Background
Hydrogen peroxide is one of the main basic chemical products in the world, and the production process of hydrogen peroxide by an anthraquinone method is the main production method of the hydrogen peroxide. In the production process, the working solution is hydrogenated and oxidized to form an oxidizing solution, the oxidizing solution enters an oxidizing solution receiving tank, the oxidizing solution contains hydrogen peroxide and can be decomposed to generate oxygen to form an oxygen-enriched environment, and the actual test data of a factory shows that the concentration of the oxygen in the oxidizing solution receiving tank is about 25 percent, light components in the working solution can be volatilized into a gas phase space to form a gas composition entering an explosion interval, so that the danger is extremely high.
The oxidation liquid is extracted to obtain hydrogen peroxide, and the extracted working liquid is treated and returned to the hydrogenation unit for continuous recycling. The working solution of the hydrogenation unit is hydrogenated to form hydrogenation solution, the hydrogenation solution enters a hydrogenation solution receiving tank, and then the hydrogenation solution is pumped into the oxidation unit by a pump. The hydrogenation liquid receiving groove is a normal pressure container, the pressure of the hydrogenation liquid is 0.3 to 0.5MPa before the hydrogenation liquid enters the hydrogenation liquid receiving groove, the hydrogenation liquid enters the normal pressure state from the pressure state, part of dissolved hydrogen is desorbed, and the hydrogen is discharged through a vent hole in the upper part of the hydrogenation liquid receiving groove. When the liquid level of the hydrogenation liquid receiving tank drops rapidly, air can be sucked back into the hydrogenation liquid receiving tank to form explosive mixed gas with desorbed hydrogen, and due to the extremely low ignition energy of the hydrogen, gas phase explosion accidents can easily occur, and due to the inflammability of the hydrogenation liquid, explosion accidents of the hydrogenation liquid receiving tank can possibly occur.
Therefore, the oxidation liquid and the hydrogenation liquid receiving tank need to take safety measures to eliminate the potential safety hazard. The current treatment method is to arrange a nitrogen line at the top of the tank, continuously blow nitrogen gas and dilute the gas space, but the gas phase composition cannot be reduced below the lower explosion limit because the nitrogen amount is too small.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a device and a method for preventing oxygen/hydrogenated liquid of a hydrogen peroxide device from being subjected to gas-phase combustion and explosion of a tank, which effectively prevent the gas-phase combustion and explosion and improve the safety level of the device.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a device for preventing oxygen/hydrogenated liquid of a hydrogen peroxide device from being burnt and exploded by a tank gas phase comprises corrugated structured packing, an emergency nitrogen line and an online monitor; the corrugated structured packing is arranged at the 80-100% liquid level of the top of the receiving groove; the emergency nitrogen line is arranged at the top of the receiving groove and is provided with an automatic control valve; the on-line monitor is arranged on an outlet pipeline of the receiving tank and is interlocked with an automatic control valve of the emergency nitrogen line.
The receiving groove is provided with an alarm device, and 70-75% of liquid level is set as a liquid level alarm point.
The second technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is as follows: a method for preventing oxygen/hydrogenated liquid of a hydrogen peroxide device from being subjected to gas phase combustion explosion of a tank comprises the following steps: 1. adsorbing organic liquid drops and gas-phase organic matters carried in the ascending gas phase by utilizing the corrugated regular seasoning, and dropping the organic liquid drops and the gas-phase organic matters into a receiving groove again under the action of gravity after accumulating into large liquid drops; 2. when the liquid level of the receiving tank reaches an alarm point, the liquid level is adjusted to be reduced, and the filler is prevented from being immersed into the liquid; 3. and (3) monitoring the oxygen or hydrogen content in the gas phase in real time by using an online monitor, and starting an emergency nitrogen line in an interlocking manner to flush a large amount of nitrogen into the receiving tank when the measured gas content reaches an early warning value.
The receiving groove is provided with an alarm device, and 70-75% of liquid level is set as a liquid level alarm point.
The early warning value of the gas content is as follows: the oxygen content of the oxidizing liquid receiving tank is 10 percent; the hydrogen content of the hydrogenation solution in the hydrogenation tank is 2%.
The device and the method for preventing the oxygen/hydrogenated liquid of the hydrogen peroxide device from being subjected to gas phase blasting by the tank have the advantages of ingenious structural design, effective prevention of gas phase blasting, reduction of VOCs (volatile organic compounds) emission, nitrogen saving and improvement of the safety, environmental protection level and the economical efficiency of the device.

Detailed Description
The following describes in detail the apparatus and method for preventing oxygen/hydrogen peroxide solution in hydrogen peroxide apparatus from gas phase explosion by tank in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and examples.
As shown in fig. 1, the device for preventing the hydrogen peroxide device from gas-phase combustion explosion of the oxygen receiving tank comprises a corrugated structured packing 2 arranged at the top of an oxidation liquid receiving tank 1 and an emergency nitrogen line 6, wherein an oxygen content online monitor 4 is arranged on an outlet pipeline 7 of the oxidation liquid receiving tank; an automatic control valve 5 is arranged on the emergency nitrogen line 6, the automatic control valve is interlocked with the on-line monitor 4, and a liquid level display alarm device 3 is also arranged on the oxidizing liquid receiving tank 1.
The oxidizing liquid receiving groove is provided with a liquid level display alarm device 3, 70% of liquid level is set as a liquid level high alarm point, and 75% of liquid level is set as a liquid level ultrahigh alarm point.
And a layer of corrugated plate type structured packing is arranged at the top of the oxidation liquid receiving tank, and the installation position is 80-100% of the liquid level. After the filler is installed, the gas phase space part in the receiving groove is filled with the filler, if a pipeline catches fire, because the gap of the regular filler is small, the fire can not be propagated to the oxidizing liquid receiving groove through the regular filler, the major accident that the oxidizing liquid is exploded by the groove can not be caused, and the accident consequence can be greatly reduced.
The gas phase in the receiving groove rises, the entrained organic matter liquid drops and the gas phase organic matter are adsorbed on the surface of the corrugated structured packing and are dripped into the receiving groove again under the action of gravity after being accumulated into large liquid drops. On one hand, the content of organic matters at the outlet of the receiving tank is reduced, and the discharge of VOCs is reduced; on the other hand, the organic content in the gas phase is reduced to or below the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid at this temperature, which concentration is below its lower explosive limit, thus eliminating the risk of gas phase explosions.
The on-line oxygen content monitor is arranged on the outlet pipeline of the receiving groove, so that the real-time monitoring of the oxygen content in the gas phase can be realized, and the abnormal rise of the oxygen content in the gas phase is prevented, thereby causing the risk that the gas phase composition enters an explosion interval. Once the oxygen content is higher than 10%, an emergency nitrogen line is started in an interlocking manner, a large amount of nitrogen is flushed into the receiving tank, so that the oxygen content in the gas phase is reduced to be below the limit oxygen content, and the gas phase is prevented from burning and exploding under the abnormal condition.
Another embodiment of the present invention is an apparatus for preventing hydrogen in a hydrogen peroxide device from being exploded by a gas phase in a tank, and the apparatus of the embodiment has substantially the same structure as the apparatus of embodiment 1, and the difference is only that: the on-line hydrogen content monitor is arranged on the outlet pipeline of the receiving groove, when the hydrogen content exceeds 2%, the emergency nitrogen line is started in a linkage manner, a large amount of nitrogen is flushed into the receiving groove, the hydrogen content in the gas phase is reduced to be below the limit oxygen content, and the gas phase explosion under the abnormal condition is prevented.
