The preparation method of the LCD screen frame decorating part is reasonable in manufacture, simple in UV imprinting and transfer printing process, good in environmental protection, high in apparent texture precision, good in texture and high in wear resistance, can be matched with a transparent material to integrally reserve the aperture in the UV transfer printing process, does not need to be punched for secondary processing and forming, avoids the possibility that the frame is too narrow and is broken when punched, can flexibly select the thickness on a film material by comparing with the traditional injection molding and anodic oxidation process, can realize an integral ultrathin structure, can synchronously realize plane or three-dimensional effects such as highlight or wire drawing, holographic lines and anti-dazzling lines of logo in a frame decorating area, is good in durability, and meets the use requirements.

Referring to fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a method for preparing a decorative part of a bezel of an LCD panel, including the following steps:
s1: placing a UV mold on a workbench, and placing raw materials on one side of the UV mold for later use, wherein the raw materials are a base material layer 2, a raw material PC transparent sheet and a UV resin imprinting layer 1, a raw material polyurethane acrylic resin respectively;
s2: placing the base material PC transparent sheet of the base material layer 2 and the UV resin imprinting layer 1 made of the polyurethane acrylic resin in the UV mould from top to bottom in sequence in S1, wherein the thickness of the base material layer 2 is 0.2 mm;
s3: the UV resin imprinting layer 1 and the substrate layer 2 in the S2 are imprinted for 1min by adopting a UV imprinting process to obtain a decorative strip 5 with the imprinting thickness of 0.01mm, and high-precision textures or concave-convex effects can be manufactured on the substrate layer 2 through the design of UV mold textures;
s4: in the process of UV imprinting, reserving holes or carving logo marks on the decorative strip 5 in the S3 through the corresponding parts of a UV mold;
s5: carrying out UV light energy transfer printing process treatment on the decorative strip 5 in the S4, and respectively transferring a logo shape 4 and a functional window 6 at the logo carving position and the reserved opening position to obtain an integrally formed decorative strip 5, wherein the UV light energy is 400mj/cm 2;
s6: taking the decorative strip 5 in the S5 out of the UV mold, and carrying out printing baking on one side, away from the UV resin imprinting layer 1, of the base material layer 2 through a printer to obtain a printing layer 3, wherein the printing baking temperature is 85 ℃;
s7: cutting and molding the decorative strip 5 in the S6 to obtain a frame decorative strip with a corresponding shape, wherein the thickness of the frame decorative strip is 0.225mm, and the width of the frame decorative strip can be as narrow as 2 mm;
s8: and adhering double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive or glue to the rear side of the frame decorative strip in the S7 for adhering and fixing with a corresponding display screen.
Example two
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a method for preparing a decorative part of a bezel of an LCD panel, including the following steps:
s1: placing a UV mold on a workbench, and placing raw materials on one side of the UV mold for later use, wherein the raw materials are a base material layer 2, a raw material PC transparent sheet and a UV resin imprinting layer 1, a raw material polyurethane acrylic resin respectively;
s2: placing the base material layer 2 raw material PC transparent sheet and the UV resin imprinting layer 1 raw material polyurethane acrylic resin in the S1 in a UV mould from top to bottom in sequence, wherein the thickness of the base material layer 2 is 0.375 mm;
s3: the UV resin imprinting layer 1 and the substrate layer 2 in the S2 are imprinted for 2min by adopting a UV imprinting process to obtain a decorative strip 5 with the imprinting thickness of 0.25mm, and high-precision textures or concave-convex effects can be manufactured on the substrate layer 2 through the design of UV mold textures;
s4: in the process of UV imprinting, reserving holes or carving logo marks on the decorative strip 5 in the S3 through the corresponding parts of a UV mold;
s5: carrying out UV light energy transfer printing process treatment on the decorative strip 5 in the S4, and respectively transferring a logo shape 4 and a functional window 6 at the logo carving position and the reserved opening position to obtain an integrally formed decorative strip 5, wherein the UV light energy is 450mj/cm 2;
s6: taking the decorative strip 5 in the S5 out of the UV mould, and carrying out printing baking on one side, away from the UV resin imprinting layer 1, of the base material layer 2 through a printer to obtain a printing layer 3, wherein the printing baking temperature is 90 ℃;
s7: cutting and molding the decorative strip 5 in the S6 to obtain a frame decorative strip with a corresponding shape, wherein the thickness of the frame decorative strip is 0.640mm, and the width of the frame decorative strip can be as narrow as 2 mm;
s8: and adhering double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive or glue to the rear side of the frame decorative strip in the S7 for adhering and fixing with a corresponding display screen.
EXAMPLE III
Referring to fig. 1-2, the present embodiment provides a method for preparing a decorative part of a bezel of an LCD panel, including the following steps:
s1: placing a UV mold on a workbench, and placing raw materials on one side of the UV mold for later use, wherein the raw materials are a base material layer 2, a raw material PC transparent sheet and a UV resin imprinting layer 1, a raw material polyurethane acrylic resin respectively;
s2: placing the base material PC transparent sheet of the base material layer 2 and the UV resin imprinting layer 1 made of the polyurethane acrylic resin in the UV mould from top to bottom in sequence in S1, wherein the thickness of the base material layer 2 is 0.5 mm;
s3: the UV resin imprinting layer 1 and the substrate layer 2 in the S2 are imprinted for 3min by adopting a UV imprinting process to obtain a decorative strip 5 with the imprinting thickness of 0.5mm, and high-precision textures or concave-convex effects can be manufactured on the substrate layer 2 through the design of UV mold textures;
s4: in the process of UV imprinting, reserving holes or carving logo marks on the decorative strip 5 in the S3 through the corresponding parts of a UV mold;
s5: carrying out UV light energy transfer printing process treatment on the decorative strip 5 in the S4, and respectively transferring a logo shape 4 and a functional window 6 at the logo mark carving position and the reserved opening position to obtain an integrally formed decorative strip 5, wherein the UV light energy is 500mj/cm 2;
s6: taking the decorative strip 5 in the S5 out of the UV mold, and carrying out printing baking on one side, away from the UV resin imprinting layer 1, of the base material layer 2 through a printer to obtain a printing layer 3, wherein the printing baking temperature is 95 ℃;
s7: cutting and molding the decorative strip 5 in the S6 to obtain a frame decorative strip with a corresponding shape, wherein the thickness of the frame decorative strip is 0.925mm, and the width of a frame of the frame decorative strip can be as narrow as 2 mm;
s8: and adhering double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive or glue to the rear side of the frame decorative strip in the S7 for adhering and fixing with a corresponding display screen.
Experimental data for the LCD panel bezel decorative pieces made in examples one to three, in comparison to conventional LCD panel bezel decorative pieces, are shown in the following table:
from the above table, the method for manufacturing the LCD panel frame decoration of the present invention is significantly improved, and the second embodiment is the best embodiment.

