Background
Generally, a cradle for a portable terminal is used to support a portable terminal such as a smart phone or a tablet computer, thereby helping a user to use the portable terminal more conveniently.
Such a cradle for a portable terminal may be classified into: a fixed body support type stand which is placed on a fixed body such as a table and supports a portable terminal; a hand support type holder inserted into a hand such as a finger to support the portable terminal; a telescopic connection type cradle of a portable terminal is supported by a long bending moment allowing member (also called a "telescopic member").
Specifically, the fixed body support type cradle includes a support surface integrally formed and on which the portable terminal is placed; supporting a rear surface of the portable terminal and providing an inclination angle to an inclined surface of the portable terminal placed on the supporting surface; and a bottom surface in surface contact with the fixed body. The hand-held type cradle includes a case holding the portable terminal; a fixing plate connected to the back of the case by an adhesive tape or the like; a finger ring (finger ring) made of metal and disposed on the fixing plate and capable of being inserted into the finger of the user. The telescopic connection type bracket comprises a fixing part fixed on the fixing body; a holding section for holding the portable terminal; and a bending moment permitting member which connects the fixing part and the holding part, is formed into a long structure capable of bending moment, is long and is arranged in the long structure, and the outer part of the bending moment permitting member is wrapped by an outer skin such as rubber.
However, in the case of the conventional holder support type holder, in order to adjust the height of the portable terminal to the height of the eyes, thick books need to be stacked thereunder, so that the conventional holder for the portable terminal has a problem of inconvenience in use; in the case of the conventional hand-supporting type cradle, it is easy to adjust the height to a level suitable for the eyes, but the strength of the hand or arm that the user can support is limited, so that the conventional cradle for a portable terminal has a problem that it cannot be used for a long time; the conventional telescopic connection type cradle has a problem in that it is difficult to adjust the position of the cradle in consideration of the fact that the cradle has a cantilever structure, which is rotated about a fixed end during the period of being suspended, and thus the cradle is required to be positioned higher than a desired position in order to adjust the eye height to a correct height, and the cradle is required to be further rotated in a direction opposite to the rotation direction.

Effects of the invention
As described above, the cradle for a portable terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention may have the following effects.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a technical configuration including a fixed part, a stretchable part, a rotating part, and a terminal support part, so that a position of a portable terminal can be easily adjusted to a position desired by a user in such a manner that a length of the stretchable part is stretched or contracted in a length direction of the stretchable part, and the portable terminal can be maintained at its aligned position for a long time by support of the stretchable part and the terminal support part, and the terminal support part is rotated and covered after minimizing the length of the stretchable part, and thus can be easily carried together with the portable terminal when being carried around.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the stretchable parts each have a plate shape and have a slidable structure (slidable structure) in which a plurality of sliding members having different widths are drawn out from each other, so that not only can the thickness of the cradle for a portable terminal of the present invention be reduced by the plate shape, but also the cradle for a portable terminal can be stretched when pulled in the longitudinal direction thereof; when pressed in the opposite direction, the sheet shrinks, and thus the length of the sheet is easily adjusted.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic part provides a technical configuration including the 1 st sliding member, the 2 nd sliding member, and the movement guide part, so that the 1 st and the 2 nd sliding members can be smoothly introduced in and out in the longitudinal direction thereof without shaking left and right by the movement guide part.
Further, according to the embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a technical configuration in which the 1 st slide member is drawn out when being accommodated in the drawing-in accommodation portion disposed in the 2 nd slide member, so that even if the 1 st and 2 nd slide members are drawn into each other and then overlapped with each other, the thickness of the expansion and contraction portion can be minimized, and finally, the thickness of the cradle for a portable terminal of the present invention can be made thinner.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a technical configuration further including a drop-off prevention portion, so that even if the 1 st slide member is drawn out to the maximum from the 2 nd slide member by a user's pulling, the 1 st slide member can be prevented from dropping off from the 2 nd slide member.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic part provides a technical constitution further including a movement stopping part, so that in a case where the 1 st slide member is drawn out by the 2 nd slide member, the movement of the 1 st slide member can be stopped, whereby the 1 st slide member can be prevented from sliding (slipping) down with the 2 nd slide member by a load. In particular, when a plurality of stopping grooves are disposed in the longitudinal direction of the 1 st sliding member, the stopping protrusion can be selectively inserted into any one of the plurality of stopping grooves, and the movement can be stopped at a position desired by the user.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic part provides a technical configuration further including the 3 rd sliding member, so that a sufficient length is drawn out through the 3 rd sliding member.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rotation part provides a technical configuration including a scroll rotation part so that the fixed part can be rotated in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction when a display of the portable terminal is viewed from the front, whereby a scroll motion (scroll motion) can be implemented to the portable terminal.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the rotation portion provides a technical configuration further including a pitch rotation portion, so that the roll rotation portion can be tilted in an up-down direction when a display of the portable terminal is viewed from a side, whereby a pitch motion (pitch motion) can be implemented to the portable terminal.
