Background

Congenital small ear deformity, also called congenital middle and outer ear deformity, has very different degrees of severity, the most severe deformity is without ear, and the least severe deformity is similar to auricle, but is obviously smaller than normal. Both of these cases are rare.

Most of the small ear deformities consist of small cartilage masses that collapse without the pinna morphology, and an earlobe that is so shaped as to be normal but displaced anteriorly and superiorly. Since the auricle is located at an obvious position, the morphological abnormality of the auricle has a great influence on the mental development of the children patients. The current general treatment mainly comprises surgical repair and total auricle reconstruction.

However, such operations are generally expensive, and the patient also needs to bear great pain, so in recent years, an ear orthosis which does not need operations is invented, and the ear orthosis can effectively correct the ear deformity without operations; however, the upper cover of the existing ear orthosis is made of pure natural rubber, so that allergy symptoms easily appear on a patient when the ear orthosis is used, and the health of the patient is greatly damaged; in addition, when the existing ear orthotics are fixed with ears, because the existing ear orthotics are fixed by glue, a part of hairs of a patient need to be shaved off, and thus, the fixation by the glue can cause allergic symptoms of the patient and has certain influence on the health of the patient;

secondly, the existing ear orthotics have too small correction force on the earlobe and small promotion force on the development of the earlobe.

Therefore, a strain gauge pressing apparatus is needed to solve the above technical problems.

The arrangement of the first cotton layer 1 and the second cotton layer 5 can avoid the direct contact of the skin of the patient with the back surface 12 of the ear support 2, so that the allergic condition can be caused.

In addition to the first cotton layer 1 and the second cotton layer 5 for preventing allergy of the patient, which are respectively provided at the positions where the rear surface 12 of the ear pad 2 and the eardrop 4 are in close contact with the skin, cotton layers are also provided at other positions in close contact with the skin in the ear orthosis body.

Further, the ear support 2 and the upper cover 3 are both made of TPE or silica gel.

In the ear orthosis provided by the above embodiment of the present invention, the ear support 2 is provided with the first cotton layer 1; the inner wall of the eardrop 4 is provided with the second cotton layer 5, so that allergy can not be caused when a patient uses the eardrop, and particularly, no adverse effect can be caused on a newborn; in addition, a fixing device is added, the fixing device can be a head sleeve 6 or an earmuff, and the ear orthosis body can be fixed on the ears of the patient by using the fixing device, so that allergy of the patient is avoided, the patient does not need to shave partial hair, and the ear orthosis is comfortable to wear. Secondly, the eardrop 4 is added on the ear orthosis body, so that the development promotion force of the eardrop is increased, and the shape of the eardrop is recovered more quickly.