s3: stamping the UV resin stamping layer (1) and the substrate layer (2) in the S2 for 1-3min by adopting a UV stamping process to obtain the decorative strip (5), wherein the substrate layer (2) can be made into high-precision textures or concave-convex effects by designing the textures of a UV mold;
s4: in the UV stamping process, reserving holes or carving logo marks on the decorative strip (5) in the S3 through the corresponding parts of a UV mould;
s5: carrying out UV light energy transfer printing process treatment on the decorative strip (5) in the S4, and respectively transferring a logo shape (4) and a functional window (6) at the engraved logo mark part and the reserved opening part to obtain the integrally formed decorative strip (5), wherein the UV light energy is 400 + 500mj/cm 2;
s6: taking the decorative strip (5) in the S5 out of the UV mould, and carrying out printing baking on one side, away from the UV resin imprinting layer (1), of the base material layer (2) through a printer to obtain a printing layer (3), wherein the printing baking temperature is 85-95 ℃;
s7: cutting and molding the decorative strip (5) in the S6 to obtain a frame decorative strip with a corresponding shape, wherein the thickness of the frame decorative strip is 0.2-1 mm;
s8: and (5) bonding the adhesive on the rear side of the frame decorative strip in the step (S7) for bonding and fixing with the corresponding display screen.

4. A method of making a border trim for LCD panels as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S3, the decorative strip (5) is embossed to a thickness of 0.01-0.4 mm.
5. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S7, the width of the border strip is as narrow as 2 mm.
6. The method for preparing a decorative piece of a bezel of an LCD panel as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S1, the thickness of the substrate layer (2) is 0.2-0.5 mm.
7. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein in S8, the adhesive is double-sided pressure sensitive adhesive or glue.
