Cup subassembly 12 includes cup 120 and bowl cover subassembly 122, and cup 120 is including the holding chamber 120a that is used for holding the edible material, and bowl cover subassembly 122 lid fits cup 120, can prevent that the edible material in the holding chamber 120a from overflowing. The lid assembly 122 and cup 120 may be removably assembled or may be hingedly assembled, with the former being preferred in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is an exploded view of a lid assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The cap assembly 122 includes a cap 1220, and the cap 1220 is a main structure of the cap assembly 122, which may be configured as a cylindrical structure, with an opening 12200 at one end. When the cup body 120 is mounted, the opening 12200 faces downward and is fastened to the mouth of the cup body 120. The "cylindrical structure" mentioned here is not limited to the circular cylinder shown in fig. 4, but may be a rectangular cylinder, a square cylinder, or any other shape.
The cup cover 1220 with a cylindrical structure can enable the interior of the cup cover to have a containing space, and the containing space can be communicated with the containing cavity 120a to increase the capacity of the food processor 10 for containing food materials.
Further, the cup lid 1220 is made of a metal material and is configured as a metal cup lid. On one hand, the metal cup cover can meet the high-level requirements of consumers, is more fashionable and attractive in appearance and is durable in use. On the other hand, the metal cup cover is more convenient to clean, can regularly heat and disinfect, can not cause the food material siltation and rot and deteriorate, influence health.
Cup lid 1220 may be formed by a variety of methods including, but not limited to, drawing by cold working and casting by hot working. In this embodiment, the cup lid 1220 is formed by drawing a SUS30 stainless steel plate. Further, a coating layer or a plating layer can be arranged on the cup cover 1220 in a spraying or electroplating manner, so that the appearance quality of the cup cover 1220 is further improved. It should be noted that the cup cover 1220 is not limited to be made of SUS30 stainless steel material, but may be made of other metal materials.
Lid assembly 122 also includes a vent cover 1222, vent cover 1222 movably disposed on lid 1220. Specifically, the top of the cup cover 1220 is provided with a through hole 12202, and the exhaust cover 1222 covers the through hole 12202 and can be opened when needed. The venting cap 1222 allows the lid 1220 to add food material to the receiving cavity 120a and release pressure from the receiving cavity 120a without departing from the cup 120. Alternatively, the vent cap 1222 may be removably attached to the cap 1220 or may be hingedly attached to the cap 1220.
Understandably, the food material overflowing from the through hole 12202 is easy to occur, and if the food material overflowing is not controlled, the overflowing food material will flow down along the cup cover 1220, so that the user experience is poor. Based on this, the cup lid 1220 still includes anti-overflow mechanism 12204, and anti-overflow mechanism 12204 can collect the edible material that overflows from through-hole 12202, avoids flowing outside the cup lid 1220.
In one embodiment, the anti-overflow mechanism 12204 includes a recessed portion disposed at the top of the cup lid 1220, and the through hole 12202 is opened in the recessed portion. When the food material overflows from the through hole 12202, the food material can be collected in the concave part, and the food material is prevented from overflowing out of the cup cover 1220. The specific configuration of the spill-preventing mechanism 12204 is not limited in this regard, and in other embodiments, for example, a spill-preventing channel may be provided in the cup lid 1220, into which food material is collected as it expands above the spill-preventing channel overflow.
The venting cover 1222 can be made of plastic material to be easily removed by a user during the heating process of the food processor 10 to avoid scalding. The degassing cover 1222 may include a hand-held portion 12220 for easy access by a user and a plug 12222 for plugging the through-hole 12202. The plug 12222 may be coated on the outside with a deformable layer, such as a silicone layer. Through the silica gel layer, interference fit can be adopted with end cap 12222 and through-hole 12202 to increase the leakproofness of through-hole 12202 department. Moreover, the silica gel layer can also improve the tightness of the connection between the air-out cover 1222 and the cup cover 1220 when assembling, so that the air-out cover 1222 and the cup cover 1220 cannot be easily separated from each other under the action of the air pressure in the accommodating cavity 120 a.
The handle 12220 may be raised above the top surface of the cap 1220 to prevent a user from being burned when the user takes the lid 1222, thereby improving the safety of operation.
In the punching or casting process, sharp corners or burrs are easily formed at the through hole 12202, and when the phenomenon exists, the sharp corners or the burrs scratch the deformable layer of the plug 12222 and cause the deformable layer to break in the process of repeatedly assembling and disassembling the exhaust cover 1222 and the cup cover 1220; on the other hand, the user can scratch the arm when cleaning the cup lid 1220, and both of the above phenomena can reduce the quality of the food processor 10. Therefore, considering the above-mentioned factors, the upper and lower edges of the through-hole 12202 may be set to be rounded, and the occurrence of the above-mentioned problems may be reduced by setting the rounded corners to alleviate sharp corners or burrs.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 shows a cross-sectional view of a cup lid in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment shown in fig. 5, the cap 1220 is punched and stretched to form a through hole 12202 in the recess. In order to reduce sharp corners or burrs, the lower edge of the through hole 12202 may be turned outwards to form a turned edge 12206, so as to form a rounded corner at the lower edge of the through hole 12202 and hide the burrs at the lower edge of the through hole 12202. In this way, the risk of the plug 12222 being scratched by sharp corners or burrs and the arm being scratched during cleaning is reduced.