In addition, according to the embodiment of the present invention, as an example, the holder for a portable terminal of the present invention can be firmly fixed to a mounted portion such as a portable terminal or a case of the portable terminal by adhesion by providing a double-sided tape to the fixed portion. As another example, a magnet or the like is provided to the fixing portion so as to be not only firmly fixed by a magnetic force but also removed by applying an external force greater than the magnetic force. Therefore, the cradle for a mobile terminal of the present invention can be attached to the attached portion only when necessary and used. As another example, when the fixing portions are provided with the 1 st and 2 nd fixing members, etc., which are detached from each other, so that the fixing portions can be detached from each other, and the material of the 1 st fixing member left in the attached portion at the time of detachment is selected to be plastic that does not interfere with wireless charging, smooth wireless charging can be performed by the wireless charger.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the tip supporting part provides a technical structure configured to be rotatable in a direction normal to and reverse to a tip of the expanding and contracting part, so that the expanding and contracting part can be rotated in a direction normal to the tip of the expanding and contracting part to cover the expanding and contracting part when the expanding and contracting part is introduced; when the telescopic part is drawn out, the telescopic part is supported by rotating in the direction opposite to the tail end of the telescopic part.
In addition, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a technical constitution including a tip supporting member and a supporting region expanding member rotatably disposed to the tip supporting member, so that the supporting region expanding member is rotated in a direction of expanding in one side of the tip supporting member, thereby expanding the supporting region and supporting the portable terminal more stably.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a technical configuration in which the receiving groove for the expansion part is formed in the tip supporting member, so that when the tip supporting member covers the expansion part after the expansion part is completely drawn in, the expandable part is received in the receiving groove for the expansion part, whereby the thickness of the cradle for a portable terminal of the present invention can be minimized when carrying.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, a portable terminal 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is a cradle (hereinafter, the same reference numeral as that of a mounted portion is given) 1 for a portable terminal, which is disposed on the mounted portion 1 such as a portable terminal or a case of the portable terminal, and supports the portable terminal, and includes a fixed portion 110, a telescopic portion 120, a rotating portion 130, and a tip supporting portion 140. Hereinafter, each component will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
The fixing portion 110 is a component for fixing the cradle 100 for a mobile terminal of the present invention to the mounted portion 1 such as a mobile terminal or a case of a mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 1, such a fixing portion 110 may be disposed between the mounted portion 1 and the rotating portion 130.
As an example, as shown in fig. 1, the fixing portion 110 may include a fixing member 111 and a double-sided tape (not shown). The rotating portion 130 may be fixed to one surface of the fixing member 111, and a double-sided tape (not shown) may adhere the other surface of the fixing member 111 to the mounted portion 1. Accordingly, the rotating portion 130 of the stand 100 for a mobile terminal according to the present invention can be firmly fixed to the mounted portion 1 by the fixing member 111 and the double-sided tape (not shown).
As another example, although not shown, the fixing portion may include a fixing member, a magnet, and a magnet reaction member. The rotating part may be fixed to one surface of the fixed member, and the magnet may be disposed on either the other surface of the fixed member or the mounted part; the magnet reaction member may be disposed on the other surface of the fixing member or the remaining one of the mounted portions, and may be formed of a material that reacts to the magnet. Here, the material that reacts with the magnet may be a magnet having a polarity opposite to that of the above magnet, or may be a ferromagnetic material such as iron, nickel, or cobalt. Accordingly, the rotating portion 130 of the stand 100 for a portable terminal of the present invention can be firmly fixed to the mounting portion 1 by a magnet or the like, and can be removed by applying an external force greater than a magnetic force, so that the stand 100 for a portable terminal of the present invention can be mounted to the mounted portion and used only when necessary.
