Abstract

本发明公开了一种垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,包括椭圆形风轮,风轮顶盖,机体支撑管,双层定子发电机,凸形托盘和风轮底盖;轮形转子上设置卡槽与风轮连接体设置的卡条相嵌套装,使得风轮的重量无法施加到轮形转子上,风轮顶盖底部设置斥力动磁环,与凸形托盘上设置的斥力静磁环相斥,使得整个风轮悬浮避免了机械运转时负重的摩擦;半椭圆形叶片,外侧流线面可降低风阻,内侧设置叶片筋板可巩固叶片,使得叶片更有利应对恶劣天气,发电机采用双层定子设计使得发电功率提高,在降低生产成本与运行维护成本,也提高了经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于风力发电机技术领域,具体为一种垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组。
背景技术
现有的垂直轴风力发电机大多数是采用风轮直接带动发电机的方式发电;由于垂直轴风力发电机转子和风轮通过主轴连接在一起,由此垂直轴风力发电机组的转动部分承受的重量很大,因此会经常出现机械摩擦和机械老化等的问题;特别是长期负重状态下的摩擦引起的机械磨损问题比较突出;而且垂直轴风力发电机一般都放置在户外,户外经常会出现恶劣天气,这也会缩短风轮的使用寿命;为了解决这问题,只好维修处理,以上原因是导致垂直轴风力发电机大多是发电功率小的小型电机;因而生产成本与运行维护成本很高,所以很难大规模推广采用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,该垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组通过发电机独特的设计,在轮形转子上设置卡槽与风轮内壁上设置的卡条相嵌套装,运转在同一水平面,使得风轮的重量无法施加到轮形转子上;以及风轮顶盖底部设置斥力动磁环,与凸形托盘上设置的斥力静磁环相斥,使得整个风轮悬浮避免了机械运转时负重的摩擦;凸形托盘的凸起部位是为保护斥力磁环在外力挤压时避免损坏;风轮的叶片是半椭圆形叶片,外侧流线面可降低风阻,内侧设置叶片筋板可巩固叶片,使得叶片更有利应对恶劣天气;发电机采用双层定子设计使得发电功率提高,同时在垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组里可安装多台双层定子发电机,发电功率得到更大的提高;在降低生产成本与运行维护成本,也提高了经济效益。
为了达到上述目的,本发明为一种垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,包括椭圆形风轮,风轮顶盖,机体支撑管,双层定子发电机,凸形托盘和风轮底盖。
所述椭圆形风轮包括风轮连接体,风轮连接体内壁上设置有卡条,风轮连接体外壁上设置有半椭圆形叶片,和半椭圆形叶片与风轮连接体之间设置有叶片筋板,风轮连接体上下两端都设置有螺栓孔;所述椭圆形风轮顶部安装有风轮顶盖。
所述风轮顶盖底部设置有斥力动磁环。
所述机体支撑管上面中部设置有中心支撑管,机体支撑管下面根部设置有底座,底座与机体支撑管连接处设置有底座筋板;所述中心支撑管外壁安装有三台双层定子发电机;所述中心支撑管顶部安装有凸形托盘。
所述双层定子发电机包括发电机连接管,发电机连接管外壁中间处设置有转子轴承,转子轴承外圈设置有轮形转子,轮形转子外圈设置有卡槽,轮形转子里面设置有转子永磁体;转子轴承上面发电机连接管外壁设置有发电机上层定子,发电机上层定子下表面设置有发电机上层定子铜线圈;转子轴承下面发电机连接管外壁设置有发电机下层定子,发电机下层定子上表面设置有发电机下层定子铜线圈;所述卡槽与风轮连接体设置的卡条相嵌套装。
所述凸形托盘有凸起的面上设置有斥力静磁环。
所述风轮底盖是最后安装在风轮连接体底部。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.本发明垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,通过在轮形转子外圈设置的卡槽与椭圆形风轮里的卡条相嵌套装,运转在同一水平面,使得风轮的重量无法施加到轮形转子上,以及风轮顶盖底部设置斥力动磁环,与凸形托盘上设置的斥力静磁环相斥,使得整个风轮悬浮避免了机械运转时负重的摩擦,从而降低了运行维护成本。
2.本发明垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,通过椭圆形风轮的半椭圆形叶片,外侧流线面可降低风阻,内侧设置叶片筋板可巩固叶片,使得叶片更有利应对恶劣天气,以及凸形托盘的凸起部位可以起到保护斥力磁环在外力挤压时避免损坏,从而提高使用寿命。
