Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of wastewater treatment, in particular to a centrifugal mother liquor water recycling system.
Background
At present, the production method of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in China mainly comprises an ethylene oxychlorination method and a calcium carbide acetylene method. Because China has unique resources of coal and limestone, the supply of calcium carbide raw materials is guaranteed; in addition, after the development and improvement of calcium carbide acetylene method PVC in recent years, the process technology is mature, and the technical support is provided for the development of calcium carbide acetylene method PVC resin. However, for a long time, a large amount of carbide slag and waste water generated by PVC (polyvinyl chloride) by a carbide acetylene method are already used for producing cement, and most of the waste water is not utilized. With the continuous improvement of the suspension method for producing PVC resin, the addition amount of vinyl chloride monomer is gradually increased, the water consumption is gradually increased, but 60-70% of water still does not participate in the reaction, and the water is only used for removing heat released in the reaction process and carrying a dispersing agent so as to be convenient for conveying and stirring. After the PVC polymerization reaction, 70% of water in the slurry is separated out, and the slurry is called centrifugal mother liquor.
The PVC centrifugal mother liquor has the following 5 characteristics
(1) The water quantity is large; (2) the water temperature is higher, generally 40-70 ℃; (3) the turbidity is high, the concentration of suspended matters contained in the centrifugal mother liquor is generally 20-30 mg/L; (4) the organic matter concentration is low, but is difficult to degrade, and has certain toxicity, and COD is 200-500 mg/L, and belongs to chemical wastewater with medium and low concentration; (5) the ion content is low.
The centrifugal mother liquor has high content of Suspended Substances (SS) and VCM, and if the centrifugal mother liquor is directly discharged, water resources are wasted, and the environment is seriously polluted; and the overflow of a large amount of VCM forms potential safety hazard in the discharged water, thereby bringing serious threat to a wastewater treatment system. Therefore, the practical situation of the production is combined, the centrifugal mother liquor is reasonably utilized, the problem of water resource shortage of enterprises can be solved, heat energy can be recovered, pollution is eliminated, and economic benefit can be increased.

Further, the mother liquor recovery tank is connected with a PVC polymerization kettle through a slurry centrifugal system; the slurry centrifugal system comprises a slurry delivery pump, a centrifugal machine and a mother liquor delivery pump, wherein one end of the slurry delivery pump is connected with the PVC polymeric kettle, the other end of the slurry delivery pump is connected with the centrifugal machine, and a mother liquor outlet of the centrifugal machine is connected with a mother liquor recovery tank through the mother liquor delivery pump.
Further, the mother liquor recovery tank is connected with a reverse cleaning system, the reverse cleaning system comprises a cleaning tank, a cleaning pipeline and a spray head, the spray head is connected with the cleaning tank through the cleaning pipeline, and the spray head is located in the mother liquor recovery tank. 4. thirdly, the cooled filtrate enters an organic photocatalytic oxidation tank for catalytic oxidation treatment to treat organic matters; the catalyzed filtrate enters a secondary sedimentation tank;
5. after the secondary sedimentation treatment, the supernatant in the secondary sedimentation tank returns to the recycling tank; and (4) recycling.
