The invention discloses a BS series spool shaft tube repairing device which comprises a horizontal workbench, wherein a spool placing mechanism, a correcting rod, a suction pipe fitting and a vacuum pump assembly are arranged on the horizontal workbench; one end of the air suction pipe fitting is communicated with the tail end of the calibration rod, and the other end of the air suction pipe fitting is connected to the vacuum pump assembly; the spool placing mechanism is provided with a spool to be overhauled; the correcting rod comprises a seamless steel pipe, a suction nozzle assembly at the front end, a handheld part at the rear end and a sliding shaft arranged below the correcting rod; the suction nozzle assembly is tightly combined with a pit on the spool to be overhauled; the suction nozzle assembly, the sliding shaft and the handheld part on the calibration rod form a lever structure with the sliding shaft as a fulcrum. Referring to fig. 1-3, the invention discloses a BS series spool tube repairing device, which comprises a horizontal workbench 1, wherein a spool placing mechanism 2, a calibration rod 3, a suction pipe fitting 4 and a vacuum pump assembly 5 are arranged on the horizontal workbench 1; one end of the air suction pipe fitting 4 is communicated with the tail end of the correcting rod 3, and the other end of the air suction pipe fitting is connected to the vacuum pump assembly 5;
the spool placing mechanism 2 is provided with a spool 21 to be overhauled; the spool placing mechanism 2 is a string shaft seat with the bottom fixed on the horizontal workbench 1, and the spool 21 to be overhauled is arranged on the string shaft of the string shaft seat in a penetrating way through a shaft hole; the spool to be overhauled is more convenient to fix.
