Abstract
The invention discloses a guide rod component of an engine camshaft with an adsorption function, which comprises: the guide rod is of a cylindrical structure; the circular positioning nail is arranged at the center of the front end surface of the guide rod, and two grooves are symmetrically formed in the front end surface of the guide rod at two sides of the circular positioning nail; a pin provided at a position near an edge of a front end surface of the guide bar and arranged to be positioned by being fitted into a hole of an end surface of the camshaft with a circular positioning pin; and the two magnets are respectively embedded into the two grooves, and the magnets are used for enabling the guide rod assembly to be adsorbed on the end face of the camshaft. The guide rod assembly of the engine camshaft with the adsorption function improves the installation matching degree of the engine camshaft, reduces the damage rate and improves the production efficiency.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the magnet is a cylindrical magnet, and the height of the magnet is less than 20cm so that the magnet cannot be exposed from the front end surface of the guide bar.
In one embodiment of the invention, the pin and the round positioning pin are 5cm higher than the front end face of the guide rod.

1. A guide bar assembly of an engine camshaft with an adsorption function, comprising:
the guide rod is of a cylindrical structure;
the circular positioning nail is arranged at the center of the front end face of the guide rod, and a groove is formed in the front end face of the guide rod;
a pin provided at a position near an edge of a front end surface of the guide bar and arranged to be positioned by being fitted into a hole of an end surface of a camshaft with the circular positioning pin; and
and the magnet is embedded in the groove and is used for enabling the guide rod assembly to be adsorbed on the end face of the camshaft.
2. The guide rod assembly of an engine camshaft of claim 1 wherein said groove is a cylindrical groove having a diameter of 10cm and a depth of 20 cm.
3. The guide bar assembly of an engine camshaft of claim 2, wherein the magnet is a cylindrical magnet, the height of the magnet being less than 20cm such that the magnet cannot expose the front end surface of the guide bar.
4. The guide bar assembly of an engine camshaft of claim 1, wherein the pin and the circular locating pin are 5cm higher than the front face of the guide bar.
5. The guide rod assembly of an engine camshaft of claim 2, further comprising a beveled frustum disposed at a trailing end of the guide rod.
6. The guide rod assembly of an engine camshaft of claim 1 wherein the material of the guide rod is a hard nylon.
7. The guide bar assembly of an engine camshaft of claim 1, wherein said recesses are two and symmetrically disposed on either side of said circular locating pin.