As another example, although not shown, the fixing portion may include a 1 st fixing member and a 2 nd fixing member. The 1 st fixing member may be bonded to the mounted portion by a double-sided adhesive tape, and one surface of the 2 nd fixing member may be detachably disposed on the 1 st fixing member and the rotating portion may be fixed to the other surface of the 2 nd fixing member. For reference, although not shown, a rail (rail) may be disposed at one side of the 2 nd fixing member in order to implement a detachable structure, and a rail guide (rail guide) may be disposed at the 1 st fixing member in order to correspond to the rail. Accordingly, the 1 st and 2 nd fixing members can be detached from each other, and smooth wireless charging can be performed by the wireless charger when the material of the 1 st fixing member left in the attached portion at the time of detachment is selected to be plastic that does not interfere with wireless charging.
The expansion part 120 is a component for substantially adjusting the height of the mobile terminal 1. As shown in fig. 1, the telescopic part 120 is attached to the rotating part 130, and is capable of being extended and contracted in length while being drawn in and out in a longitudinal direction thereof. As another example, although not shown, in the case of a type without the rotating portion (130), the telescopic portion 120 may be disposed on the fixed portion 110.
Accordingly, the position of the portable terminal 1 can be easily adjusted to a position desired by a user in such a manner that the length of the extensible part 120 is extended or contracted in the longitudinal direction of the extensible part 120, and the portable terminal 1 can be maintained at an aligned position for a long time by the support of the extensible part 120 and the end support part 140, and the length of the extensible part 120 is minimized, so that the portable terminal can be easily carried together with the portable terminal 1 when being carried around.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the extendable portion 120 may have a plate shape and may have a slidable structure (slidable structure) in which a plurality of sliding members S10 having different widths are drawn out from each other. Accordingly, not only the thickness reduction (see fig. 5) of the portable terminal 100 of the present invention can be achieved by the plate shape, but also it is stretched if pulled in its longitudinal direction; when pressed in the opposite direction, the sheet shrinks, and thus the length of the sheet can be easily adjusted.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the telescopic part 120 may include a 1 st slide member S11, a 2 nd slide member S12, and a movement guide M10. The 1 st slide member S11 has a plate shape and one end thereof may be disposed at the rotation unit 130, the 2 nd slide member S12 has a plate shape but a larger width than the 1 st slide member S11, and the movement guide M10 may guide the 1 st slide member S11 to slide to the 2 nd slide member S12 in a length direction of the 2 nd slide member S12. Accordingly, the first and second sliding members S11 and S12 can be smoothly drawn in and out in the longitudinal direction without lateral play by the movement guide.
Further, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the movement guide M10 may include a guide entry and exit receiving portion M11, a guide groove M12, and a guide projection M13. The receiving portion M11 may be disposed on the 2 nd slide member S12 so that the 1 st slide member S11 is drawn in and received. The guide groove M12 may be disposed long in the drawing direction on the inner side surface of the drawing-in and drawing-out housing portion M11, and may be disposed long on the outer side surface of the 1 st slide member S11 so as to guide the protrusion M13 in correspondence with the guide groove M12. Of course, although not shown, as another example, the guide groove may be formed on the outer side surface of the 1 st slide member, and the guide projection may be formed on the inner side surface of the housing portion for drawing in.
Accordingly, in a state where the 1 st slide member S11 is accommodated in the receiving container M11 disposed at the 2 nd slide member S12, it can be drawn in and out, so that even if the 1 st and 2 nd slide members S11, S12 are overlapped with each other after being drawn in, the thickness of the expansion part 120 can be minimized, and finally, the thickness of the cradle 100 for a portable terminal of the present invention (see fig. 5) can be made thinner.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the expansion/contraction unit 120 may further include a drop-off prevention unit L10. The drop-off prevention portion L10 may function to prevent the 1 st slide member S11 from dropping off from the 2 nd slide member S12 in a state where the 1 st slide member S11 is drawn out from the 2 nd slide member S12 to the maximum extent.
For example, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the falling off prevention portion L10 may include an engaging member L11 and a catch L12. The engaging member L11 may have a pin shape and may be detachably disposed on the outer side surface of the 1 st slide member S11, and the catch L12 may be disposed on the inner side surface of the 2 nd slide member S12 in a stepped shape in order that the engaging member L11 is caught. Of course, although not shown, as another example, the engaging member may be disposed on the inner side surface of the 2 nd slide member, and the card holder may be disposed on the outer side surface of the 1 st slide member.
Accordingly, even if the user draws the 1 st slide member S11 out of the 2 nd slide member S12 to the maximum by pulling, the engaging member L11 is caught in the catch (L12, so that the 1 st slide member S11 can be prevented from falling off from the 2 nd slide member S12.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the expansion and contraction part 120 may further include a movement stop part H10. The movement stopper H10 may function to prevent the 1 st slide member S11 from moving in a state where the 1 st slide member S11 is drawn out from the 2 nd slide member S12.