3本发明垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,通过发电机采用双层定子设计使得发电功率提高,同时在垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组里可安装多台双层定子发电机,发电功率得到更大的提高,从而提高了经济效益。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步说明:
如图1-9所示,本发明为一种垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,包括椭圆形风轮,风轮顶盖2,机体支撑管5,双层定子发电机,凸形托盘8和风轮底盖11。
如图1,图8,图9所示,椭圆形风轮包括风轮连接体1,风轮连接体1内壁上设置有卡条24,风轮连接体1外壁上设置有半椭圆形叶片3,和半椭圆形叶片3与风轮连接体1之间设置有叶片筋板4,风轮连接体1上下两端都设置有螺栓孔15。
如图3所示,风轮顶盖2底部设置有斥力动磁环13;风轮顶盖2安装在风轮连接体1顶部使用螺栓12固定。
如图2所示,机体支撑管5上面中部设置有中心支撑管9,机体支撑管5下面根部设置有底座6,底座6与机体支撑管5连接处设置有底座筋板7。
如图5,图6,图7所示,双层定子发电机包括发电机连接管21,发电机连接管21外壁中间处设置有转子轴承23,转子轴承23外圈设置有轮形转子10,轮形转子10外圈设置有卡槽22,轮形转子10里面设置有转子永磁体20;转子轴承23上面发电机连接管21外壁设置有发电机上层定子16,发电机上层定子16下表面设置有发电机上层定子铜线圈17;转子轴承23下面发电机连接管21外壁设置有发电机下层定子19,发电机下层定子19上表面设置有发电机下层定子铜线圈18。
如图2,图3,图7,图8所示,凸形托盘8有凸起的面上设置有斥力静磁环14;双层定子发电机的发电机连接管21内壁,在中心支撑管9外壁套接固定安装;凸形托盘8在中心支撑管9顶部连接固定安装;
进一步说明,双层定子发电机安装在中心支撑管9外壁,可根据实际需求安装三台或多台双层定子发电机;
进一步说明,双层定子发电机的轮形转子10外圈设置的卡槽22,与椭圆形风轮的风轮连接体1内壁设置的卡条24相嵌套装。
如图4所示,风轮底盖11安装在风轮连接体1底部使用螺栓12固定;
进一步说明,风轮底盖11先于双层定子发电机和凸形托盘8的安装,套进中心支撑管9等到完成最后的安装。

所述椭圆形风轮包括风轮连接体,风轮连接体内壁上设置有卡条,风轮连接体外壁上设置有半椭圆形叶片,和半椭圆形叶片与风轮连接体之间设置有叶片筋板,风轮连接体上下两端都设置有螺栓孔;所述椭圆形风轮顶部安装有风轮顶盖;
所述风轮顶盖底部设置有斥力动磁环;
所述机体支撑管上面中部设置有中心支撑管,机体支撑管下面根部设置有底座,底座与机体支撑管连接处设置有底座筋板;所述中心支撑管外壁安装有三台双层定子发电机;所述中心支撑管顶部安装有凸形托盘;
所述双层定子发电机包括发电机连接管,发电机连接管外壁中间处设置有转子轴承,转子轴承外圈设置有轮形转子,轮形转子外圈设置有卡槽,轮形转子里面设置有转子永磁体;转子轴承上面发电机连接管外壁设置有发电机上层定子,发电机上层定子下表面设置有发电机上层定子铜线圈;转子轴承下面发电机连接管外壁设置有发电机下层定子,发电机下层定子上表面设置有发电机下层定子铜线圈;所述卡槽与风轮连接体设置的卡条相嵌套装;
所述凸形托盘有凸起的面上设置有斥力静磁环;
所述风轮底盖是最后安装在风轮连接体底部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,其特征在于:风轮连接体内壁上设置有卡条,风轮连接体外壁上设置有半椭圆形叶片,和半椭圆形叶片与风轮连接体之间设置有叶片筋板,风轮连接体上下两端都设置有螺栓孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,其特征在于:中心支撑管顶部安装有凸形托盘。
4.根据权利要求1所述的垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,其特征在于:双层定子发电机包括发电机连接管,发电机连接管外壁中间处设置有转子轴承,转子轴承外圈设置有轮形转子,轮形转子外圈设置有卡槽,轮形转子里面设置有转子永磁体;转子轴承上面发电机连接管外壁设置有发电机上层定子,发电机上层定子下表面设置有发电机上层定子铜线圈;转子轴承下面发电机连接管外壁设置有发电机下层定子,发电机下层定子上表面设置有发电机下层定子铜线圈。
5.根据权利要求1所述的垂直式磁悬浮风力发电机组,其特征在于:中心支撑管外壁安装有三台双层定子发电机。
