The garbage treatment method provided by the invention thinly classifies the garbage, treats and utilizes the garbage which is the most difficult to treat, and solves the problems of garbage pollution and garbage occupation.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a garbage treatment method, in particular to a waste garbage treatment method.
Background
Garbage includes recyclable resources and also includes waste that is not easily recyclable.
Most of recyclable resources are recycled by garbage classification.
At present, most of the garbage which is not easy to recycle, especially the domestic garbage and the medical garbage, is treated by adopting a landfill or incineration method. Land is occupied for landfill. In big cities with small and precious land, a large amount of land resources are occupied and are not paid. And if the water seepage treatment of the landfill is not good, the underground water source can be polluted. Landfill also can generate biogas to pollute the atmosphere, causing adverse effects.
The waste incineration can generate harmful gases such as dioxin and the like, which damage the health of human bodies and also greatly damage animals and plants. In order to overcome the defects of the treatment of the household garbage, the Chinese patent application No. 03150530.9 proposes that the garbage is firstly crushed, then the garbage is separated into three categories of organic matters, inorganic matters and plastics by adopting a winnowing and magnetic separation mode, and then the three categories are respectively recycled. After the air separation, the method can not divide the garbage into three categories of organic matters, inorganic matters and plastics as mentioned above, and then the garbage is respectively recycled. In addition, the process is complex, more machine equipment is needed, and the cost is higher.
The chinese patent application No. 200810228126.9 proposes a method for treating domestic garbage. The method comprises the steps of carrying out magnetic separation on garbage after manual sorting by using a magnetic separator, feeding the residual organic matters into a methane tank for fermentation to produce methane, carrying out centrifugal dehydration after dry matters in the methane tank are discharged, then feeding the methane tank into a drying furnace for drying, then crushing, and making bricks by using crushed granular substances. The method is also based on the classification of the garbage and the respective treatment and reuse of the classified garbage, and has the same cost and complex flow as the 03150530.9 patent application.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the existing treatment of household garbage and medical garbage, the invention aims to provide a garbage treatment method which does not occupy land resources and has low cost.
The embodiment of the invention provides a garbage treatment method, which comprises the following steps:
crushing the garbage;
dehydrating the crushed garbage;
winnowing the dewatered garbage, and dividing the garbage into: heavy specific gravity substances, medium specific gravity substances, light specific gravity substances and dust;
and respectively putting the medium-specific gravity substance and the light-specific gravity substance into a solution for flotation so as to further separate different substances in the solution.
The invention has the advantages that under the conditions that the modern society encloses a city with garbage, the garbage is polluted and the garbage occupies land resources, the invention changes the garbage into the Umbelliferae garbage, and solves the problems of garbage pollution and garbage occupation; the invention fully recycles, treats and utilizes the resources in the garbage which is most difficult to treat. The problem of rubbish resource recycle is solved.
Detailed Description
Examples
The domestic garbage comprises chicken and duck bones, fishbone, disposable chopsticks, lunch boxes, vegetable leaves, plastic bags, napkin paper, even small electric appliances and the like, which are not well classified. It is most troublesome to dispose of unsorted waste. The invention designs a set of treatment method aiming at the garbage, and the method classifies the domestic garbage and the medical garbage by means of crushing, dewatering, winnowing, flotation and the like so as to realize recycling.
The embodiment of the invention provides a garbage treatment method, which comprises the following steps:
step 1: crushing the garbage;
step 2: dehydrating the crushed garbage;
and step 3: winnowing the dewatered garbage, and dividing the garbage into: heavy specific gravity substances, medium specific gravity substances, light specific gravity substances and dust;
and 4, step 4: and respectively putting the medium-specific gravity substance and the light-specific gravity substance into a solution for flotation so as to further separate different substances in the solution.
The embodiment of the present invention further comprises a step of separately grinding the air separated medium specific gravity substance and light specific gravity substance, as an alternative to step 4, or simultaneously with step S104.
The step 1 of crushing the waste is to crush the bottle of waste, to allow any liquid present therein to drain out and to expose the waste contained in the plastic bag, and to crush the larger waste into substantially uniform pieces. This allows all the waste to be dewatered to the same extent in the same treatment time in the subsequent thermal dewatering treatment. The garbage can be crushed by adopting an impact crusher. The impact crusher can crush containers such as glass bottles, plastic bottles and the like in the garbage, so that liquid substances possibly existing in the containers can flow out for dehydration treatment, and meanwhile, the garbage is crushed into small pieces. The garbage can be broken by a smashing machine and a stirring machine. The smashing machine is mainly used for smashing containers such as glass bottles, plastic bottles and the like so as to enable liquid substances possibly existing in the containers to flow out; the blender can cut the packaging bag and the plastic bag to expose the garbage in the packaging bag and the plastic bag, and can blend larger garbage. The garbage can be crushed by only one crusher.
The dehydration of the crushed garbage in the step 2 means that the garbage contains water, such as vegetable leaves, bones, discarded food, and liquid substances in some containers, and the water is lost at high temperature or in hot dry air. The dehydration degree should be 40% to 70%, and the preferred dehydration degree should be about 70%. The percentage of dewatering refers to the portion of the total moisture content of a material in the waste that is removed. Dehydration can facilitate subsequent air separation, and dehydration can kill bacteria and viruses. After dehydration, the environment for the bacteria to reproduce is lost, so the bacteria are not easy to regenerate after sterilization.
The dewatering can be performed by various prior art dewatering methods, but preferably the waste is dewatered by heat treatment. For example, one or a combination of any two of an electric heating method, a dry hot air heating method, a factory waste heat or waste heat heating method can be adopted, and a drying tower can also be used. Wherein, the electric heating mode can include: one or the combination of any more of a microwave heating mode, a resistance wire heating mode and a bulb heating mode. The advantage of adopting heat treatment to dehydrate the garbage is that the garbage can be thoroughly sterilized and disinfected while being heated and roasted.
