Background
The lock ring type quick-opening blind plate is mainly applied to the end part of pressure vessel equipment or a pipeline, realizes the quick opening and closing of a sealed pressure-bearing structure through the design of a quick-opening mechanism, and is widely applied to the industrial fields of petroleum and natural gas, chemical industry, aerospace, electric power energy and the like. Compared with a common bolt flange structure, the quick-opening blind plate can open and close the door cover more quickly, and is suitable for industrial application occasions where the door cover needs to be frequently disassembled and assembled.
The quick-opening blind plate needs to use a sealing ring, and a common rubber ring with a lip-shaped (C-shaped) section requires a small gap for contacting a sealing surface, so that the adjustment space is limited when the door cover bearing quick-opening locking ring is assembled and disassembled, and the locking ring is difficult to assemble and disassemble due to the conditions of rubber extrusion, blockage of a lip-shaped cavity by impurities and the like; although the saddle-shaped section sealing ring has axial floatability to enable the locking ring to be assembled and disassembled easily, the extrusion state of the sealing ring is not favorable for disassembling the locking ring and has potential rubber tearing and sealing failure risks if the extrusion gap of the rubber ring is larger and cannot be effectively controlled.
It can be seen that the existing quick-opening blind plate sealing ring mainly comprises a C-shaped sealing ring, a saddle-shaped sealing ring and the like, the sealing rings are applied to products, the overall use condition is good, but the phenomena of serious local rubber extrusion and tearing can still occur due to the manufacturing process, the use condition and the like of a small amount of products, the service life of the sealing ring is shortened, and meanwhile, the potential sealing failure risk is avoided.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a J-shaped sealing ring, and aims to solve the problems that the existing quick-opening blind plate sealing ring mainly comprises a C-shaped sealing ring, a saddle-shaped sealing ring and the like, the sealing rings are applied to products, the general use condition is good, but the phenomenon that local rubber is seriously extruded and torn still occurs due to manufacturing processes, use conditions and other reasons of a small amount of products, the service life of the sealing ring is shortened, and meanwhile, the potential sealing failure danger is caused, and improvement is needed.

Furthermore, the quadrilateral structure may be a trapezoidal structure, and the short side (non-oblique side) of the trapezoidal structure is attached to the bottom edge of the sealing groove of the flat cover 2, which is beneficial to the installation of the J-shaped sealing ring.
As shown in fig. 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the sealing portion 12 includes a horizontal surface and a non-horizontal surface;
the horizontal plane is connected with the sealing side of the outward warped foot 13;
the non-horizontal surface is a side surface of the mounting portion 11.
In the embodiment of the invention, the sealing structure on the flat cover 2 also comprises a horizontal plane and a non-horizontal plane corresponding to the J-shaped sealing ring; in the embodiment of the present invention, the non-horizontal plane is preferably an inclined plane disposed obliquely to the horizontal plane rather than a vertical plane; preferably, the non-horizontal plane here may be a sloping side of the trapezoidal mounting portion 11, viewed in cross-section. Of course, this is merely one specific form of the seal portion 12 and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

In the embodiment of the present invention, the spring frame 14 may increase the structural strength of the J-shaped sealing ring, preferably, the spring frame 14 may be made of a metal material, and the spring frame 14 is located in an inner region of the junction between the horizontal surface of the sealing portion 12 and the outer side of the outward tilted leg 13 in the above embodiment, and since the rubber in the region is easily deformed and extruded, the structural strength of the region may be enhanced by providing the spring frame 14 in the position.