Referring to fig. 4, the lid 1220 made of metal has a high heat conduction rate and a large temperature difference between cold and hot, so that if the lid 1220 is directly connected to the cup 120, the lid 1220 is inconvenient to detach due to expansion and contraction. Accordingly, lid assembly 122 provided herein also includes a connector 1224, connector 1224 being formed from a plastic material, and connector 1224 being connected to lid 1220, lid 1220 being connected to cup 120 by connector 1224.
Specifically, the connecting member 1224 is disposed at an open end of the cup lid 1220, is in an annular cylindrical structure, and is sleeved outside the cup lid 1220. When the cup is installed, the flange 12240 of the connecting member 1224 overlaps the mouth of the cup 120, and the engaging portion 12242 is engaged with the cup 120.
Lid assembly 122 also includes a gasket 1226, gasket 1226 being compressed between attachment member 1224 and cup 120 to effect a sealed connection of attachment member 1224 and cup 120.

As mentioned above, the connecting member 1224 is connected to the cap 1220 in any suitable manner. Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a lid assembly portion of an exemplary embodiment of the present application. In one embodiment, the connecting member 1224 is secured to the cap 1220 by crimping. Specifically, the cap 1220 includes a rolled portion 12208 disposed at a rim of the opening 12200, and the rolled portion 12208 is folded outward. Connector 1224 includes a connector flange 12248, and connector flange 12248 is crimped within flip-flop 12208 to retain connector 1224 in fixed relation to cap 1220.
Further, in order to increase the reliability of crimping, the turned-up portion 12208 is provided in a detour structure which can apply pressure to the connecting flange 12248 from at least two directions, so that the degree of freedom of the connecting member 1224 within the turned-up portion 12208 can be reduced, and the reliability of crimping can be improved.
In one specific embodiment, referring again to fig. 5, the turnup 12208 includes an initial transition section 12208a, a first crimping section 12208b, and a second crimping section 12208c connected in series, and the initial transition section 12208a extends from the open end of the lid 1220 to a side away from the lid 1220 and is configured as an arc-shaped section. The first crimp section 12208b extends in an axial direction of the cap 1220, and the second crimp section 12208c extends toward a side adjacent the cap 1220, thereby forming the crimp 12208 into a serpentine configuration.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is an enlarged view of a cross-sectional view of a crimping position of a lid and a coupling member in accordance with an exemplary embodiment of the present application. First crimp segment 12208b applies pressure to connection flange 12248 in a direction (X direction in fig. 7) directed from the outer wall of cup cover 1220 toward the center, and second crimp segment 12208c is crimped to connection flange 12248 in the axial direction (Y direction in fig. 7) of cup cover 1220, thereby enabling connection flange 12248 to be securely fixed within flip-flop 12208.
Of course, the specific structure of the everting portion 12208 is not limited to the arrangement shown in fig. 5, and in other embodiments, the structure of the everting portion 12208 may be different depending on the specific structure of the attachment flange 12248. The specific size of each portion of the rolling portion 12208 may be set empirically, and is not limited in this application.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is an exploded view of another embodiment of a lid assembly according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. The connecting member 1224 may also be riveted to the cap 1220. Specifically, the cup lid 1220 has a first riveting hole 12210, the connecting member 1224 has a second riveting hole 12241, the number of the riveting holes can be selected according to the requirement, usually two or more, and the riveting holes can be uniformly distributed.
First staking hole 12210 may be disposed above annular groove 12244 to avoid interfering with the seal between lid assembly 122 and cup 120. In one embodiment, the first staking hole 12210 may be located in a middle region of the cap 1220. With such an arrangement, when a user takes the cup lid assembly 122, the stressed position of the cup lid 1220 is located in the middle area, rather than being biased to one end, so that the shear stress borne by the rivet is small, and the risk of the rivet breaking after being subjected to the shear stress is small.
In one embodiment, the first staking hole 12210 may be positioned at least 15mm above the bottom of the cap 1220 to ensure that the staking location is in the middle region of the cap 1220. The riveting direction can be from outside to inside or from inside to outside, and the processing technology is simple.
In addition, the cup lid 1220 and the connecting member 1224 may be fixed by bonding or clipping, and a bonding agent such as hot melt adhesive or glue may be used during bonding. Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view showing the clamping connection of the connecting piece and the cup cover according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. In the embodiment shown in fig. 9, the connector 1224 is snap-fit with the cap 1220.
