickly taken, and personal safety of the user is further guaranteed.
