In the embodiment of the invention, the mobile terminal can be an intelligent mobile device such as a smart phone and a tablet computer, and can be compatible with mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS.
Specifically, when it is detected that a screen capture operation is performed in a process that an enterprise browser of a mobile terminal of the user based on the iOS operating system accesses data of the internal service system, the identity information of the user and current access content information corresponding to the screen capture operation can be acquired. The identity information may refer to account name information and corresponding login password information of the user logging in the enterprise browser; the current access content information includes current access service system information, current access page information, and the like, which is not limited herein. In the embodiment of the present invention, the enterprise browser system may generally include an enterprise browser, a backend server, an internal business system, a default gateway, and the like. The enterprise browser is used as an operation management service platform for accessing the business system data in the enterprise, can be compatible with a Chrome kernel, an IE kernel and the like, and can realize deep customization and integrated management of the business system data for the enterprise.
The obtaining of the current access content information corresponding to the screen capture operation may include: and when the condition that the user triggers the screen capture operation function of the mobile terminal is detected, acquiring Uniform Resource Locator (URL) address information corresponding to the business data content opened by the enterprise browser. And acquiring the current access content information corresponding to the screen capturing operation based on the uniform resource locator address information. The current access content information comprises current access service system information, current access page information and the like.
In addition, when it is detected that an enterprise browser installed in a mobile terminal of an Android operating system of a user accesses internal service system data to perform screen capturing operation, a screen capturing prohibition control mechanism of a preset code level can be triggered, and a screen capturing interface is forbidden to be called to an API level of the mobile terminal based on the screen capturing prohibition control mechanism, so that a screen capturing action is prohibited to trigger a screen capturing key combination, and the accessed service system data is protected from being captured by the mobile terminal. Specifically, business system data sent by a mobile terminal is received, permission setting carrying screen capture prohibition is configured in advance for the business system data, and when screen capture operation of a display interface of the business system data is monitored, a screen capture prohibition control mechanism of a preset code layer is triggered to disable a screen capture calling interface of an API layer of the mobile terminal.
It should be noted that the internal business system may include various business systems such as an ERP (enterprise resource planning management) business system, a CRM (customer relationship management) business system, and an OA business system (office automation process management), and the access user generally corresponds to different access rights for different business systems.
Step S102: and constructing a background management list according to the identity identification information and the current access content information.
After the identification information of the user and the currently accessed content information are accessed in step S101, a background management list may be constructed in this step based on the identification information and the currently accessed content information.
In a specific implementation process, the device IP address of the mobile terminal may also be acquired, and a background management list is constructed according to the identity information, the current access content information, and the device IP address. In addition, the geographical position information of the current mobile terminal corresponding to the screen capturing operation can be acquired, and a background management list is further constructed according to the identity information, the current access content information, the equipment IP address and the geographical position information.
After the background management list is constructed, the background management list can be uploaded to a background relation server, so that the maintenance management is facilitated to perform later-stage tracking and early warning.
Step S103: and judging whether the screen capturing operation is abnormal or not, and if so, generating corresponding early warning indication information.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the determining whether the screen capturing operation is abnormal or not, and if so, generating corresponding early warning indication information, where the specific implementation process may include: predetermining target content information for prohibiting screen capture; when the screen capturing operation is triggered, judging whether the current access content information corresponding to the screen capturing operation belongs to the target content information, if so, judging that the screen capturing operation is abnormal, generating corresponding early warning indication information, generating a corresponding screen capturing log in a background management server, and displaying the screen capturing log in a list form.
Furthermore, the security when the mobile terminal enterprise browser accesses the internal enterprise system data is further improved. In a specific implementation process, the watermark identification information configured in advance for the enterprise browser can be added to the current access page information when it is detected that the user accesses the internal service system data based on the enterprise browser of the mobile terminal.