For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the movement prevention part L10 may include a stop protrusion L11 (see H11 of fig. 3) and a stop groove L12. A stopping protrusion (see H11 of fig. 3) may be elastically supported at the 1 st slide member S11, and a stopping groove H12 may be formed for insertion of a stopping groove H12 (see H11 of fig. 3) at the 2 nd slide member. Of course, although not shown, as another example, the stopping projection may be disposed on the inner side surface of the 2 nd slide member, and the stopping groove may be formed in the 1 st slide member.
Accordingly, in a state where the 1 st slide member S11 is drawn out from the 2 nd slide member S12, the movement of the 1 st slide member S11 may be stopped, so that the 1 st slide member S11 may be prevented from sliding (slipping) downward with the 2 nd slide member (S12) due to a load. In particular, although not shown, when a plurality of the 1 st sliding members are arranged in the longitudinal direction, the stop protrusion can be selectively inserted into any one of the plurality of the stop grooves, and the movement can be stopped at a position desired by the user.
In addition, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the telescopic part 120 may further include a 3 rd slide member S13 having a width greater than that of the 2 nd slide member S12 and guiding the 2 nd slide member S12 to move in a length direction thereof. Accordingly, the telescopic part 120 can be drawn out to a sufficient length by the 3 rd slide member S13. Of course, although not shown, the expansion and contraction part may include 4 or more sliding members in order to further stretch the length.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 6, the telescopic part 130 may include a rolling rotation part R10. The scroll rotation unit R10 may be disposed on the fixed unit 110, and functions to realize a scroll movement (roll motion) of the mobile terminal 1 by rotating the fixed unit 110 clockwise or counterclockwise with reference to a front view of the display of the mobile terminal 1. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the rolling rotation part R10 may include a rolling hinge shaft R11 disposed at the fixing part 110 and a rolling rotation member R12 rotatably disposed at the rolling hinge shaft R11.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 2, the rotating portion 130 may further include a pitch rotating portion P10. The tilting rotation portion P10 may be disposed on the rolling rotation portion R10, and the rotation portion R10 is tilted (tilting) in the up-down direction with reference to the side view of the portable terminal 1, thereby realizing the tilting motion of the portable terminal 1. For example, as shown in fig. 6, the pitch rotation part P10 may include a pitch hinge shaft P11 disposed at the front end of the telescopic part 120 and a roll rotation member R12 disposed therein, and may include a rotation guide hole (not shown) into which the pitch hinge shaft P11 is rotatably inserted.
The end support portion 140 is a component that functions to support the mobile terminal cradle 100 of the present invention on a bottom surface or the like. As shown in fig. 1, 5 and 7, the end supporting part 140 may be rotatably disposed in a direction opposite to the end of the extendable part 120.
In particular, when the telescopic part 120 is drawn in, the tip supporting part 140 rotates in a direction just before the tip of the telescopic part 120 to cover the telescopic part 120 (see fig. 5), and when the telescopic part 120 is drawn out, rotates in a direction against the tip of the telescopic part 120 to support the telescopic part 120 (see fig. 1).
Further, as shown in fig. 1 and 7, the tip supporter 140 may include a tip supporting member 141 and a supporting region expanding member 142. The end support member 141 may be rotatably disposed at the end of the expansion part 120; the support region expanding member 142 may be rotatably disposed at the end support member 141, and expands the support region at the expansion of the end support member 141 when supporting the telescopic part 120. Accordingly, the support region expanding member 142 is rotated in a direction to be opened at the end support member 141 side to expand the support region, so that the portable terminal 1 can be supported more stably.
As shown in fig. 7, the end support member 141 may further include a receiving groove 141a for a telescopic part formed recessed in a bottom surface thereof. Accordingly, in the case where the end supporting member 141 rotates in the forward direction to cover the expansion and contraction part 120 after the expansion and contraction part 120 is completely drawn in (see fig. 5), the expansion and contraction part 120 can be accommodated in the expansion and contraction part accommodating groove 141a, and thus the thickness of the cradle 100 for a portable terminal of the present invention can be minimized.
Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cradle 100 for a portable terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention may further include an inclination maintaining protrusion 150 disposed at the expansion part 120. Accordingly, when the tip supporting part 140 is rotated in a direction opposite to the tip of the telescopic part 120, the tip supporting part 140 may be caught to the telescopic part 120 in an inclined shape by the inclined holding protrusion 150.
The embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and various modifications and improvements by those skilled in the art using the basic concept of the present invention defined in the following claims are also within the scope of the present invention.
